This place is a local FRESH MEAT market and restaurant, it appears to be relatively busy at the restaurant, the MARKET PRODUCTS ARE VERY OVER PRICED; the produce is very old and not maintained, black spotted fruits, including soggy looking strawberries, items that should be replaced and has not been removed: products are just stock for purchased, these items I dont think are really recycled for expired dates, or soiled cans! The placed looks disorganized and unkept!

You can always get quarters for laundry here & everyone who works here is nice! Just don’t bother getting the premade food- it’s super expensive & the beans taste like they came out of a can, the burritos especially are super overpriced. We spent $27 & it was regrettable.

I been here so many time because I just want to support marina business and I been treated so badly almost every time so I’m not going back anymore. I was waiting in line to get meat first but they rather take another person just walk to the line and one time my son went there and ordered meat and ask them to slide it they said the machine is broken when my son walk away he saw they use the machine for the next Custumer so I call the owner so many time all he said is sorry but his worker never change so I don’t feel like he fixes the problem.

This place has an Awesome Taqueria and Meat market inside, The employees are really nice. My burrito was huge totally worth 6.99. Very Tasty

Good prices, friendly staff the food needs improvement. I am a big fan of burritos and carne al pastor. The flavor of the adobe sacue is to overpowering it tasted odd like lemon and vinegar. It is so red it turns your entire buritto into a soggy pink tortilla. Also the ingredients dont like fresh. They do add a lot of meat and personally I like an even to even ratio on ingredients. The salsa was flavorless and had no spice, I am a hudge fan of salsa roja and am used to eating very spicy. I can eat a basic burrito with a basic salsa and be happy but this food experience was unpleasent it made me a feel sick. I forced myself to eat it since I purchased the $14 super burrito especting a good out come but was greatly dissapointed wich hardly ever happens.

Great meat selection here, definitely come here for the freshness of the carniceria and I think its one of the best in marina/salinas/seaside/Monterey

The burritos are ridiculous. I cant belive how much food is wrapped inside of a tortilla. All food is good, the red salsa is fire.

Best local Mexican market in the area, burritos are the absolute best in all of Central coast of California. they have everything you could ever need and super low prices. you should stop in and see what is cooking, you will be glad you did.

I go there for large refried beans and Salvadorean Cheese and Crema, friendly staff and the Plantain are always good to!

El Rancho is a treasure in Marina. They have an excellent meat counter and taqueria.Burritos and tacos are great, they have tamales for under 2 bucks and sell ribs and Carnitas meat prepared by the pound. The Carnitas an pack of tortillas and some cabbage makes a great lazy dinner.They also have meat packs where you get an assortment of meat s to pack the freezer.Produce is not always the best, but they always have the best price on avacados and everything is a reasonable price. Also Mexican baked goods, sweet bread, rolls etc.Liquor and beer selection is decent and they also have weird things you never know if you might need like propane, charcoal, propane stoves, pots and pans.Also have a friendly staff and money type services, check cashing, money orders, money wiring.

Bomb carnitas, beans and rice. Everything in the meat, produce and dairy departments are usually fresh and well stocked. Good bilingual customer service as well. Lines are sometimes long but bearable and usually pretty quick. I also go here a lot to get quarters for laundry.

Produce/meat market with a pretty good selection of burritos and tacos. They got some ribs to die for, birria, tripa, carnitas, fried tilapias, wings, and a lot more of mexican goodness

Smaller, old-school Latino grocery store, with all of the amazing, hard-to-find ingredients and equipment one needs to create fantastic food. But the star here is the carniceria - the butcher shop - where you can get some serious deals on some meat. They even have discount combo packs, if youre having a big grilling party. Theres also a food counter where you can order gigantic burritos for cheap. You can also find two-liter bottles of Tahitian Treat for a dollar!

I like going into this Mexican Food Market. It has improved 100%. I have shopped at this market for over 15 years. If you want to cook Authenic Mexican dishes or eat authentic Mexican Burritos. This is the place to shop. It has a full service deli and meat department. People are friendly and ready to help with your needs.

I found El Rancho when I started making my own dog food, they have good prices on meat, but now that I have moved away what keeps me coming back is their asada burritos! Other than their hot lunch/dinner, it is also a nice little store to pick up produce and other non perishables.

El Rancho is a fine establishment for all your meats cooked Foods and groceries.. Take out or eat in it is a very casual very comfortable place to be. Born on this County raised in Marina since the age of 10 every time I go in this establishment theyre always upgrading beautifying and upscaling in some way or another.Usually my order is a Carnitas burrito no rice but this time I decided to get the smoked ribs and roasted carnitas and again the food is fantastic. Greatest burritos in all of monterey county as far as Im concerned

Stopped for lunch to get a burrito based on the reviews on here. There was nobody else in line but me. There were 5 guys kinda working but also had time to chat. They would occasionally look at me standing there and they would look at each other and smile like it was amusing to them that I was standing there waiting. I waited to be helped for ten minutes and was never helped by any of the 5 guys behind the counter. First and last time I go there.
