J&W rebuilt my transmission on my 2000 Toyota Tundra. Truck runs great! Service was performed in a timely manner. James answered all my questions regarding the diagnosis and repair. Costs were clearly laid out.

My husband and I were very impressed with their speedy repair. They were professional, knowledgeable and saved us a lot of money by being straightforward about what repairs were necessary and did not try to add more. A component in the AWD broke the brand new transmission so James replaced it completely at his cost. The JW transmission warranty is legit. James has a great knowledge of transmissions which is extremely valuable due to the complexity of the part. I brought my 2005 Jeep in for multiple issues with the transmission and without even driving it he had a theory of what the problem was, and after driving it he confirmed it, repaired it, and turned out to be 100% correct. He also supplied a warranty that was conditional on my bringing the vehicle back for him to do free checkups on it. Great service here! Courteous and friendly while still being professional! I went in for an oil change and he did a few other little things; sprayed my battery with anti rust spray, got out the majority of the debris in my vents and even topped off my wiper fluid reservoir! Of course my oil was changed too. Will definitely come again!

We had our clutch fail on a holiday weekend trip up from Los Angeles. We brought it in on a Saturday and it was ready Monday evening. He took pictures along the way and identified other problems that need to be addressed. James did us a huge solid. Fixing cars, let alone transmissions, is a huge hassle, but once the car was at JWs, it was anything but. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone with transmission issues to this shop!
