I dont know what it is with this person that works the evening self checkout however when I do ask for help they refuse to help it never fails I dont know this person this person has never seen me in my life and Im trying to understand why. I havent shop that at Kroger in about 4 to 5 years. Its mainly because the lack of help and that Kroger just doesnt do it for me the Walmart thats about a mile from there does everything for me meaning that the lines are always clear and self checkout and they help their customers however the person is super tall and as I stated to the 800 number person I probably wont shop there for another couple of years maybe that person would have quit by that time.

This particular Kroger location was an older one. However, it was clean, organized and fully stocked. I was able to save money by finding great deals.

This is a good place to shop if you don’t mind that they allow customers to bring dogs that aren’t service animals in the store to sniff around our groceries. When I said something about the dog being in the store the associate tried my intelligence by saying I can’t prove it’s not a service animal. Well service animals are trained not to sniff the food and have on a vest or collar saying it’s a service animal both of which this “puppy” wasn’t. Everybody don’t like dogs around their food especially in the one place (the grocery store) you’d expect not to have animals. Gross

Too many times Ive been here in the past year and several people were not wearing mask. Signs everywhere saying mask required but no enforcement. Good pricing and usually whatever I need is in stock. I dont ever recall having to wait in long lines but I also dont go during peak hours when everybody seems to be in the store.

Wish it stayed open the hours it use to. Some items I buy but most items are more expensive then other supermarkets. Also prefer the older layout of the store because it seems some aisles are just all over the place now. Mainly come for ice cream and this big bowl of fruit. #localguides

Ive been shopping at Kroger stores for over 20 years. Ive been shopping at this location for the last 6 years despite the steady decline in the produce quality. That ends today thanks to the employee that locked the doors as I was walking towards the entrance. It wasnt even midnight. I guess the employees set the store hours. I only needed one item and it was an urgent situation. Incredibly rude. Terrible customer service. Declining produce quality. Going forward, I will be shopping exclusively at Publix. Its across the street. The customer service and produce are SO MUCH BETTER and they dont lock the doors before the store is set to close.

The cashiers aren’t trained on wic will tell u to go back to get items when you have a approved wic list in your face! Their price tags say wic but apparently they have to have a sticker that says wic under each product? Never heard of that.

This location never seems to be well stocked or clean when I go there. Like another reviewer said, go to Publix across the street. Might cost a bit more but its worth the potential headache with not being able to find anything here.

Decent, regular Kroger.

Just waited 45 minutes for my grocery pick up. I dont understand why it took so long. I called to check on it after 40 minutes and they were just then bagging the groceries that we got a notification for were ready an hour before.

Not the nicest location. I would go to Publix around the corner if you are looking for fresh meats or vegetables. Not the cleanest store and the customer service was sub par. Usually a Kroger shopper, but not since this became my closest location.

Stood at Delhi at 12:00 on the dot lunchtime no food in the counter or nor did I see anyone come to my house for the 20 minutes I stood there.

Not one of the best KrogersCustomer service is spotty here. The meat department staff are really friendly and most of the other staff at least polite. Theres 1 particular white young lady that works checkout that seems to not like being at work and it shows.I come to this location because its more convenient for me. I prefer the Kroger on Cobb parkway

I will not be going back to this Kroger there is there old lady I think she is mixed im not sure her name is Sandra one of the worst persons Ive ever met shes always ruining my trips I see here being ride to customers and is always screaming at them and she always has a attitudeshe should really fix her attitude.

I really like this store but here it is after 10 and no seafood is out. Instead the associates are laughing and talking like they are at chilis happy hour. This has happened on several occasions

Horrible attitude from Brittany in the deli on the Sunday. I provide myself on have a jovial attitude when deli with people who service me. There was absolutely no one in the deli and she acted as if I was a bother. Proceeded to slice my cheese without asking me how I wanted sliced then when I refused the cheese she sliced she acted as if I’d done something wrong. I just don’t get it? This is the reason I shop at PUBLIX. I’ll pay more to be treated like my money is valued.

It a neighborhood Kroger, not as big as the one at Lower Roswell. It’s clean and well stocked.

This Kroger is absolutely terrible when it comes to freshness of items. Multiple times I have gotten chicken that was completely rotten when I opened the package, I have found salmon that was 10 days past expiration date and handed it to an associate who shrugged it off, we have found yogurts, milks, and meats all expired by a week at least. I have sent these complaints to Kroger corporate to be told the generic we will pass your notes along. Someone is going to get very sick from this.

Quick service

Although one of the smaller, and older, Kroger stores, Ive had nothing but pleasant experiences here. Every employee Ive interacted with has been pleasant, professional, and kind to me, and my family! Checkout has always been quick, pharmacy always helpful. Even the re-stocking staff have been helpful on the rare occasion that I cant find something. Because of the smaller store size, their selection can be a little limited, but they are great for staples, or quick runs for little things!

I have not had one bad experience at this Kroger. I got home one day and realized I left a bag in the cart with two items at the store and didnt have the receipt. They replaced the items without a hassle. The self checkout lines are fast and the workers are polite. In most cases, I am able to find what I need at the moment. Their sales are decent, the mobile and paper coupons are awesome, fuel points are a blessing, and the customer is always right.

This is a tad bit smaller than most of the other Kroger stores that I shop in (Marietta 2200 & 4400 Roswell Road), but it has a deli and bakery. It does not have a sushi, cheese or olive bar. The employees are friendly. Ive shopped at this location about 5 times, and on 2 occasions, I needed to talk to someone at the Customer Service counter. Unfortunately, on both occasions, I waited in line for 22 minutes and 24 minutes. On both occasions I was simply trying to inform CS that all of a particular product (croissants and jarred baby food) was past the stamped expiration date. The first time, there was only one rep working and the line was 12 people deep. The second time I was the second in line behind a gentleman trying to send a money gram/Western Union. I heard the rep/cashier tell him that they had a new system and wasnt working as it should. She repeatedly attempted to process his request as the line grew deeper and deeper until there were 16 people behind me. The customer behind me had 2 small children, and she was reaching her boiling point. I noticed that a young female manager was very close by and was chitchatting with a cashier at an open register with no customers and pointed it out to the mom behind me. With that, she called out to that manager asking if she could come and help out. She did, but after logging in to the other CS register, to those of us in line, she shouted out, Im only taking people who need money orders. With that 7 people behind me got in her line,and even though I was literally next in line, all 7 went before me. The mom even told the manager that I was here first, but she simply repeated 5hat she was ONLY doing money orders. After ALL 7 customers that got in her line had received their MO, she somewhat reluctantly asked, What do you need? To which I plopped the bag of croissants on the counter, told her that all 15-20 bags were over a month out of date, and I simply wanted to point it out to someone. All the while, the original cashier still had not figured out how to send the Western Union for the original customer in front of me --I had been in line 24 minutes when I left. Mind you, this was AFTER I had been in line for a few minutes before I notated the time. This young manager looked over at the long line but only opened another register after a customer called out and asked her to do so; She never apologized for anyones wait; She took people out of line; The biggest kicker to me is that she not once asked the cashier attempting to process a Western Union if she needed any help doing it. She is definitely not manager material--not yet, anyway. Perhaps with a bit more maturity and lessons on customer service and how to prioritize, she can be re-trained for a management spot. After a 22 and 24+ minute wait at the CS counter, I still went back 3 additional times to shop. On 2 of those 3 trips, I noticed there was again a LING line with only one rep/cashier open. Dont offer the services at this location if you dont have the personnel to cover it. The main reason Ive continued shopping here is because of the FANTASTIC service, friendliness and professionalism by an employee in the bakery Dept. I wish I could recall her name, but shes a single mom and LIVES Law & Order episodes. Shes a true asset to this location.

Nothing wrong w the store!! Finally after 3 weeks of chasing down toilet paper I found the last two packs of 4 rolls each!! Thanks to all the selfish people out there I was only allow to buy one pack of 4 rolls for a family of 5!!! Nice!!

Great prices and good selection. The seafood department often has a funky smell. There used to be an issue with the milk cooler not being quite cold enough but it seems like they have fixed that in the last few months. Store staff are friendly and helpful. Produce is fresh and the sales are great.

I love this Kroger! Super convenient, always well stocked. The selection is always great too! Downfall to this Kroger is that is central for a lot of people and the only one around here so, it ends up getting pretty busy.

Small Kroger but workers are very nice and its easy to find the things you need. Many of the Krogers have gotten rid of the health food sections and have integrated health foods throughout the grocery store. This was a serious issue for someone needing specific allergy related groceries. This Kroger still has this section and it is wonderful!

Made a pick up order. When I arrived and called it took 7 mins for pH to be answered. Didnt have my orders so i had to go in. Then I saw security guard with her mask off on her cell phone. I asked her why her mask was not on and she said mind your own business. This is occured July 20,2020 at 8:30

Before I even entered the store, the man wiping buggies was so rude. I was having trouble getting a cart out and I was trying to be nice and friendly and joke about the situation, but he came over, yanked hard on the buggy, then proceeded to look at me with wild, bulging eyes and say, Its not that hard in an extremely cold tone. Between the death glare and tone of speech, it was clear he wasnt joking. I seriously would have left if I didnt need groceries. After getting everything I needed, I go to the checkout where the lady was working alone. I ended up bagging half of my items and putting them in my cart myself. Not that Im above doing that, but its not really something I want to do after a long day. I probably wont shop at this Kroger again since its not the first time Ive had problems (lack of fresh produce, produce with bugs on it) so I should have learned by now.

Very clean place, the staff were helpful especially at the seafood section. The meat/seafood prices were reasonable compared to other places. Parking lot wasnt ever too crowded. Self check-out also available.

Pretty nice employees, can always find what I want, but the store seems very dated and perhaps needing renovations. You can see a wide variety of different folks in the day, but late night shopping tends to bring out a few of the sketchier folks, so as in most places in Metro Atlanta these days, just be aware of your surroundings..

Always under stocked and understaffed

Love visiting this Kroger and seeing a rainbow of cultures and eclectic peoples. L A LOT of the stuff I buy is always on an extra low discount, manager special as they call it. If you dont have the Kroger app. you are definitely missing out!

Love the pharmacy. Very kind and helpful with anything you need. They make sure everything is in order with your insurance before releasing anything to you so you dont have to overpay for anything. As well as emergency bandages I needed when my stitches came undone.

I love the Kroger on Powers Ferry Rd in Marietta. The people in the store are friendly and the prices are reasonable. I have been shopping at this Kroger for about 15 years. The pharmacist,Richard, is the best pharmacist in GA. He will always take time to answer any questions about over the counter medicines and he will show you personally which ones are better and tell you why. ....

Good place to purchase vegetables and fruits. You can see organic vegetables also. Milk and eggs also we will buy regularly. You can buy all household items and backery items and frozen items too. Pharmacy also there inside the store.

Horrible service, night manager was complete jerk. Condition of store was deplorable and had roaches running under freezers!

I buy my groceries here every week. I have for almost 3 years. Today, I was told my checks are not welcome because they do not have an address. Manager comes over, writes my address on the check, acting like taking more of my time is a courtesy. I dont put my address on my checks because I choose not to. They have my full legal name which matches my ID and has an address on it. The cashier is then having problems with her machine. They tell me I have to go to customer service and wait. 10 people were in line and Ive got plans. I lost my groceries for the day, and Kroger has lost my business for life. Ill pay more over at Publix. They are more than happy to take my money in an efficient manner.

Went in Kroger and decided that I wanted to write a review for them. Ever since Ive start shopping at this Kroger, my outlook on the company has changed! They are so friendly here! They speak and greet you no matter how busy or what they are doing!

It has a car park close to the entrance and has fruits milk washing powder and kitchen utensils. Its close to stores like xfinity and t mobile and chase. Good place to shop.

Skip this location. This store is constantly understaffed, poorly stocked, and never has enough checkout lines open. Youll regularly see lines going half way to the back of the store. Then you have to be concerned about meat and dairy items well past expiration. Not worth it when the Publix across the street has none of these problems.

The store is always low on stock. Rarely clean. Poor customer service. Now Security harrasses regular good customers like myself because, they have to eat too. Will be shopping at the Publix across the way. I dont expect to be negatively profiled where I am a regular patron. The location needs an overhaul!

I love that theyre open 24/7.They could have more individual services of cake slices, or cupcakes.... & could use a pasta salad in their deli.

Its clean, but a bit outdated compared to other Kroger stores in the area. Ive had great customer service from everyone save for one particular cashier on one of the overnight shifts (I believe her names Annette) whos always rude and acts as if shes got a chip on her shoulder. Sometimes Id drive over to the Kroger on Roswell Rd. just so I wouldnt have to be bothered with such attitudes. I informed management several times, but it seems like not much was done, which is why Im only giving this place two stars.

I love the pharmacy and its staff. They are always so welcoming! This has been my pharmacy for over 10 years!

Decent selection, reasonable prices (but on the higher side) and somewhat maintained store if you come in during the right part of the day. Lines arent too unreasonable. There could be more of a selection though.Update: after many issues with coupons not applying in their app and their staff not being able to help Ive quit going to Kroger. It always throws some discounts on the ticket, but not the ones shown in their app or the price reflected on their app. I came here today and talked with a customer service person and figured out that the app often doesnt link to items in their digital coupons section only by using your phone number and that you just have to really watch. This tells me Kroger is 100% aware of the issue, but instead of fixing it, they prefer to keep the extra money they make off their clients and try to make the customers believe they are still getting discounts. Kroger is horrible about scamming unsuspecting customers and Ill no longer be a part of it. Think of how much money this place makes per year off hundred of thousands of customers with descriptive business practices.Watch it or youll overpay at Kroger too!

So Im only giving 2 stars because the employees are always friendly....including the manager...but I guess I got Mr Jones on a bad day...so I came in to redeem a rain check that I received because the store was out of the item I wanted for several days in October 2017...so I figured Ill keep the rain check when I need it again since I had to go to a Kroger outside my neighborhood to find the item...Eime(cant remember the spelling) was new and didnt know the procedure for rain checks, (was such an awesome and patient cashier..) called someone for help. The young man looked at the rain check and immediately said we cant accept this because its from last year...Which let me further explain: the rain check had no expiration date, or statement including time frame for rain check....so I asked to speak to the manager...being as my family of 7shops this location almost daily...I figured he would take into account that Im a loyal customer since he would be able to see my shopping history....no go. I spoke when he arrived...he never greeted me, didnt even ask how could he assist me so I had to begin our exchange concerning no expiration date on the rain check...long story short he removed the items and walked away after returning the rain check to me....so I told a good friend that I always boast about Kroger deals to about my experience and she said bring me the rain check and I bet Ill get your items....sure enough the next day she brings it to work with her and the rain check which the other store didnt even collect...I shop Publix now! Support who appreciates your business...consideration goes a long way!

Ya know, its just a grocery store. But, the staff is generally pleasant, its clean, has a good stock and better selection of produce than Public across the road, is a better value in general, and is open 24/7 - couldnt be happier that this is my local store.

Its older, dingy and, if im not mistaken, doesnt have dedicated aisles for health foods. I only use this location if I need a few items. I go to a newer, nicer store further away when its time for my bigger shopping trips.

Love this Kroger, parking is never a problem and its easy in and easy out. Issues are with understaffing were accustomed to long lines here. That said they always have what we need and I consider this my neighborhood Kroger. There is a Red Box if you still use that, and a coinstar.

What can I say!!! They are so helpful... I have 2 kids and when I go grocery shopping the bagger always helps me take out my groecri6and load them. They wont accept tips. And the pharmacy they are just as nice I love Phil he is just so knowledgeable

They have a great selection of foods. The vegetables and fruits arent always fresh and the fish usually has a strong odor.

Smaller than normal Kroger that I have seen but has got all the required stuff. Walking in the aisle with 2 people in opposite directions can be tricky

I lived near this Kroger for about 8 years. I love this Kroger, but the only gripe I have about it is pizza is one of my favorite foods, but I dont eat pork. Hamburger pizza is what I usually buy and this Kroger doesnt have any. I usually buy Totinos but seeing as they phased out Totinos hamburger pizza years ago, i started purchasing other brands. Slowly they began to phase those out too. Tombstone, Red Baron, it doesnt matter. The message is clear, if you like hamburger pizza, dont shop here.Whenever I plan to buy hamburger pizza, I just go to the Wal-Mart on Terrell Mill, or the Kroger on Cobb Pkwy. No big deal, but it is a minor inconvenience.

This Kroger has been solid since I was a kid. Always well stocked and clean. Outside could use a facelift, though.

Grocery store is fine, but the pharmacy recently has been terrible. They told me my insurance only covers 30days when my doctor prescribed for 90 days. This didnt sound normal as it had never happened to me before. I think pharmacists over here are incompetent and they gave lame excuse for their mistake.

Terrible experience, the fact that they are not able to accommodate the advancements in technology during the checkout process is absurd I definitely will consider other places up-to-date and can provide many options when it comes to checking out and making purchases.

This Kroger is the a grocery store not a supermart.As expected from a Krogers it is very clean and the staff is friendly.I have been there multiple times and their staff is always perky and happy to help. Which is hard considering how customer service is.

I visit this Kroger regularly. While the employees and assistant managers are extremely nice and helpful, the store is cluttered, dimly lit, and dirty. Needs a makeover or better cleaning, or both!
