They are a small store (diameter wise) so you dont get exhausted as in the super stores. But the food quality is just s good. The personnel is very friendly and helpful when needed. I just might see them again later today.

The most terrible supermarket in Marietta. Super dirty, starting from parking lot, old floors, shelves and friezes.

Open door was locked. With no sign on it. Out door was open so you had people coming in and out the same door? How is that social distancing when everyone is using the same door. Not being cleaned in-between customers. not many people wearing a mask.

Food depot is a place to go when you need inexpensive but quality food items. 👌

Friendly and Helpful staff. The Meat prices are crazy low to begin with, plus they always have sales! 1/4 chickens for $0.80 lb,, what! Fed a family of 4 for $2.89 .. Produce is also nice and inexpensive.. 1 dozen Large Eggs $0.80, What! Some staples are avg or above priced but most things are well below avg priced.. And the Have Franks Red Hots (hotdogs), which is the 1st time Ive seen them since I moved to GA.. I will be back for sure,, especially the get all my meats..

They have the best deals on wine and beer. The meat section is pretty good too.

If youre on a super tight budget and need to watch what you spend, this is your place. Meats arent that great and the store needs a serious face-lift but the produce is fresh and bountiful and wrapped covid safe. The cashiers are really laid back and fun. Prices are really good.

I love this Food Depot I drive all the way from Buckhead to go Its definitely hoodish AKA ghetto but they have great prices usually they say stocked and I will keep coming back customer service is good as well just like most places be prepared for someone to ask you for some change as you come out or go in

The produce is questionable. Cauliflower always has black spots all over it. Onions are often going bad. They package alot of veggies on a styrofoam tray and plastic wrap so if one of the veggies are going bad, many times you can not tell. None of the produce appears very fresh. The price of meat is really good. This store is in an area that has a high concentration of Hispanics and so this store carries a lot of items for hispanic cusine. If you are needing a specialty item for any other type of meals, this store probably does not carry it. Its possible they dont carry it even if its not specialty. The parking lot always has a lot of trash and potholes that fill up when it rains. Cashiers are friendly.

I normally shop at Trader Joes and Publix since Ive moved. I happened to be back in this area so I stopped by for meat. I will say this location has come a long way. The meat section and selection is great! Its packaged nicely and organized nicely. I will definitely come here again when im back in the area. The prices are also great and the cashier was very polite and showed happiness in doing his job!!! Which was a plus for me.

The food was bad, even though the expiration dates are good, which means they are repacking the items. Not safe

VERY POOR QUALITY! Had to shop carefully because Alot of food was past expiration date. Very nasty rotting smell throughout the store. Priced much higher than Walmart and Kroger. Very unpleasant experience. Wont go back!

Parking lot had so much trash thrown on the ground. Paper towels were available and the cashier had to verify a price on an item that rung up more than the advertised sign. Overall, the cashier corrected the price and was very nice.

I shop here for everything. The meats have always been fresh and the prices are good as well. I do however wish they would consider a remodeling of the store itself but other than that, I am a happy shopper

This is a good place to shop and save money. The customer service is impeccable, fast and welcoming.

The staff is always pleasant & helpful. In the many times over been there, not once have I encountered a staff member being rude or indifferent.

Im a shopper you wouldnt understand i live in Lawrenceville.but. ive been known too drive too douglasville.too a fooddepot.or even carrolton.if im looking for cheesecake. Seams the have a deal with some factory.too get there miss cut cheesecake.when i find them ill buy 10 or more..they use too have the greatest Itiain chicken sausage.cant find that no more

Horrible experience. Usually go to another location but this one was closer to where I donate canned food items. Prices higher and very poor canned food selection and no employees available for any assistance.

Gard your wallet! Not from the homeless out front. But From The Cashier! Pay close attention to how many items you are being charged for! And how many times they swipe it. You might not notice a couple of dollars but it adds up over time. THEY TAKE IN QUITE A HALL!

Great produce and prices. Checkout can be a bit slow. Meats are somewhat lower quality, but fantastic prices and quality for the pork.

They are very unfriendly they dont put the the customer first. For an example a custom was standing up waiting on someone to help her one of the cashiers called out twice to someone to come and help her out what the customer that waiting for the Western Union and I thought that was very unprofessional when the when the cashier called-out Western Union

I have not been to the normal post office in years and I have Food Depot to thank for that.The only thing to improve is that sometimes the produce expires the same day or next day. I would love it is I didnt have to read the fine print each time to know that what I am buying will be good for at least 48 hours.

Every time Ive been in the store, the place was incredibly clean and the quality of the food is excellent. Usually I see nobody around but sometimes, when I have trouble finding something, Ill start seeing employees show up nearby seemingly waiting for me to ask for help. Some of the cashiers seem overworked during the busy hours but theyre always helpful to me. My impression of this store is that its very competently run.

Stop charging an extra 10% on the goods.

The meat expires really quick!!! Its not always the freshest. Be careful of the marked down meat. Cheap dont always mean good buys.

Food Depot has shown that a discount grocery doesnt have to be a dump and any demographic it serves. Unlike some other discount chains the stores dont smell, offer quality and brand names. They even sales products not sold in other larger chains, not necessarily the exotic porknand beef products but other specialty foods like yellow grits, etc

Today, April 10th, I visited your store and there was a cashier who did not have a mask and was ill. They should not have employees with a cough.

Very disrespectful. Apparently, employees thinks its funny when an unsuspecting customer attempts to go through the Exit door, promptly sounding an alarm. Learn to block a doorway thats not meant to be used, or perhaps place a sign that says do not enter.

Well the Food Depot in Douglasville is awesome there nice they have everything you need and plus more but the Food Depot on South Cobb Drive in Smyrna is the nastiest Ive ever been into and Ive been in about seven or eight of them and I was pretty good except the one on South Cobb Drive its the very worst
