Tried a strawberry refresher since its been awhile since i had one. Still good and refreshing! I also enjoy their turkey bacon/egg white/cheddar breakfast English muffin thing. Theyre pretty good especially especially you need an on the go breakfast. I didnt have the blueberry oatmeal this time but I would recommend it if you havent tried it for breakfast, it comes with a nut/seed/date/craisin blend that is delicious and some agave nectar you put in it.

It was just okay. Very dirty on the floor, huge location with tables stacked and moved saying Tables Temporarily Closed which means no dine in It seemed very slow to get the product when not many people were in the store. Tables had a big sticker on them saying temporarily not in use. Americano Coffee was good and hot on a cold day I appreciated that. The guy at the drive thru window was the nicest employee and handed me the bag and he was the only one that was really busting it. I asked for a plastic bag from another employee and she said we are not allowed but did not offer a paper bag.

I was trying to visit local establishments but At 6:58 AM the coffee shop next-door told me they were “still closed” despite being open and I was asked to wait. so I came over to the Starbucks next door. They were short staffed but ran incredibly efficient. The drive-through guy was taking orders while making food and drinks from his headset with a happy demeanor. When I remarked at his multitasking skills, his teammate said they’re low staffed but working hard. The whole time they were all smiles and worked graciously together in teamwork. My coffee popped up in less than a minute even though it was a difficult latte.

Stars are only because the cashier was really nice. Sadly, even though there was a line around the building, the three people standing there talking would not just put my items in the bag. I went in because of the line, and only got three bagels and cream cheese. They didnt even have to open the packages. Just stick them in the bag, but the three of them couldnt stop talking long enough to do that. Very frustrating!

This is not much of employees report but more of a management complaint and disappointment. The store is often “temporarily closed” it seems to lack essential orders out of the menu and it always runs out of ingredients. The manager of this particular franchise seriously needs to evaluate its supply systems. This should be by far the busiest Starbucks in Marietta due to its adjacency to Marietta Square and it’s inability to keep up with customers demands it’s disappointing.

Been going to this location since it opened. There used to be a Krystal restaurant there. Went by last Thursday a little after 6pm and they were closed! Its hard to maintain a business if youre not open! Otherwise, service is good and they get my drink right most of the time.

I’ve come here about twice a week for the past 4 years. The coffee is fine, the service is fine, the baristas are fine.However….They are ALWAYS slow.If you are going to pick up an order in the drive through or place an order in the drive through be prepared to wait anywhere from 15-40 minutes. No matter the time of day or day of the week.I’ve been here a couple hundred times and there is no exception.Not to mention the traffic that backs up onto Marietta parkway because of the drive through line.I wrote this while waiting in line. Now I’m at the window after ordering my drink over half an hour ago and it’s still not ready….

Great place everyone very nice . Recently went with family to try new drinks that i saw on tiktok. The gentleman did with excellent service and photo graphic memory only saw them once and they were delicious.

This Starbucks doesn’t care about in person customers!!!! This store prioritizes the drive through and will let inside customers suffer and wait forever for even drip coffee!!! I’ve never seen anything like it!!! Hey Justin pay attention to the customers who come into your store and if I order a drip coffee the register person should be able to poor that while I pay. Come on let’s get going and serve your customers!!!!

Drive through took over 20 minutes on a Wednesday afternoon. Couldnt get out of line to leave, had to sit there. Barista took my payment, but then acted surprised when she opened the window back up and I was still sitting there waiting on my drink. So slow!

Had a great experience here. Went through the drive thru on Tuesday 2/9/21 at 1pm and the young man who served me was so friendly and polite. He really seemed to take pride in his work. Wish I could remember his name to give him a proper shout out. A little care and respect goes a long way.

Ive come to this Whitlock Stabucks on several occasions in the last few weeks and they are not open during normal business hours. There is no notes or items showing they are closed temporarily or just not open so Im unsure if this location is currently open or not.

Short on major ingredients to make most of their drinks. Even with that the americano I had tasted off, as if there was old milk residue in it.Would not recommend if you are looking for a quick decent coffee

Quick drive thru experience, great hostesses

Recieved a bad drink when going through drive through and when i attempted to go inside to exchange the doors were locked. So then decided to go through the drive through but it was blocked off. Decided to check what time they close. 9pm. Had to call the store 3 times for someone to pickup and all they kept repeating was We are closed. Terrible experience so now Im stuck with a drink that wasnt made correctly.

I ordered a couple items through Uber eats but unfortunately my drink wasn’t delivered. I called the store to ask if they were out of the drink and it and how it could be compensated for. I didn’t clearly understand the name but I think it was a nice guy named shaydon or jaydon (I’m sorry, that’s probably wrong but you know who you are ☺️) who picked up and told me that he was sorry and that I could either call Uber eats or place the order for just the drink and he could price adjust it for me. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to do that but he allowed me to pick whatever size drink I wanted even though I originally ordered a tall, gave me a free cheese danish, And gave me some gift cards! Not to mention the cute notes ☺️ He went above and beyond for customer satisfactory and I must say, I am very pleased. And to the barista that helped me out, thank you so much and I’m sorry if I was annoying 😅 overall I just wanted to say thank you for being so considering 🥰

Service is fast, and though the store is small, they got us through the line very well and the mocha frappuccino slaps

Drinks are great, great location, and customer service is pretty good as well. The only downside I’ve seen at this location is that mobile orders are made on arrival opposed to made ahead of time so you can grab it and go.

This is the one of the starbucks that if Im in my military uniform the employee thanks me for my service. Im thankful for them. They are so fast with service and my drinks are always so perfect.

This location keeps their doors locked even over thirty minutes after theyre supposed to be open. The location opened at 5:30 and it was around 6:20. This isnt the first time Ive gotten here past opening hours and the doors are locked. Normally I would just walk away, but I already ordered online. I had to wait until the employees were done giving me death glares to get let in. Theres nothing online about a change in hours. The man who let me couldve just told me if their hours had changed. They also didnt care to start making my online order until they had let me in.

I really like being able to pick up mobile orders in the drive thru. I know it is sometimes more convenient to get out, but not always. We grabbed a hot tea, bag of chips, and iced cold brew for the road and kept moving! Friendly staff, and masks are in use.

Maybe update the hours if you’re going to close early at 6 every day please

TLDR; went through the drive thru, had to wait, and still had to go inside to get our order...The drive thru was rather busy. We were asked to pull up in front of the store because our order was not ready and they wanted the line to continue to move. The area that we were asked to wait in continued to block traffic so we pulled into the first parking spot that was no a handicap space. When our order was ready the person never even came outside to deliver it, they looked out the window and returned our order to the front counter.

Evey single time i come i have to wait atleast 30min in the drive thru. I could understand it happens but no its always the same wait when there are only about 5 cars in the drive thru. Way too long other starbucks have bigger lines and are able to manage it in a timely manner.

Here is my customer complaint due to my interaction with Starbucks today, I need to report a religious discrimination claim at one of your stores. Im not sure if youre aware, but in the state of Georgia, there are exemptions to mask mandates. I choose to use my religious objection freedom from wearing masks because of my faith as a Christian, and it is my LEGAL right to do so. We are also protected from all religious discrimination by the Civil Rights Act of 1964 under Title 2 of H.R. 7152, section 202 and 203, and on page 42 of Georgias executive order has exemptions to mask mandates. I can send these documents if you like. I believe God created us to be as we are, to breath fresh air, to express love through acts of kindness including affection and human interaction. I was polite taking my order, sat down, and then the manager came over to me and was very rude about your mask policy. I told him that I have a religious objection to wearing a mask and he said he didnt care. Do you ask Muslims to take off their veil? Do you force Atheists to believe in God? Then you should never ask a Christian to cover their face when they know its wrong, especially in a fabricated pandemic. The reaction to covid is clearly a drastic over reaction to a disease that is no where near as dangerous as the government and corporations have claimed. Heart disease, cancer and many other ailments have caused much more damage and death to the population than covid, and accusing me of endangering people by not wearing a mask, is absolutely insane, especially when everyone in the same space is breathing the same air. Please correct your manager for his error, and do not discriminate against people who dont think the way you do. Perceived danger is not real danger. I just want to buy food and drinks in peace, and go on my way. Thank you.

Meeka exclaims one Puppacino is never enough! This location is sometimes pretty slow on service but they get the food and drinks correct. The staff are nice!! The exterior could use attention to detail (i.e. landscaping improvements, parking lot trash pickup, etc.).

Not happy with this location to say the least. Theyre closed, but they have no sign out- so people are sitting in the drive-through all day thinking they can get take out- since there are cars in the drive-through, more cars come. Theres no one in there- so frustrating.

We usually go to Cool Beans as supporting our local businesses is extremely important. We had a gift card and dropped in for a coffee. The positive energy from the staff is what made our drive-thru visit great. If you want a brighter day, tell Matt Hi! If you want a decaf day, dont! HI MATT!

Normally I wouldnt even review Starbucks, but Ill make an exception for this location. The staff is kind, theres ample space, but most importantly ample outlets. Ive run into issues at other Starbucks with a decreased WiFi speed, but its not an issue here. Parking can be an issue, but what do you expect around the square.

We just drove through this Starbucks two mornings in a row on our way to a sports tournament and for two days in a row, my husband and I have gotten bad coffee. If we had time to go back and ask for our drinks to be remade we would have. I’m not sure if it was the same barista making drinks both mornings, but they definitely need more training or more attention to details. A white chocolate mocha should actually have white chocolate mocha in it! 😕

This is the first time I have had horrible service with Starbucks. My daughter stood online for 15 minutes for her drink. I went in to see what the problem was. When the girl finally called her name she slung the drink on the counter with a nasty attitude. Bad customer service

Some workers were pleasant. Made our orders wrong. Tables were dirty. No private space. Safe location and ample parking but the inside seemed run down and dirty.

Staff is very attentive, extremely welcoming. If I looked like I didnt know something they didnt hesitate to ask if they could help me. Tables are kept very clean. Everything is kept fully stocked, and has a great atmosphere. Definitely will come back

I walked into this Starbucks Saturday morning and ordered a latte. There was no one in line and no one inside waiting for drinks. The 4 employees were taking care of drive thru orders. After the employees served multiple cars, I look at my watch and 7 minutes had passed. I asked an employee, what about my drink. It took the employee 30 seconds to make my drink. Apparently, drive thru customers are more important.

I just went to the drive thru not realizing they are now closed at 12pm in this area. All the employees working there were outside talking. I find it very unpleasant, to allow a customer walk to the locked door of the building & not just tell me and explain to me it was closed. I will not be coming to this starbucks to give my money.

This Starbucks, although usually quite busy, has really polite employees who efficiently fill orders and do so with a positive attitude. The actual store is a bit hard to get in and out of, but otherwise, this is a really good Starbucks and one that I go to often.

Slowest drive-thru of a Starbucks I’ve ever experienced.

Long lines but you get a free drink on your birthday with any kind of flavoring. As much as you like. We stopped for my daughter. Parking lot is a bit weird. Outside was nice and clean.

Popular location but they do keep it moving. I wouldnt go out of my way to come here but when were in the area were never disappointed. Venti ice water please.

The atmosphere is great and the staff very friendly. My order always comes out in a timely manner with no problems. I always bring my Starbucks cup with me to get a little discount. Good place just to sit and be for a little while.
