Don’t take your phone to the Apple Store!Great service and talented owner. Within an hour my iPhone charging port was repaired for a reasonable cost. He offers many other services, and I plan to recommend him to anyone I know that needs their phone fixed.An otherwise very stressful week of not being able to charge my phone and dreading a trip to the Apple store where they would try to sell me a new one was relaxed after Michael took care of it. He is trustworthy because of his warranty on repairs; his warranty is better than Apple’s or any other repair store you find. I know I’ll be a repeat customer!

Super quick turn around time! I didn’t think someone could change a whole screen in under 10 minutes and actually do it right! It’s great that they also offer a lifetime warranty so you know they can be trusted. Cheapest prices around and a really nice vibe. Definitely will be referring to all my friends.

Coolest electronic repair/ clothing store you can find. Huge space and great to hang out while waiting on a repair playing PS4 or picking up some new gear. Staff is amazing, especially Ned as he helped me find a nice outfit and sneakers while my iPhone X screen was being changed for a fraction of apple with the same quality. Highly recommend.

Pro’s - Quick service, friendly to my wife and our little girl, small business owner.Con’s - Cheap screens that you have to come back for, or installation not done right. My wife had to come back due to random touching issues.Please improve your product lineup and offer Original Apple Parts. Also doesn’t feel like a place where they emphasize on electronic repairs. They have another business going on as well too inside.My advice to them is focus on one thing and do that thing right all the time. Side hustles are great, but you can tell the split in energy in this business is leading to mishaps. While my wife was back in she said there was another customer who also had to come back.

Great work, great customer service. There is a reason they schedule appts so if youre running late, let them know! I didnt know, was late, missed them and commented about it here. Owner reached out immediately and made it right.When my husband finally decides to fix his cracked screen, well bring it here. Had I seen how reasonable their prices were, I wouldnt have attempted to DiY an iPhone battery repair, gotten stuck with phone in two pieces, and admitted defeat. Save yourself some stress, let these guys fix it!

I love the place. My phone repair was quick and costed less than any other place. My only concern is that the screen that I got is sensitive to water.

So I didnt get my screen replaced but I came in with a cracked screen ready to pay the cost. Mike took the phone in and came out 2 minutes later telling me it was just my screen protector that was cracked! THANK YOU for the honesty instead of just taking it off and charging me for the repair cost, I wish you guys the best of luck this year.

While driving the other week my child notice this sign, and we decided to stop by and see what their $30 offer was about. We had an iphone 6s with cracked screen so my child went inside. He came back saying there was no iphone repair for $30, and his repair was $60? I didn’t think it was a bad price st first, so I was going to go back, but then decided to call around. Ended up calling another place and they were $15 cheaper charging $45! This place is not bad for a small and quick easy repairs if you can’t wait or don’t have a car.

Came to their grand opening sale today to fix my iPhone X and it was done within 10 minutes at half the price of the other stores I checked with first. They showed me all around the shop and what they do. Im very pleased with my experience at United!

Would not recommend this business. Had an appointment for 11:00 AM on Saturday. Got to their office. No one there. Called, no answer. Could not leave a message because the mailbox is full. Waited until 11:20. Made multiple phone calls - never got an answer. Came back at 12:00 - still no one there. I had left my contact phone number when I made the appointment. Should have had the decency to call me if there was a problem. If this is how the business is run, doubt they will be around much longer. Makes the 5 year warranty meaningless.

Came in for a repair and the staff was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in the door. The quality of the screen was amazing and the store itself was comfortable and well designed!

Super Happy with my new phone screen.I drove around for 4 months with a cracked screen - I have a 6S it cost me $50 and 15 min out of my day! The best part is we have a Sprayberry Soccer player who owns it. Probably why it’s called “United “.If you have a cracked screen, donyoyrself a favor and stop by this place- you’ll be glad you did!

Apple wanted me to buy a whole new phone and UTD fixed it next day. they have a beautiful lobby where they have other cool collectibles like clothing Shoes and accessories.
