I have been a car enthusiast my whole life. I married a car girl so we have a great time. My wifes dream car has always been a 911 Turbo. Charlie had one listed on Bring a Trailer that was exactly the specs my wife was looking for. As a car guy not being able to inspect a car personally is a scary proposition. Charlie and his team described the car accurately, answered many questions and his service after the sale was more than above and beyond. We have had the car a little over three weeks now and have already made great memories with it. I am also a car dealer and Charlie and team are among the good ones. There were no surprises when we received the car. It is refreshing to find someone that handles his business like I handle mine. When I am searching for a rear spec car if Charlie has it I will purchase without hesitation!

I have gotten multiple cars from this location, both luxury and basic good cars. I have never experienced any problems with any of the cars and Charlie is always able to find exactly what I want! I was looking for cars on a well known car app and found a car I was interested in. Called the dealership to ask if they still have it in stock and other queries concerning the vehicle. I was told someone would get back with me and a half month later get an computer generated email saying they havent heard from me.. this made me start looking at the vehicle and I find out its 10K more than Kelly Blue Book is saying its worth.. And thats for excellent condition.. Im not sure what these guys are on..., But something is suspect.

My buying experience was zero pressure and easy as 1-2-3. Charlie cares about his customers and will go the extra mile. There were some post-purchase issues with my vehicle and Charlie took care of me. As a consumer, you cant ask for anything more.In todays market, Charlies approach to doing business is refreshing. This is an amazing used luxury car dealer!!!!!!!! I have now purchased at least 3 vehicles from them. Every experience has been wonderful. CJ always seems to help my find what i need. Holly in financing gets it handled for me no problem. I would recommend this dealer to anyone. Being a used car there was one issue after i got it but Holly was able to get me extended warranty which totally covered it.

This was the most fluid and enjoyable car buying/selling experience Ive ever had. I was very impressed with every step of the process from: the selection of gorgeous vehicles, how they handled my trade-in, to matching my associations interest rate, to each touch point at the dealership was at the highest caliber. CJ was always right there to greet with a smile and get me directed to who I needed to meet with. Holly held my hand to explain all details of my loan and trade-in in an easy to understand fashion. And Charlie and Kevin both gave me the 101 on all the vehicles I was interested in and allowed me to test drive each and everyone of them to make sure that I got the best fit for me. Thought we were purchasing a quality vehicle. Thought I liked the sales person who worked hard to get the deal done. Went to get the truck and asked abp it issues and maintenance. Of course we were told it.was thoroughly inspected and serviced and was a quality truck. Made the mistake of signing papers and bringing it home. Took it to my local mechanic. He has uncovered over $4000 in underlying issues that were never mentioned. My fault for not being enough of a car person to recognize the piece of sh** I was buying. I thought I was dealing with honest and trustworthy people. Unfortunately like so many car dealers they were just out to make money at any cost. They said the things I wanted to hear and I fell for the scam. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Im with the last reviewer...my husband just bought a Ford Explorer from these guys a little over 6 weeks ago and its a complete lemon, when we first test drove it it ran hot and we let them know and they said they would fix it (apparently they didnt) and when we test drove it a second time it drove fine UNTIL 2 weeks in and we had to replace the battery, a week after that the starter went bad, and then the car started running hot again and ended up cracking a head. We have not had the car 2 months yet. We bought it as is because we thought this would be a reputable company but they are just like all of these other at used car lots who will sell you anything to make a quick buck! DO NOT buy from these people, all they sell is lemons! BEWARE

I dont understand how this place only has a 3 star rating! Kevin was so helpful when we went in. I was able to test drive the car I picked out online within 5 minutes of walking in. My credit is not that great due to buying a home recently but he still wanted to try and get us financed! Tina is a miracle working and low and behold I was financed for the car I picked out. I was able to get a low payment WITH GAP! This place was so awesome. I took my car home the same day. They saved me a tremendous amount of hassle and everything was said and done in a couple of hours. Honestly so thankful for luxury Autohaus!

Tina and Kevin were the best! No hassle on our car loan, she even found us a better interest rate. We love our new car and would recommend to anyone. We just bought a house, and my wife just got in an auto accident (not her fault). The insurance company of course didnt give us what we deserved. Tina and Kevin both were compassionate and worked hard to help us. If you have purchased a vehicle before they are great, if you havent, they are great!

My initial review was pleasant, but here I am again a month later and my car needs a new engine. I made the mistake of taking my car to *their* dealership instead of my personal guy. The engine light was one when I bought the vehicle, but Kevin had his guy look it over and he said he couldnt find anything. He then told me that if it came on again to let him know. Well, it did, I notified them, and then not shortly after, my car shut down on the highway. I called CJ as I didnt have Kevins direct number and she told me she would notify him. I called later that day because the shop had a gate and my vehicle was being towed there. I didnt know there was a gate at the mechanics and I wanted to call to see if she knew anyone that could open it so my car would be safe. I havent heard from her since.So now I have no car and I havent heard from them. I will continue trying to get in contact and update this review as I go. The mechanic is insisting that this is no ones fault.

Purchased a truck yesterday from here. I dealt with Kevin and Tina. I live out of town and called and made the deal over the phone. Drove 3 hours, signed a few papers, dropped off my rental and drove my new truck home 3 hours. Didn’t have a single issue with anything with the purchase and the truck was solid on the extended drive home. I purchased the warranty so if something happens to my truck, I will get it fixed and move on with life. When you deal in used vehicles, stuff happens sometimes.

They had a Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2.0T that I was very interested in (not their standard type of car: these folks typically deal in true luxury vehicles), They met my price, processed my paperwork with haste and generally ensured I had a good experience. Despite a few minor things wrong with the car (about which I had foreknowledge), Im extremely happy.

Well I went in interested in a Porsche one day. Very friendly people I must say. I can honestly say they did everything they could so I could walk out with that Porsche, but why wouldnt they? Thats their job, to sell cars good or bad. So I went to go pay the down payment, and I looked at the car and I noticed the check engine light was on. I told Kevin about it and he said he would take care of it. Went back a couple days later and yes the check engine light was off, so I took it home. Worse decision of my life. Fast forward a month into this, the car is reading 8 codes, all misfires. I went back to the place to get more information about why the check engine light was on before I purchased it. Spoke with Kevin, he said they dont keep records of those things. He said he didnt even know why it was on. He was explaining things that we (my cousin and I) already knew. They sell cars as they are! They clear the codes just so they can pass emissions but theyre bad cars. Now Im stuck with this car that isnt even running. At the end of the day business is busines, and thats how they make their money. Please, stay away from this place!

Buyers beware...Better Business Bureau...here I come!!!!I never experienced such a disatifying and unprofessional experience in purchasing a vehicle, as I did with this dealership.I was already preapproved with my own financing and was initially told that Luxury Autohaus worked with a sister company who could assist me in finishing the deal. However, it was strongly suggested that I go with their financing. (I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM USING THEIR FINANCING).As the time came to provide the affiliated companys information to seal the deal, my text messages were ignored and I did not receive a call back. I then called back on Monday, talked with a differentSalesman, who told me the car was $19,000.00 more than what was on my purchase agreement. I informed him of my purchase agreement and told him all I needed was the information to their affiliated company. He told me of their financing company and encouraged me to go through them. I told him I was uninterested in financing through them and it did not make sense. He told me that it would cost $500-$1000 in fees to use the sister company...even after I was never made aware of any fee for that particular service. He never provided the information.This company is one of the worst by far!

Caught me in a bind when my car broke down and I needed a new one in a hurry. Theyll do anything to make a quick buck. Was told their Carfax wasnt cooperating that day, was told they couldnt find any credit history ( Ive since found this was a lie, Ive got credit going back to 2005) and was referred to a lender with 19% interest rate, was also told the car I bought had keyless entry and the owner tried to weasel out of it when it turned out my model didnt have it installed. Dont get suckered like I did, ended up paying way too much for a car that Ive had to replace catalytic converter, headlights, lower control arm after a year of ownership.

Worst experience ever. I bought a Porsche Cayenne from them and they sold me after market warranty for $2600 for 2 years and as always something needed repairs, The warranty company refused to pay and came up with every excuse. I spent over $21000 in repairs because the truck had lots of problem. All this happened after 3 months of ownership. After some research, I found out that this warranty company had over 200 complaints in BBB and had over 30 Law suites and on top of that, they had no license to sell warranty in GA and have lost their license to sell warranty in many other states. I went back to the luxury Autohaus, spoke to Tony and to Charlie who is the owner and they told me that there is nothing they can do and refused to give me back the money. They told me when they sold me this warranty that it was the best after market warranty out there and they have been working with them for years. Stay away. Do not deal with this people, they do not provide customer support and will simply find ways to take your money and provide nothing in return.

The saleswoman was nice and helpful but didnt know anything about cars. I had already picked out the vehicle I planned on purchasing and was trading in a car I purchased 10 months earlier from them. The only complaint with the first transaction was after the sale I was given an I owe you to fix the paint on the rear bumper. (I showed up twice to have the bumper fixed by their subcontractor that touches up paint) With an appointment to have this fixed twice I was given the run around on why he couldnt get to it. I never went back again as I was frustrated with the entire situation.The first purchase at The Luxury AutoHaus I just wrote a check for the difference between the trade and the vehicle purchased. When I went to purchase the 2nd vehicle from them. we worked a deal and was prepared to write a check for the difference. They told me they cant take a check without running a soft credit pull to verify score. I told them ABSOLUTELY not. I have really good credit and the only things I have financed are business properties and I was in the process of refinancing a multi-million dollar loan, and didnt want any credit inquiries to mess up the refinance. I told them let me go to the bank on Monday and Ill bring back cash. They didnt want to do this because it was the last days of the month and they wanted to complete the sale by months end. So they had the Finance Manager and the Sales Manager come over and assure that nothing would be reported this was just a SOFT pull. Well, they are all LIARS that will do anything to make a sale. Of course a few days later Im notified that an inquiry was done on Equifax. on Aug. 30th, 2016. Buyers BEWARE!!! This dealership lacks all integrity. LUXURY AUTOHAUS you lost a customer for life! I know you made over 10K on the transactions I gave you. The first vehicle I traded in you sold in 1 weeks for 5k more then you gave me on trade. Good for you...Im fine with dealerships making money. Just disappointed because I tried to be a loyal customer.

We purchased my daughters first car here at The Luxury AutoHaus, and among all the other shady crap that was done, she has only gotten to drive it for 2wks. After the 1st week, the battery died, and from that point on, it has been a disaster of a vehicle. The locks stopped working, the interior lights stopped working, and although they replaced the battery, that battery as well wont stay charged. And the last time we drove it, the car lost power during driving, and something came up that the trans fail safe? Whatever that means! took us over 2 months to get our tag for the vehicle because the title was apparently still caught up at the bank! Now that weve finally got the tag, I took it to our trusted mechanic (whom I shouldve had look at it before I bought it-my mistake), who tells me the he cant get the transmission plug out because of the rust that is accumulated on it!! When Ive reached out to the owner, his reply is as is means as is! Real professional from a so called Certified Dealer!! They told me that they put all of this vehicles thru inspections before they sell them, we spend more than most dealers to ensure the quality of our vehicles! Apparently Im not the only one with the same issues with this dealership! If anyone has any ideas of a recourse that we can take! I am sooo frustrated because this was supposed to be an exciting experience for my daughters first car and its just a huge nightmare!!!

Nice people, but their cars are overpriced and they lowballed me outrageously on a trade in. I sold the car myself for 60%, yes, 60% more than they offered me.
