Giving a one star rating is actually to high. I purchased a 2011 BMW 7 series from this location CASH!!!! Before I left it was smoking! They assured me it only needed an oil change! However that was not the case! It needs and entire engine that BMW quoted me 18,000 to fix! I’ve been contacting these guys consistently to no avail. Finally reached out to one of the owners which promised to call me back with assistance, of course it was too much like right! Needless to say no call back. At this point all my calls are being screened. THEY SALE LEMONS!!! I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy!

Very dishonest from the start!! I purchased a 08 Dodge caravan for $4,000, The man stated it was no issues with the van at all. One week later the check engine light came on and the code was reading catalytic converter. After I sent the guy pictures and told him about the codes, he completely stopped all contact with me. The van is no longer running and I’m out of $4,000 and no money to repair the van. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! THIEVES, DISHONEST, AND CROOKED. BEWARE

Do not recommend. If I could give less than 1 star I would. They are shady and dishonest. They only care about them getting money and not about the best interest of the buyer. They sold me a car with the odometer rolled back, did not disclose this information to me. When I began having engine issues and confronted them about it I found out my car had 4x FOUR TIMES the mileage I thought it did. Then they had some piece of paper that I supposedly signed that they disclosed the information which I never had a personal copy or recollection of. But when I confronted the salesman he acted surprised about the information yet was the one who supposedly got me to sign the paper, which only had a cursive print not a printed signature. Not to mention it took me 8 hours that day to even purchase the car, I should have left then. Now they are refusing to do the right thing. I have witnessed, I will be taking legal action and exposing them. Avoid avoid avoid.

Full disclosure; I did not buy a car here but I did work with them for about 2 weeks on a car that I was interested in. Ultimately I did not buy the vehicle because I was looking for some very specific features and theirs had a feature I did not want or desire.I found the cost to be more competitive than market average. They took additional pictures and when I requested additional inspection information the were more than willing to accomodate having the car inspected by a nearby dealerships service facility. I worked with Archie and found him to be very friendly and professional. The only reason I did not leave a 5 star rating was due to the fact I did not buy the car and do not have any long term feedback on ownership.That said please keep in mind that when buying a used car it is just that, used. Although I got the sense that they were making every effort to to allay my concerns about the cars health I am very mindful of the fact that they cannot predict or prevent car problems. Please do your homework, do not get emotional before, during or after the purchase, have a pre purchase inspection done before signing the dotted line.I hope this helps. Happy motoring!

This is modest 2 star. As most reviews say, Archie was very kind. I went into view an Audi A6 that was listed for $13,100 which he was willing to only go down to $13k (a whole hundred bucks) Still feeling like the car was worth it, and willing to move forward, my lady insisted that we take it to our mechanic first. After taking it to the mechanic he discovered, oil leaks from both sides of the engine, it needed an O2 sensor, and an oil cover gasket (about $1200 worth of work). The car was also listed as having 82k miles, when in reality it was 96K (which they have reposted it with the correct milage but at a higher price) . He says it was an error, and didnt realize it until that afternoon but failed to mention it to us. Nice people but do a PRE-INSPECTION because it sounded good and looked nice.

I was looking online for a used 2013 Landrover LR4. I’m from Jacksonville, FL. After weeks of searching I finally decided that traveling to Marietta, GA to look at this truck was worth it. I called nationwide auto sales and reached Archie. I explained to him how important it was for the vehicle to be as shown since I was driving 5 1/2 hours to pick it up. Archie told me where the issues were. What all was right or wrong, made sure I had the Carfax info and anything else I needed. When I got there the truck was just as Archie had described. There was one scratch I was concerned about but nationwide dropped the sale price by the cost of repairing it. I was 100% happy with my purchase. I’m looking to buy another car soon and I will be looking to Archie to help me.

Small lot with some decent looking cars. They were very nice to my husband and I and we didnt feel to much sales pressure. I didnt actually buy a car just wanted to browse and overall it was a nice experience. Only gave 4 stars because they had a smaller lot then I thought and they advertised cars that they actually keep offsite which can be a but misleading.

Was sold a 2010 Volkswagen Passat from this dealer and in less than a month the turbo has gone completely out. When attempting to reach out to dealer about issue to see if there was anything he would be willing to do, his response was, Thats just how used cars are and thats just what they do. Do not give this place your business or your money.

Buyer beware of this place,I bought a porshe cayenne from this place, talked with archie the salesman there and on this car was told how great the car ran,well not going into minor details I drove over 1400 miles in total to test drive this car in which I did ran great no lights on handling was good so I was impressed with it. I even drove my p/u truck with my car hauler to bring it back to Louisiana not knowing the horror I would go through the following day I asked them about the last service as well as brakes etc. I guess I was excited about the car that I didnt wait for the answer.well I got home the day of Thanksgiving got out.got in the Porsche turned it on and as soon as I put it in reverse the brake lights on dash came on,I called archie told him what happened he said he was going to talk to his boss after that nothing he wouldnt answer my calls as well as the other staff there, after calling and calling someone there finally answered told them what was going on about the brakes and should I mention the check engine light came on I told them my wife and grandbabies could have been in the car and they are selling cars with bad brakes,he started laughing like it was a joke my family could have been killed and if they dispute this I even found a invoice from the Porsche dealership there noting the the engine light came on every 25 miles.. I drove a total of 35 whole miles when all the affected lights came on they knew it. Ill leave you this warning. I Will Never BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY....... Bait and switch. I received a call today from Autumn stating 2007 infiniti g35 was available around 10:30am. I set up an appointment to go after work to arrive around 5pm. Around 2:43pm I received an email alert stating it was sold (but sold yesterday). I called Autumn back but Nicole answered and said they have two infinti g35 and still had it available. When I arrived..I couldnt even test drive because the a/c didnt work. Nicole tried to show me other cars I wasnt interested in. I was only there less than 10 minutes. Terrible experience.

I was searching for a Honda Accord. I found one on Craigslist. I made contact with Jerry who was selling the car. He gave the address to meet him. It was Nationwide Auto Sales. Got there test drove the car and question Jerry about the shifting of the transmission and a light that was on. He told me the car was checked out and the light was minor. He also told me that was how the v6 Honda shift and he has personally driven the car to Penn. With this, I decided to go forth with the deal. I gave cash for the car. My house was a 45min ride from the office. Before I got home, the transmission went completely out. Called Jerry got no answer. I called the office and was told I needed to speak Jerry about the car. Later spoke with Jerry. He said the owner wasnt going to give a refund on the car. I got up early the next morning went there and spoke with the owner Ace Thompson. He told me it was an as is deal, they wasnt going to give a refund nor help with the repairs. He then went on to say bad things happen to good people. I replied, that its bad people that do things to good people. These were some of the most inhumane people I ever dealt with. To sale a car that only last 45mins and you are not willing to do anything to help, says a lot about the character of the people running this dealership. Please stay away from this place. Dont give them your time nor funds for nothing. They are out to take advantage of the public. The only way to stop them is to stop supporting them. STAY AWAY PLEASE!!! BAD NEWS!!!!!After a week of despair that came from a misfortnat situation, Shawn one of the owners, stepped up and corrected the wrong doing.
