Incredible experience! This was my first (and only) time trying on wedding dresses. I was a little nervous with this being my first time trying on dresses but Gabee was an amazing consultant! She was very knowledgeable, as well as patient with me throughout the appointment. 5 stars and highly recommend! Oh and I said yes to the dress at Bravura!

After trying on what seemed like 500 wedding dresses, I remembered that my best friend had gotten her wedding dress at Bravura. I decided to check it out. My sister and I had both gotten our prom dresses there so we were very familiar with it. When I walked in I was feeling very nervous (Id had not a great experience with someone that was assisting me at another store). I was introduced to Rachel who was going to assist me with the dress. She clarified which dresses were what and she went into the back room to start pulling dresses as well.After a few minutes and a ton of pulled dresses, I went into the back to try them on. Rachel was AMAZING. She made me feel comfortable right away. She wasnt pushy at all, and she had so much knowledge about the dresses and designers. I couldnt have asked for anyone better to help me.Needless to say, the first dress I tried on was THE DRESS.I had another appointment at a different shop but afterwards we drove back and bought it.Between Rachel and Shirley, you cant go wrong at Bravura. Thank you so much, Rachel for helping me find my dream dress!

I walked in to look for Gold dresses. No one didnt help until 5 mins later but the rep said shell get someone and no one did not help. Bad customer service and they didnt care.

I recently went to Bravura Fashion to pick out my wedding dress and had a PHENOMENAL experience. I thought I knew what I wanted and came in prepared with pictures, styles and every detail already picked out. When we got there, I was greeted by the stylist, Gabby, and I immediately started telling her all about the very minimalist dress that I had in mind. She obliged and started picking out the (sorry, but BORING) dresses that I thought I wanted! Of course I loved them all, but Gabby slowly started steering me towards a more ‘age appropriate’ dress and I slowly started feeling more confident (and sexy!) in these gorgeous gowns she brought out. She didn’t have to tell me that I was 26 and didn’t need to be covered from head to toe and helped me to overcome some of my own insecurities. I left Bravura feeling like a total bombshell and I couldn’t be more excited to strut down the aisle in May! Gabby truly has an eye for style and was a total friend for the three hours that I tried on dresses. She is professional, fun, super talented and made the day one to remember! If you go to Bravura, I highly recommend asking for Gabby to help you feel your best for your special day.

The ladies in the shop were so helpful and lovely. They were honest and helped you to find the right dress and didnt say yes just to make a sale, they said yes when the dress suited you. Would highly recommend!

Today it brings me so much joy to say that I said yes to the dress at Bravura Fashion. Debbie was amazing!! She made me feel so beautiful in each and every dress that I tried on. If it wasnt for Debbie I would have never expanded my vision on the styles I tried on. She was extremely supportive and welcoming to my family at the visit.

My sisters and I had such a bad experience here. We were taken aback by the lack of responsiveness and the smirky comments made by our consultant. This was my sister’s first experience trying wedding dresses and the way we were treated ruined her experience.If we’re going to spend thousands of dollars here, I would at least expect to be treated respectfully. I am appalled and don’t recommend anyone coming here.

Great Dresses and amazing assistance.

My family members had a very unpleasant experience here. Extremely snotty employees (owner and daughter) no help whatsoever, and rolled their eyes at my grandmother when she was asking a questions. You just lost a bunch of customers and should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. Also you all should be wearing masks especially during pandemic.

She did not had the dress I wanted. She helped me with finding the dress size. The very next day I called her as a courtesy, to let her know that I am getting the dress from somewhere else as they are offering me discount.During her call with me she made me hold for 10 min(she told me she is checking something with manufacturer), she went ahead and ordered my dress so I cannot get it from someone else, as only last piece was in stock only of my size. :(She lied to me and said she had previously ordered the dress and did not remember ordering it for her store. The very previous day when i went to her store, she didnt even know about that style.She got so desperate for business.Dont buy the dresses from her. If any dress is full price, she gets the dress from manufacturer in 50% off and then sell it at full price. If you order same dress from somewhere, you can easily get 10-20% discount.

When I came into the store Ms.Shirley helped me she walked me through the store and knew how every dress looked and made suggestions based on my body type....long story short I found the perfect dress for my gala! Elegant and timeless! I will def be back for all of my formal needs and will suggest it for anyone looking to be the belle of the ball!!!!

No masks were worn & customer service wasn’t so pleasant. When we walked in the store we were not greeted by a representative & didn’t feel welcomed. The consultant wasn’t the most helpful to our future bride & did not assist us with getting dresses. We felt very rushed & the consultant kept helping other people during OUR appointment time. Also there was a random dog there so if you’re uncomfortable PLEASE BE AWARE.

We had a great experience with Bravura Fashion. Although, ultimately we didnt end up purchasing our bridal gown there, Shirley was a WONDERFUL consultant. Maybe it was it was the first day jitters, or it just wasnt the right one at the right time but we did end up finding the perfect gown the next day at another salon. Out of the 3 salons we visited, Shirley was the most personable, informative, and helpful of all of the consultants we had. She was professional and compassionate and was patient with us when we needed it. No we didnt buy the gown there... but I would not hesitate go back or to recommend Bravura to anyone looking for a wonderful Bridal/Formal wear experience.

This is the BEST dress shop! I went to the TV shop and was treated horribly. The selection was limited there as well. Bravura had a huge selection and the staff was not only knowledgeable, they were kind, happy and truly seemed to be happy when I found a dress for my sons wedding. I came in and instantly it was smiling faces. The owner, Shirley, took me around the store and picked out the most beautiful dresses. Ever since I was a little girl, I’m talking 2 years old... I wanted to wear a wedding dress and have a wedding. I love watching bridal shows and looking at dresses. I had never worn one prior to visiting Bravura. I was fortunate to have Debbie as my bridal consultant and she truly was INCREDIBLE. Since I had never tried a wedding dress on before, I wanted to try every style... it felt like I flipped around almost every dress in the store. Debbie pulled dresses I chose in every style so I could try different styles. She was upbeat, confident, kind, loving... she made me feel beautiful before I even looked for a dress. Not only did I go to another store after my appointment to look at Bravura but I called to come back to Bravura because not only was my dress there but the environment was friendly, warm, inviting. My mother always had trouble finding dress but not these place. My mother was looking a dress for my sisters wedding. What I love about this place it has more bigger sizes. Every where you go they only have size 2,4 6,8.etc you get the point. I believe her name was Debbie she help us pick out dress and help my mom get into them. She was sweet and helpful. The minute I walked into Bravura I felt the magic and the whole thing started to feel real. My bridal consultant Debbie was AMAZING. I told her the vision I had and the handed me my dream dress. I tried on several dresses but the one she recommended was the one I fell in love with most. They really understand the vision of the bride and make you feel special. I tried the dress on in Ivory but I wanted to see what it looked like in Diamond White. Debbie had one of her consultants drive over to storage just to find my dress in the right color and put me at ease prior to ordering. I am so grateful that the Bravura team went the extra mile for me and my family. I was definitely recommend every bride in Atlanta to start their journey here. Oh and their prices are FANTASTIC!

We went to really fancy dress places and really regular dress places but THIS place was hands down the best. First of all Debbie, was the most perfect consultant. She had so much knowledge about all the dresses and she took her time with us, we never felt rushed. She was so patient! If you guys go here you have to request Ms. Debbie. Another thing we loved was the freedom we had to select the dresses we liked from the racks, which was not something any other place let us do and honestly it’s so much better of a concept than someone you’ve just met picking dresses for you. We all just kept saying “we should’ve have come here first!” Bravura definitely gets a 10/10 from me. I was the maid of honor but I know for sure this will be my first stop when I get married.

I am so happy to have found out about bravura fashion. We went here to try to find a dress for Milton High School homecoming and they have an incredible selection. For the last two years, my daughter and I have traveled to another boutique in Buford, Georgia which is over 50 minutes away because we could not find a place closer that had a really good selection with top designers such as Sherri Hill. Bravura is only 25 minutes from my house. They were very accommodating. We had to order a dress to get the correct size and the process was easy and the dress came in quickly. We will definitely shop here again.

I absolutely loved this cute little place for prom dress shopping! A sweet girl named Bailey helped me find the perfect dress for senior prom and i cant wait to wear it!! although they were a little crowded (prom season and all), Bailey handled it well and was very efficient! Britney Walk was awesome. She really tried her best to help us find the perfect dress for my daughters prom. I wouldve gave it five stars but someone else was helping us and she was suppose to bring us a dress off the mannequin, but she walked away and never came back. Found out she was helping someone else, but she definitely couldve told us that instead of us waiting for her to return.

Today was our first trip to this fabulous formal wear shop, and my daughter and I were EXTREMELY impressed with their wide selection of gowns, with a plethora of styles, colors, manufacturers and sizes. I went to Bravura to hopefully find a Mother of the Bride dress. I worked with Ashleigh Youra and tried on several dresses before she brought me “the One”. I probably would not have picked it myself to try on but Ashleigh knew better. Very happy with her knowledge and service. Ecstatic with my dress!

I CANT WEAR MY WEDDING GOWN!!!Lacks professionalism!!! Today was supposed to be my final fitting before my August wedding. The gown was so tight at the knees that I couldnt walk much less sit. Instead of offering to make alterations, the staff told me to lose weight!!....not quietly, but loudly in front of other guest!!! The seamstress advised that she did not want to remove the beading on my gown because it takes too much time. But isnt this how alterations are done? How do you lose weight at the knees? My weight hasnt changed since my initial fitting. The gown was too loose previously and it appears that the seamstress took the dress in way too much. She canceled my last appointment because she was behind on prom dress alterations then Coronavirus struck and they closed. When I inquired about the bustle, she said I didnt need to bustle my gown. This is after another staff member told me that the seamstress would show me how to bustle my gown so that I can dance. It was clear to me that I was not important enough to deserve the professional services the other customers received. These people had my money, and could care less about the fit and function of my wedding dress. Very disappointed!UPDATE: After returning to the store, a second seamstress took my measurements and confirmed that they matched my original measurements. I HAVE NOT GAINED WEIGHT! My wedding gown, Maggie Sottero- Brinkley Lynnette, was altered at the knees and now I can actually walk and sit in the dress. The seamstress was very nice and professional but Shirley has not acknowledged her inappropriate comments or apologized.

Bravura was warm and welcoming. I received plenty of attention for a Mother of the Bride dress. One other bridal shop I visited in Atlanta treated me with less attentiveness because I wasnt the bride. Shirley knows her business and can help you find a style that compliments your attributes and fits your occasion. I had a dress in mind when I arrived and the previous shop I visited required me to order the dress without seeing even a picture of the color I wanted. Shirley contacted the designer and had pictures sent to me with the actual dress, on a model in my size! She went over and above what is standard for excellent customer service. She followed through on her promises and is an expert at her craft. Highly recommend!

We were stressed trying to find a prom dress for our daughter. We found Bravura on maps and decided to drive to Marietta. In less than 30 minutes she found her dress. The staff were so supportive, helpful, and accommodating. Our daughter told them what she wanted and they came through big time.

I’m so glad I went here for my wedding dress! Debbie was so amazing and worked with me until I was ready to make my decision and never rushed me but did everything to help me even allowing me to go outside to see it in all natural light! She was amazing and everyone should think of Bravura when looking for wedding dresses! Their selection was amazing and the customer service was off of the charts!

Just leaving Bravura with a gorgeous dress in hand. Amelia, the salesperson, was so helpful. I went into the boutique with 1 hour to find a dress for the weekend. Amelia helped me try on seven dresses in a flash. She found the dress that was perfect for me and a pair of earrings to match. WHEW! This is the second time I have been able to find a spectacular dress at Bravura. I recommend this place to everyone.

After a not so great experience at a chain bridal salon, I went to Bravura to try on one specific dress. Debby was AMAZING and the intimacy of the bridal salon makes you feel it is all about you! Debby had steamed the dress in preparation of the appointment which I thought was such a special thing to do. She helped me with a decision between two dresses and I definitely made the right choice! I will recommend Bravura to all of my friends when they get engaged! I am so pleased with the experience I had!

Shelby helped me find my dress and was with me throughout the entire time. She is super sweet and gave me honest feedback on all the dresses I tried on. 10/10 recommend this place, this is the 7th dress I bought from this place. They honestly have the best selection out of any place in Georgia!! Everyone is super nice here!

Absolutely amazing service! Every single one of the employees are so friendly and helpful. They were always there to adjust a dress or get me another one they thought would look good on me. They have a pretty good range of dresses arranged by color, size, and style. My mom and I will definitely be back here next year for my senior prom. :)

The staff is very friendly, and they give you their honest opinion on how you look! It took me a total of 20 minutes to pick out my dress, and the store clerks gave me so much advice on what style of dress would fit my body type. I prefer Bravura over any other dress store and I recommend it to anyone who wants a quick, easy, but quality dress experience!

I looked all over Atlanta and online for a Mother of the Groom dress. Bravura was my last hope. The dress I bought at Bravura was the first dress that Shirley suggested I try on! She is amazing. Shirley knows what styles work for your body type and your event. She is so warm, personable, and really understands her customers needs. My experience at Bravura far excelled any other bridal shop in Atlanta in terms of personal attention, selection and customer service.

I went to Bravura to get a wedding dress with only 4 months until my wedding. I was injured during my appointment and had to use a bigger fitting room. Debbie was so accommodating and was amazing from the time I stepped into the door. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I found the perfect dress and Debbie is handling everything to make sure it’s here on time for my wedding. Go to Bravura and ask for Debbie!!!

I have gotten prom dresses, a debutante ball dress, and now my wedding dress/accessories from Bravura! The staff has always been extremely professional and accommodating. I have loved shopping here since my first visit! I cannot speak highly enough of this store and appreciate all of the ladies at the store but especially cannot thank Gabbee enough for going above and beyond! She was incredibly kind in a difficult time and her service is unmatched!

I ordered a dress from them a month and a half ago and the dress came super late and when I got it, it was the wrong color and not what I wanted at all. They have a terrible lack of communication with the customers (they didn’t tell me the shipment was going to be late) and with their vendors (the company my dress was from apparently ran out of the fabric they needed for my dress and they didn’t know). If you find a dress there in store that you love you should buy it, but if you find a dress there but they have to order DONT DO IT!!! I promise you’ll regret it. They also made me write a glowing review after I bought the dress so that I could get free earrings, so it’s safe to assume that most of the amazing reviews this place has are fake and not representative of this store.

I started to cancel when I saw the low ratings. I needed to order wedding gown like yesterday! I went alone and I just want to thank the owner she was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable about fashion, and what looks best on your body. I actually stopped her from bringing so many choices out! Great service! Amazing experience for me! I said YES TO THE DRESS!

I had a horrible experience earlier in the day at another shop and was really discouraged. Despite being packed with young girls purchasing prom dresses, I had such a positive experience at Bravura! I was looking for a gown to wear to my daughter’s wedding. As a 50+ year old MOB, I wasn’t really comfortable going out on the runway to see how I looked next to the 17-18 year old girls, so I tried to sneak a peek in the mirror at the end of the packed dressing area instead. The manager (or owner?) must have been watching out for me, because as soon as a more private dressing room opened up, she approached us and helped move my things over. So thoughtful!!! Customer service is such a lost art.... I will absolutely shop here again!

When i walked in the store i had someone immediately attend to me that helped me narrow down what type of dress i wanted within my price range. Then after helped with the adjusting of the dress. They found the perfect dress for me. I completely fell in love with this Bravura Fashion. Definitely shopping here again.
