I recently found myself in need of a 10 x 20 storage unit within an hour. After visiting the Rudderow location that did not have the unit needed, I was directed to the Fellowship facility that did have a unit for me, and was told to speak with Nicole who would be waiting for me. In spite of my anxious behavior, Nicole was very helpful and pleasant, and made an otherwise stressful situation for me, disappear.Great Service!!

I called this morning (about 5 mins after the store opened) and was greeted by a wonder young lady. I had a few questions about getting a unit. When Nikki spoke to me it was very personal and she clearly knew her job well. As we continued our conversation she suggested a different unit than the unit I originally wanted to get because it would be a better fit for what I wanted to store. Everything was explained clear and concise and she made me feel that Im a person, instead of a walking money sign.

I rented here for a few years and all the managers here have been great. Donna especially, she helped us when we moved out and was super friendly. She is always on the property working and really cares about her customers. We will be sticking with Public Storage in our new place.

My brother and I are currently going through family hardship with our father and his condition, so we decided to move all his belongings to storage while our father remains in hospice. On the day we moved into the unit, we had to deal with peoples bad attitudes and inconsideration for our time of hardship throughout the course of the day before arriving for our storage appointment. This is where we met Iris, the brightness to our dark day. Not only was she compassionate and understood our situation, but she truly was a blessing from above. After I rented a storage space I was told that they were paperless and I could not receive a printed copy. They would send my contract to me via e-mail. When I returned home and printed out the contact, it was different than the contract I signed and was also verbally advised of, along with the requirements and amount of payments.I returned they next day and was greeted by IRIS, who was, polite, knowledgeable and very helpful in showing me the Public Storage contract that was totally different than the one I signed. The contract that was sent to me indicated that I owed money in 1 week from my contract signing, which I paid for the full 30 days. The contract also had many other details that were hidden in the contract that was sent to me.IRIS was very helpful in explaining the mistakes, omissions and differences between these 2 contacts. This was very upsetting to print out the contract and have several errors that indicated that I only had paid for one week, not one month. If renting storage space from this location, please be aware of the contract differences and check the contract closely to see if it matches your understanding of agreements and payment before you are charged a late fee for a payment that you do not owe. I would have lowered my rating to 2 or 3 stars, instead of 4, if it were not for the help of IRIS.

Nikki was a great help! She was pleasant and friendly. She was very knowledgable about the units and helped us pick the correct one that would benefit us the most for what we need the space for. Customer service is some of the best Ive seen from anywhere. If I need a unit myself or in the future Im definitely going to come back and definitely suggest this to anyone looking for storage spaces. She gave us insight and information bout the buildings and how to go about entering our space,and whether it was a good idea to use boxes or bins,etc. All in all great customer review.

It seems like they keep raising the rates. My monthly charge went up 25%, thats ridiculous. They low ball first to get you in, cause they know once you have you stuff in there, its a hassle to empty it out and go somewhere else. I do have to say, Aimee in the office is great, she is so nice.

Selena is a great associate. She was very helpful when I stopped in to find out about storing at her location. She did not make me feel pressured like I have been at other companies. I will definitely be back to rent with her when I am ready to move.

Nicole was incredibly courteous and helpful when we were renting a storage space for the first time. She went over everything; and I mean literally everything. Took a rough inventory for us, walked us to the space to ensure it was enough, showed us how to lock/unlock the unit, informed us about every moving add-on, insurance, terms....EVERYTHING. All went perfectly, and Public Storage is lucky to have such a great employee.

I already had a 5 x 10 unit and needed to upgrade. Donna told me what was available and the prices. She even told me that the 10 x 15 units are on special price right now. Donna showed me several 10 x 15 units, I picked one out, upgraded and was done in 15 minutes. Donna is very friendly and a pleasure to do business with.

Aimee was incredibly helpful. In addition to showing me my unit, she gave me suggestions for supplies I may need in the near future. Very professional. Also, very humorous.

Just got my storage unit. Nicole was awesome. She told me everything I needed to know. I had planned on storing bags, she suggested boxes since its not climate controlled. Wasnt aware that the unit isnt 24 hour access. Will be switching to another storage place because of that but other than that the staff is very caring and knowledgeable. Great lighting throughout the facility and easy access. Would recommend.

I’ve never had a storage unit before and Amiee over at this storage facility was thorough, there weren’t any hiccups or hidden charges, she guided me into what I needed with her knowledge and it was fair. She also has one of the most pleasant attitudes working with customers that I’ve experienced of any service industry and I’d recommend them to anybody that needs this service based solely off the 1 experience I had with her. If you need a place to put your things, go here, I have really high standards, and they exceeded my expectations!

We used Public Storage to help us organize our stuff as we get ready to move. The staff was cheerful, helpful and spent some extra time ensuring that we understood how to access our stored boxes.In addition we purchased some of the boxes for sale at the sites office.When we completed our storing, the office staff was very helpful, reminding us that Public Storage was very accessible where we are moving.All in all - a very helpful, courteous and positive experience.

Selena helped us being that weve never had a storage unit before. She showed us both indoor and outdoor units to help us decide. Needless to say this is where we now store. In conclusion my wife and i did also take notice of the facilities upkeep and commend the staff on a remarkable job.

Anyone who has the inconvenience of storing overstocked stuff, understands my pain. Especially if its an unprofessional or cluttered facility. However, in recent weeks I have seen a change in management for the better. A new guy Paul I believe. Noticed a difference right away. Overall more professional with a cleaner lot.
