This place is the only GameStop that has amazing employees... A while back they moved heaven and earth to help me get some emergency cash for trade Ins spent about 3 hours with me fixing there ice machine one guy had orange hair and there was a lady as well these two should be promoted and given raises... Seriously... I WILL call hq to bug ya all about it

I have left a lot of positive feedback for employees of GameStop But I have to say my experience with Caitlin was probably the best Ive had with this company. She answered every question I asked and helped me beyond what is expected of her as an employee. She made several phone calls to other locations to secure an item I had been hunting for. Including two phone calls to update me on her search. Outside of the customer service she genuinely seems like a wonderful person who actually cares about what she does. It is very rare to find someone so genuinely kind.

Went in just this last Friday afternoon. The employee didn’t acknowledge us at all until we came up to the counter (no one else was there). I was wanting to purchase a used Harvest moon switch game -which there were cases out for so I went to the counter with it. the person working looked it up and said it isn’t available at any Minnesota location. Why have two empty display cases out then? No other comments or suggestions were said. Will not be going back to this location and may just stick to amazon as a last resort.

Customer service is good. Haley was willing to make a small exception for me and man did it make my day. Both Haley and Rachel (I hope Im spelling this right) are girls who know their games. Great advice and insight. Im definitely coming here for my next purchase.

Called in asking about having our power brick replaced for our refurbished Xbox one since it was not working right out of the box. The employee gave us the phone number that we couldn’t find online and offered to help us if our issue wasn’t resolved through them. Great employeeEdit: after reaching out to the number provided we were told they did not have any in their inventory. Kayla took down our information and is helping so much more than the corporate number we called.

They never have what Im looking for.

Even though it was still small(I mean, its GameStop...), it had very convenient parking, and a more open floor plan than the one in Riverdale. More open floor is nice so youre not bumping random people or their kids to look through the used games.Organization was top notch and their gamer action figures were definitely well take care of on the floor. Everything was exactly where it needed to be and was really clean looking! FNAF figures sold out? Empty box without random stuff shoved in to make it seem full. Thank you! Seriously! I would rather see an empty box telling me the item is sold out, than a bunch of random stuff thrown in to get my hopes up to make it look pretty and filled in.Bendy was with Bendy, gaming accessories with the games and consoles. The organization was really impressive from what Ive seen of other GameStops! That was my more impressed point. Everything was so easy to find, I spent more time thinking to myself I found everything so quickly... am I sure Im not forgetting something...?

Friendly, knowledgeable.

My boyfriend, Eric, and I come to this Game Stop about once a week/every two weeks or so. Now, typically Game Stop is known for having a great staff, but this location goes ABOVE AND BEYOND. We absolutely LOVE the employees at this location. Mike, the manager, is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS does whatever he can to get us what we need. I wear glasses and he suggested the perfect fit of gaming headphones that would suite me best. The staff at this location WILL NOT FAIL YOU. I could easily get my xbox money cards online, but the staff always makes it a pleasure to shop in store instead.

Pretty good experience. Sale team was friendly. Little cramped but nice store. I got Kinect games and they were reasonably priced. When I got home one of games didnt work. They replaced it right away. Very good to work with. When I need a new have to play Ill check here first.

Sorry for getting all defensive, but I just didn’t like how you said Gave Up like I was terrible at the game. No offense, I have all respect for you, but you always acted as if you were better than everybody that we play with and thought you were a god cause one person complimented you. You do something that is funny to you but annoying to others, you laugh. We do it back, you get angry. Now, I will have my opinions to myself and you will have them to yourself. Whenever we get together, no gaming. I have been off of it for two weeks now and feel fresh. I still watch YouTube videos of it when I want too (which is better than playing it in my opinion) I might play sometime in the future, but for now. No. School matters and I hope you think that too. Thank you and good bye. AND I DID NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!! I just realized that there are better things to do. I gave what’s left to my brother for him to bring to college. When I get a better job I am spending it on necessities. Not junk. Sports are number one and always be very active and root for maple grove. Adios. Piece out. YE YE

Love the employees. They are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are no longer pushy, and do right by the customer (within company policy, of course).

Definitely not the largest store, however I have never, ever, had such quality experience. I came in for some help with tracking an order I placed and merging two accounts. The workers that night sat on the phone listening to elevator music for over half an hour before getting an answer, handling multiple other customers as well. After getting a response and a lot of confusion the order was then cancelled and worked out so I walked out with my console in hand from the store. Over an hour in the store but happy nonetheless. They helped with everything I needed and then some. Definitely deserve a raise.

Selectrd site to store to pick up item. Item was cancelled. It stated it was available.

Bought a pair of socks one size fits all. I wear size 10 mens and they barely fit, they will NOT accept them for return. Avoid buying socks if you have over size 7-8 apparently. Very dissapointed

The store is small, and parking can be limited but the staff make this the best GameStop I personally have ever been to in the Midwest. Efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and understand, I have never had any complaints about this store!

Terrible customer service. They bug you a lot. Theyre very stingy on returns and talk down to you. Their selection is really small and kind of pathetic. I refuse to go here again. Ill probably end up going to the Crystal Gamestop from now on.

I come here very often. While I could order all my gaming related stuff on Amazon, I check here first for what I want because of the great staff and sense of community.
