We purchased an auction lot that was still not shipped while they conducted and completed two more auctions. In addition we were lied to about details surrounding attempts to contact us and correspondence was less than friendly. This may have been out of the norm as we only had one transaction and then blacklisted future business due to the experience. Proceed with caution.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They sold us a freezer that did not work and when I contacted them to try and discuss the concern the lady I spoke to accused me of being the kind of person that does this all the time I believe she was referring to someone who purchases stuff and then calls that it is broken, but I am not exactly sure as she would not explain exactly what she meant by it. I wanted the freezer in fact I needed it I won it on K-Bid auctions web site who is affiliated with this company not because I wanted to wast my time going and picking the freezer up which was over an hour drive but because I needed it. She was the rudest person ever and I would advise that anyone that sees an auction on K-bid that she is affiliated with run, because if you have an issue you are S.O.L!

^^Sorry to here you dealt with that but honestly knowing the owner no suprise :/ I use to work for her the owner she was nice until she hit my car and tried running away from helping me pay for it so she fired me i dont think anyone should try to support this company wether working or buying!
