They really do take your repairs personally. They go beyond to make sure that your vehicle is well taken care of and you are pleased with the service. Very friendly and clean environment. This is definitely my Auto Repair Shop!

The people are very nice Ive taken my car back several times for the same issue and now I am told that I need to have some other things done in order for them to get my check engine light turned off. The dealership said they can turn the check engine light off without doing all of the other work that Morgan automotive said needs to be done in order to have the check engine light stay off.

Went above and beyond in service! After breaking down on the highway in our rented camper van, Morgan Automotive worked after hours to get our vehicle up and running so that we wouldnt miss our planned trip to Yosemite! We have such gratitude for the generosity they showed us. Van ran great throughout the rest of the trip!

They put in a new clutch a Dodge ram 3500 maked some major mistakes stepped up had to go to a different shop and they paid for all the repairs

I had moved to Sacramento in November of 2018. Prior to my move, Morgan Automotive was the only place I trusted for regular oil changes and other automotive work on my vehicles. I did have my car serviced here once during my having been a resident of Sacramento. I moved back to Manteca the end of February 2020. Prior to moving back, I had my vehicle serviced in Folsom in November 2019. Although I hadn’t driven much due to the pandemic and sheltering in place, it was time to bring it in for an oil change. I received the excellent service I became used to from the moment I called for an appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle. I was contacted after all checks were made to be informed one of my headlights was out. I have no complaints regarding the service or appearance of their new facility. One major concern I had is that none of the employees had face masks or any PPE items on. This won’t deter me from bringing my vehicle back in the future. However I found it irresponsible in light of the current situation our country is going through, especially given the fact our county is still on lock down.

Manager very knowledgeable. Took the time to evaluate my wifes car. Give me options. Understood that I did not have a lot of moneys and still did his best to repair the motor mount. Had it not been for their service and dedication surely my wife would have not only broken down, but I would be writing a review for car dealership instead. These guys can do the job right and fast. I was without my car for maybe half a day.

AAA should drop this place. After explaining to them that my car ISNT a Mazda3, and that its a Mazdaspeed3- they proceeded to add regular Mazda3 parts to my car. Which down the road caused issues with the driving and reoccurring CEL caused by them. After bringing it up to their attention, they said that they would need to run another $200 diagnostic to see if they missed anything during the first $200 diagnostic. To anyone and everyone, stay away from this shop. My car is currently being properly serviced by Tracy Mazda and thats the only place Id ever trust my car at.

Dont bring your vehicle here. Very shady place. If you need an alignment and have worn or damaged suspension components they will still charge you for an alignment then tell you whats wrong and needs to be fixed. To correctly do an you must first bring up the issues, get it fixed, then align. Brett doesnt care about customers. He just puts on a nice face and is explains to play his part is acting like a nice guy. When really he is not

I went so they can do an alignment, and they did an inspection, after waiting an hour, they told me they couldnt do the alignment, they needed to replace some parts in my steering wheel. I paid for the inspection. When I left my steering wheel started shaking. I called them and told them what it started doing and they said that they didnt move anything. To me they really want your money. I was unhappy. Never going back and I wont recommend it. 😠

Watch out for Morgans Automotive the charge you for things they didnt do. And theyre very expensive the quality of work is substandard

I do not know why theyre having me wait this place when all I did was call in to see about a air conditioning special which turned out to not be them but the young man on the phone was pretty polite so I guess thats why I gave them three stars
