Nice people. Great Prices. One thing about their sales office is that they are busy and selling motorcycles right and left. That means the prices are as good as they get.

Let me preface my review by saying this is the first time that I have ever purchased a vehicle online. I typically visit the dealership, test drive and look over the vehicle before moving forward. Pretty much the normal process. After all, this is a pretty big “investment”. Ultimately, I do not want to get screwed over. Who does, right?That being said, I have been in the market for a newer model Jeep for some time. I was casually online looking for a Jeep, when I came across Texas Best Used Motorcycles. The Jeep I spotted was very clean looking from the pictures. Texas Best had a loaded a 4.5 min. video on their site. This video made me feel very comfortable. Texas Best did a fantastic job of going thru the Jeep while it was running, showing every nook and cranny. I was able to hear the engine, and see that everything was in PERFECT working condition. Because of that sort of detail, I decided to inquire on the Jeep. I shot an email to the dealership, and received a call from their Sales Manager – Paul Ryan. Paul was excellent to work with. Right off the bat, he was up front with me. He said, he had numerous people reach out to him regarding this particular Jeep, but I was first in line, therefore, he wanted to give me the first crack at it. Now, I know what your thinking, “all dealers tell you that”, and you would be correct. However, this Jeep was spectacular, I know he wasn’t full of BS. I have inquired on many Jeeps over the past 6 months, and they are gone within minutes of being posted. He could have very easily made several calls and gone with the highest offer, but he didn’t. He went in order of inquiry. He wasn’t like most dealers that you come across – he was honest. After he answered my questions, I felt comfortable enough to move forward. I made an offer that was very fair, and Paul had made a sale. It was such an easy process and the price was great!Being from out of state, I was worried about transport of my new Jeep. Paul said he had the best broker in TX, and got me squared away. The price thru his broker was much cheaper than other quotes I had requested on my own accord. His company, was fast, reliable, and very communicative regarding where and when my Jeep will arrive. The Jeep arrived in perfect condition. Just as Paul had stated over the phone, Texas Best only sells the best, and won’t screw their customer over. He was right! The Jeep was immaculate, just turned 4k miles and the prices was incredible. I had been looking a long time for a Jeep like this, and I finally found the unicorn. Fast forward a couple months, I text Paul asking him if he could extend my temp tags, because Covid had delayed all DMV processing in my state by 4–6 weeks. Paul could have ignored me. He sold the Jeep 2 months ago. Why should he care? But he responded within minutes and I had my new temp tags within 30 min of texting him. That is just the guy he is, and the exact type of salesman that I wanted to buy from.Thank you, Paul and Texas Best! You really are the BEST!!I will be keeping on eye on your site for future vehicles, and definitely be recommending others to you. Called for an estimate once to be told MATT was on the other line and a message would be passed by Chino or Gino or something. Next day still no call.. I call a 2nd time. Spoke to the same guy that couldn’t help and put on hold for MATT. Answered by the GINO guy. Basically just said call back later. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very quick buying process. Great selection of bikes and prices. I couldn’t get my bike mount in my cargo trailer to secure correctly they spent the time to help me out and get everything safe and perfect. Really love this place and staff. I will definitely buy more bikes from here

A joke. When I put in online application, I called to verify they got it, since no one ever called. Sales man verified getting it. Now, the credit score is absolutely not a problem, told him I was willing to put way more cash than was recommended for down payment and I wanted this bike so bad that I would even bring in cash to hold it, while all the paperwork process went through, since I had read reviews of bikes being sold while people wait to hear from them. Should have been a red flag but I knew my credit, and down payment was not a problem. The problem was that after 2 days of telling me that they would call back for various reasons I let it go. Now, 2 weeks later they have the nerve to call and say the computer was down for 2 weeks and they still have the bike, oh and also happen to have another one that I may be interested in. I have purchased several bikes, new and used, all over DFW area, I have never had one handle business like this one. The bike would not still be for sale on there website today if this place really wanted to sell. If they had a good reason for how this went down, I would like to know. It sure was not a credit score, sure was not a down payment and I sure dont believe that computer problems explanation for 2 weeks. Also where did all my personal information from online application go!? Because the guy who called weeks later kept trying to get that again. Worst experience of customer service I think I have ever had. That is saying a lot, considering how much my kid loves happy meals.

Seriously if you are even THINKING of buying a Harley go to Mansfield, I don’t care where you live MAKE THE DRIVE!!!! Lee my sales guy was laid back, low pressure and super friendly and knowledgeable... but it didn’t end there!!!! Tina in parts was super helpful helping me get accessories... Mike in maintainance was friendly and told me all I needed to know on how to care for my new Harley... then Brian in the shop is super out going and busts his butt to make you happy!!!! Look I seriously would recommend everyone I know to go to this dealership because they just aren’t selling you a lifestyle but they truly care about their customers and make you feel like you joined a new family!!!! GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR HARLEY NEEDS oh and Billy made my day by delivering my bike for me and took the time to help me get familiar with my new baby!!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Saw some of their bikes online and one caught my eye so, i made an offer. Their counter was great and we made the deal. The transaction went very smoothly and the bike is everything they said it was. I highly recommend them and frank (my salesperson), to anyone looking for a quality used bike. Best experience by far in using a used dealership.

They do not seem to want to sell bikes here.. worst customer service and terrible response time. Would have been willing to pay $75 more a month for the bike I wanted if they would have just tried, instead I got no response and then snarky reply from the manager. Will take my business elsewhere for this reason only

It was a good experience spent most the day there, my wife and I met everybody including the owner everyone was so nice and helpful. They had to replace the battery on my bike and even delivered it to my house with phone calls along the way. Thank you so much for your services.

Spoke with Paul and Matt about a bike on the website, and was told what TBUM wanted for it incl. 2 years of warranty...to the point and very professional. Worked numbers with my Financial Director (aka the missus) and was in business. When I got to the dealership, I was really impressed with the presentation of the inventory and how polite and helpful everyone was! Great group of guys! Shook hands over the bike after about 5 minutes and rode home in about 45 minutes total.

Cant thank these guys enough. Had friends drop in to look at a Victory Vision, even though they were not there to buy, Jay treated them as if they were, it went a long way with with me. Little over a week later, I drove off with my new bike. Love it, these guys are A+++ all the way. Thanks for everything.

Great experience was in and out in 1.5 hours . The sales staff was very professional. Had the bike I wanted Paul the sales professional had it brought down from there Bedford store. Great staff.

It was an easy buying experience. Texas Best had the exact motorcycle that I wanted. They have a huge inventory of Harleys and some metrics. I never felt any sales pressure and all of the sales people are laid back. Ill be back for my next bike.

My salesman was Jay Nanashe and sales manager was Rex Davis Both of the gentlemen were extremely helpful and honest, Jay drove his car and took me to lunch and also drove me to the bank to obtain the money. Both of the gentlemen demonstrated good old fashion customer service that was second to none. Happy new year.

Jay is professional. He answered all my questions and no pressure he was very thorough. He corrected a minor problem with my new bike immediately and followed up to be sure i was satisfied. Bought HD Road King from this dealership. My salesperson was BIG PAUL, very informative and knowledgeable about motorcycles. The F & I Manager was also the same in his Department. Id recommend this dealership to everyone interested in buying a new or used HARLEY - DAVIDSON.

I recently purchased a Honda Goldwing from TBUM through Jay. He was very easy to deal with and I believe he made the deal possible. They gave me a fair trade on my bike and I would recommend him to anybody in the market for a great used bike. They have a nice selection of bikes and I would recommend him to anybody in the market for a great used bike. They have a nice selection of bikes to pick from as well. My experience with Texas Best was a good one. I like the motorcycle I bought and salesman made things a lot easier by not being one of those pushy kind. I fully intend to be a repeat customer.

DO NOT USE..... DON’T SHOP HERE FOR A MOTERCYCLE!!! THEY ASKED FOR MONEY TO HOLD A BIKE AND SOLD IT.... They will sell it even if you give them you credit card. When I then ask a manager what happened he told me “Well I don’t know but the bike is gone, mistakes happen.” His only response to fix the situation was I can sell you something else. WE FOLLOWED THEIR RULES AND THEY DIDN’T. Save yourself days of research and time getting the perfect bike and run fast somewhere else. Definitely not Texas Best Used Motercycle. WHAT A WASTE ....... They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Great group of guys knowledgeable clean bikes I would highly recommend, Once i got in the paperwork was quick and i was on the road riding that beauty back to California. I would definitely buy from them again and ride back to California.

I just went in here to look around, they have a lot of product, some really cool bikes and cars and the guy took me back to some that were not shown to everyone, man, made my mouth water LOL but out of my price range had to walk away it was like a museum in there.

I am a first time owner of a motorcycle. When I came in, I really did not know what I was looking for or what I needed. Boyd was very helpful in helping me find what I needed. He helped me find a bike that fit me.

My problem is that i filled out a app i called the guy and i did tell him i had bad credit and was working with about 800 dn on a motorcycle that was 4995.00. Now i did not hear anything back about if i needed more money or if i can buy i am a car saleman if that person needed more money or if i can i will call them or if i can not get them approved but to be put on the back burner and not call is my problem a simple call would have been great.

I just wanted to comment on my experience. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a motorcycle online and almost 1,300 miles away from home, but when I first started speaking with Boyd, I felt like he was standing right next to me. He was very professional, and answered every question that I had asked. I probably called him more than I should have, but he said to call if I had any question and even took my call after store hours. If I ever decide to sell and buy again, Boyd will enter my mind first. I would probably be a repeat customer thats how much of a great experience I had. Texas Best Used Motorcycles, Thanks Again.

I felt that Boyd had a genuine interest in finding the right bike for me. He even talked me out of looking at bigger more expensive bike because he did not feel it was for me. Boyd is solid.

We made 3 visits in a week to decide on whether or not purchase a motorhome we found on their website. Everyone was accommodating and did everything we asked. Long story short- we drove the motorhome home!!!

I recently bought a 2005 Jeep TJ Willys Edition from Texas Best Used Motorcycles. The purchase took place in late June. I live in Southern California so I worked with Frank by phone to get the transaction completed. He was a real pleasure to work with. He was always available when I called or sent an email. He worked with me while I arranged financing and transportation. When the Jeep arrived it was in great condition, just as they Texas Best had decribed it. It was an excellent car buying experience.

Frank and the whole staff at Texas Best Used are the real deal. They picked me up at the airport, had the bike ready and pointed me in the right direction home. Professional and friendly all the way around.

Saw a truck advertised with these guys, one photo had what might have been a cigaretty burn to the interior. So I called first, asked if it was owned by a smoker or smelled like smoke inside. They told me emphatically no, so I drove almost an hour to go see it. Open the drivers side door, and the smell hit me right in the face before I even got in. All I can describe it as was eau de sleazy bowling alley.If they are willing to lie to me just to get me to come out, I can only imagine what kind of lies they might tell to close a deal. Beware.

Jay was outstanding. These guys who work with him, Frank and Rex the sales manager were some of the best and caring guys you can meet. Dont even hesitate to do business with them or their sister company. Both make you feel happy when you leave because you dont feel like somehow ya got screwed. I had looked and even had a couple of deals at their competitors and stopped the buying process because those others dealers were screwing me and laughing in my face because there is no way in hell I am that stupid. Thank God for these guys. I have been riding for over 40yrs and have deal with many dealers and I have to say they are the best. I walked in after seeing their bikes on Craigslist and from the first minute I walked in they didnt once act like your typical salesmen and just focused on what I wanted not what they wanted to sell me.I will be back buying more bikes and telling all my friends about this outstanding experience.Ps. I also stopped by their sister store and even after telling that salesman I was already working with Jay, he spend 35mins with me looking at the bikes they had there and knowing 100% he wouldnt make a dime from the sale. Thats putting the customer first. Also Joe the service guy helped me with a issue on another bike and on sat, as busy as they were said just bring it up now if ya like and we will take a look at it. I did and wasnt even there 15mins, issue fixed and on the road....

Terrible, if you like high pressure car sales, ( a tactic that they think is revolutionizing the motorcycles business, how silly) then go. They dont take care of customers or employees

Texas best IS DIS- HONEST i bought a 1965 dodge for 21.000 they had a great reputation ebay and elsewhere i looked AND FELT I COULD TRUST THEM I WIRED THE CASH HAD THE DODGE SHIPED AS SOON AS THE CAR HIT MY DRIVEWAY NO POWER STEERING NEXT 10X10 INCH HOLE HIDDEN UNDER 4 SPEED CONSOLE NEXT REAR AXEL MAJOR LEAK I SAY NOTHING ABOUT ALL THE ABOVE I JUST SUCKED IT UP ..I WASH THE CAR AND GET IN IT AFTER LAKE OF WATER ON FLOOR UNDER GAS PEDAL ITAKE A GOOD LOOK FIST SIZE RUST HOLES IN AIR PLENUM I KNOW DAM WELL THEY WASHED THE CAR AND HAD TO SHOP VAC WHE WATER AFTER THIS WILL COST THOUSANDS TO REPAIR IM STUCK I CALL AND BLAKE THE OWNERS SON TELLLS ME HIS DAD HAD THE CAR IN HIS HOME AND DROVE THE CAR AND WASHED IT MANY TIMES AND NO WATER IM BLAKE TELLS ME TO BAD WE SELL MOTOR CYCLES AND DO NOT HAVE A LIFT AND BUYER BEWARE OF CORSE AFTER THEY HAVE MY MONEY DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!!!
