I took one tablet and a laptop there the guy claimed he fixed my problem on both of them and that turned out to be a lie when I called him to tell him that my problem wasnt fixed he acted like he didnt remember me when i was just there the day before picking up my items he told me to bring in my receipt i told him I know he has a copy too for his records so why couldnt he just look at his copy then he didnt respond back. Never again will he receive my business nor will I recommend him to anyone

Was unable to repair my HP laptop. Said he couldnt get the parts to fix it and that it would be too expensive to repair but still wanted me to pay a diagnosis fee.

Ive now taken a laptop and a desktop to him for repair. I also referred my mother, mother-in-law, and niece to them. They do good work at a fair price. Called several locations to get a quote to have the screen replaced on my laptop. I had to wait for most of them to call me back, and when they did they could not provide me with a solid quote on price. I called and spoke to Dion over the phone and after giving him the model information for my laptop he was able to quickly quote me a fair price, and even had the screen I needed in stock there at the shop. I brought it in to D and he had the screen replaced in minutes flat. Fair price, good service! Thanks Dion!!

I called Computer Dynamics Precision today asking about testing a motherboard on one of my older desktops that I built. I had been troubleshooting it to no avail but thought it might be bad. After a few minutes on the phone explaining the issue and the steps I had taken, he agreed that it was the mobo. He told me the steps I had taken is exactly what was needed. Nice guy, Ive had him replace the batteries now on a couple iPhones, he charged very little (although both time I had a replacement battery). Good guy though, highly recommend.

We took our computer up there to get fixed spent over $150 and dont hear back from him for 3 weeks. We go up there and he says he lost the laptop. He say he can give us $75 or give us a shity half broken computer. How do you freaking lose someones computer?

Horrible customer service worked on my iPad locked it up gave it back I was told bye a apple tech they ruin my iPad and refused to replace it after they broke it there was nothing wrong with my iPad when i left it with them
