The only complaint I have is finding someone to help me....every time I go there. The store wasnt busy at all. I walked around the whole store looking for someone and gave up and went to the checkout to get assistance. Worst electronics store in mansfiled, bought 300$ Sony Xm4s and they wont return even though its only been 30 days. Used them 1x and they are making crackling noises. Shop anywhere else and youll be happy.

If I could give a negative star rating, I would. The stereo installation department, while nice guys and easy to talk to, did not provide a professional service. They used cheap workarounds, sloppy cable management, were not knowledgeable about speakers and amps, and installed a system (speakers in all 4 doors and a sub in the rear) that sounded considerably worse than my factory setup.Whats worse is that when I returned to the store to ask for a refund, I was met with hostility and extreme rudeness from the assistant store manager. When I expressed my frustrations with the quality of the service provided, his response was, Oh well. Upon telling him that I would never shop at a Best Buy again due to this experience, his response was, Whatever.A total lack of customer service, poor installation, and inadequacy in knowledge of stereo equipment and vehicles are just a few reasons to never shop this store.

Some of the best installation service Ive encountered. The technicians went above and beyond what I expected to make sure the radio install was competed & troubleshooted the wiring issue in the vehicle. Highly recommend this crew. Well worth the hour drive due to a shortage of install techs locally.

I’ve had some type of issue with almost every product I’ve bought from them. Horrible communication and customer service. Was supposed to have a washer and dryer delivered and they brought two dryers. Never called to let me know when I would be getting the washer. I called them four days later and was put on hold for 30+ minutes.

Bought a fire TV at Best Buy in Ontario, first it did not come with any kind of manual. Tried to call the store to ask how to operate it and what channels it comes with, and waited for over a half hour each time and no one answered the phone. Then I called the one 888 Best Buy twice, and got hung up on both times, and could not understand either of them. Their support number is in Mexico. I was respectful and friendly, and got hung up on twice in a row. The associates at the store were very friendly, but friendliness doesn’t help me figure out how to use this TV.

I have not had a bad experience with this store. I absolutely love buying my electronics from here. I have even had a satellite radio system installed in my car and it was a great experience. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

No one wants to help even when you walk through the store yelling you need help. Yet I saw groups of three associates huddled together talking. So got tired of waiting and left.

I hadnt been to a Best Buy for quite some time. While my son got great help and attention from the young man helping with my sons MacBook, I wasnt offered any help or asked if I had any questions as I wandered through the store. The store was clean and well-kept, though.

My issue isn’t with Best Buy but with the geek squad I take care of 3 individuals with disabilities that live in home together and split the cost of everything they saved up their money to buy a washer and dryer from Best Buy and now just a little over a year later they have been nothing but a headache and have scheduled appointments twice to come out and look at their washer that has been broke it’s been over a month they never show up so now we’re gonna have to find them another washer because I don’t think they will ever actually come out after two missed appointments and hours on hold getting the run around I wouldn’t recommend getting anything from there that you wanna get a protection plan on because it’s hell trying to get them to fix it or honor it

Not what it used to be but they actually had what I was looking for today in stock. Usually have to order things from other stores so today was a pleasant surprise. Decent selection of most commonly looked for items but still doesnt seem to have the selection that they used to. Prices seem to be relatively in line with most other stores.

They are very friendly and very helpful when you walk in.

Honestly, some of the staff could be better. Al, Adam and Taytem are some of the best people Ive ever met in sales and support. Educated, helpful and kind.

The people in the store are phenomenal... separate the store service from the phone support (or lack of). I walk with 2 canes so in-store is hard but went in for a Samsung smart watch and possibly upgrade a phone. First the service person realized they need technical assistance I spoke to Bri who was apparently a Samsung rep... very knowledgeable and the correct way to direct a customer. Then I dealt with LD, Al, and finally Joshua... bought the watch and totally upgraded my phone, as well. I will never go to a Verizon or ATT store again if I can help it. They expertly transferred my data which the carriers refuse to do (now) and were very patient with my questions at all levels. Now the trick is the phone assistance so I guess I need to walk in to get things done...

Didnt have a family thing in stocks I went for and I had to go find help every time I wanted to know something about an item. I wouldnt waste your time in stopping there

They are still the best local place to get good electronics, mostly at the same prices as on-line.Presently (9/20), even though they are open to walk-in business again (with masks) they are still low on inventory in many departments and on floor customer service representatives.A notable exception is the cell phone area, but I believe many there are employees by the Comm companies.Regular retail has faired well but I dont believe specialty items have done as well.But they seem to be attempting to make the best of it!

Do not buy from here, delivery guys lied about getting a dryer through door when if they would have turned the dryer it would fit, after waiting two weeks they wanted me to order smaller size and wait two more weeks. Manager asked if they brought original set back and just leave it outside.

If I could give it a minus I would. I needed help on small item. But was brushed aside for the guy who was buying a high priced computer system w warranty w a 5k credit line the guy was selling. I guess its how associates get floor time. Felt insignificant and brushed off. As a result I bought something not suitable for purpose intended and he said very quickly it could do what I wanted and it cannot.

Drive for me but when I parked and called as instructed got recording they were closed.Second night Went to Wal-Mart and walked out with better deal and more electronic items than intended.

Be advised! This store and the mangers and especially Geek Squad are compulsive liars. We’ve been waiting for our appliances since Oct 25,2020. They were scheduled to be delivered in January but never showed up and nobody ever called to say why. About every 10 days since then they’re scheduled to show up and never do. We’re always told there was a truck brake down or “confusion”. We’ve spent at least 12 hours on the phone and several hours in the store speaking to managers and they always assure us they are going to make sure the appliances are delivered quickly but they are never delivered and we don’t even receive a courtesy call to explain why.As I write this the new store manager, Asha, called and assured me this will be completely resolved and compensated for our loss of time, the damages that were done while installing the fridge and for not installing our appliances in a timely manner which has halted us from being able to move into our new home. Iwill update...

Signed up for assistance with geek squad at 2:20, I showed up at 2:15 and probably made it into th ed building at 2:20 on the dot. I walked up to the front desk and took a seat as the only employee was busy with another customer, he finished with that customer at 2:38 and when i approached the counter to tell him about my appointment he told me it was only from 2:20 to 2:40 and that he wouldnt help me. He offered to reschedule the appointment for 7:20 or 7:40 which im certain was just to mess with me since the store CLOSES AT 7:00. This best buy in particular is about a 40 minute drive from my house so this entire ordeal was a real pain for no reason. I have no idea what i was even supposed to do about that

The past couple of weeks I’ve called this location a couple times for various reasons. Ask questions about certain products or to get ahold of the geek squad to schedule a repair. I’ve spend more time waiting to talk to someone then just getting in the car and driving there from Ashland. If you don’t know that’s about 28mins.... If you are an employee please pick up the phone and just simply say “ You are inline to be helped I’ll be with you as soon as possible” give a guess of how long. Check back Periodically if it takes more then what you stated. It’s just good business.On another note, your elevator music is not to bad. So you get two gold stars

Came in for a geek squad appointment for some airpods. Service was great! Disappointed that nothing could be done but I blame apple for that.

There are always plenty of friendly and helpful associates ready to assist. The store is clean and easy to navigate.

We go here often for many reasons, but mainly because my fiance builds his pc and mine for us to play games on. We have always had a good experience while here and the workers are always very helpful and friendly.

Fast, safe and Convenient. Using the Best Buy website to order and pay for your product was almost as good as shopping in the store. Theyve done a wonderful job to accommodate customers during this tough time! Im very pleased.

Prices are way to high. I will stop here once in a while to just look around and laugh at the inflation.
