Recently had an oil change. Went smoothly as was anticipated. Have used these guys for awhile and trust them to do the best job possible in the allotted time frame given. They have treated us so well! We took my car in for a transmission replacement and they found another serious issue. Instead of allowing us to come back another time so they could make more money, they said they could fix it while they were in there so we wouldnt have to pay labor twice. Another time we took it in because it was starting slowly and they were unable to find anything wrong with it, and didnt charge us anything. A third time we took my husbands car and they thought it might have two things wrong with it, but it was only one. They are very honest and straightforward. Highly recommend!

Good guys, good work, they back up their work and no problems with the way my vehicle was treated. Only thing is they seem very busy so it could be a few days before your car is actually looked at if you are a 1 car household you better make other arrangements while you wait.

Kevin and the entire team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond and the customer service is unmatched. They are fair, reasonably priced, and most importantly, HONEST. The last time I needed work done, they picked my car up and delivered it back to me at no charge, and when I got the invoice for the services, it was less than what I expected to pay. I found the place to be well managed. Very courteous. Very professional. Fairly priced. My AC was serviced here and I was happy with the way management gave me different scenarios and stuck with the price. No hidden or surprise charges. I was a manager of a similar shop for two years and recently moved to Texas mostly service my own vehicle but if a task becomes something to big to handle or something I dont have the equipment for your can bet Ill take it to these guys.

My husband needed work on his Tundra. He typically does as much of his own auto repairs as he can, but he needed a little help this time with some shaking that was happening. We had a rental car we used while the Tundra was going to be with B&M.Upon calling to arrange the drop-off, Brian was super helpful about where to park the truck and how to drop off the keys for overnight.When the work was complete, which by the way my husband was very happy with, I received a call. They arranged to pick me up at the car rental location. Kevin made sure my ride, Art from his staff, was on time and had me safely back in route to the shop. Art was very polite and treated me very respectfully. Kevin took time to talk to me about the Tundra upon arrival.The staff was knowledgeable and overly courteous. Pinning down a great mechanic when you are new to an area takes some trial and error experience but I’ll have to say I’ve found the diamond in the rough with B&M Auto. Not only did they do a superb job on the repair at hand but they offered the best pricing around and to top that shuttled me to/from work. If you get a thrill out of the spikes in blood pressure you get when a dealership service department gives you their estimate of repair costs and you later find out that not all of the repairs performed were needed go ahead and stay where you are but if you want someone who will devote themselves to knowing your vehicle and taking the time to truly find the root issue and will keep your blood pressure at a reasonable level give B&M Auto a try. Only wish they had Saturday hours.

I had to have front end work done on my 2006 Chevy Trailblazer. After getting my truck back. I would hear a little noise. Nothing major. But I felt the need to take it back. After bring it back, the manager had one of his technicians go for a ride with me. After hearing the noise as well the technician drop me home.Took my car back the the shop and repair the problem. Not only did they fix the problem. He had a diagram print out to show me where the noise was coming front. I highly recommend B&M to all my friends as coworkers. Who are very pleased with the service as well.

Best auto repair experience quite a while. Service was performed hundreds of dollars lower than their competition for my Honda Odyssey. Had a minor issue after service that was handle quickly with no addition cost. These are the go to guys if you need a mechanic.

Brian and his wife, Tonya, own this place are simply God-sent! I called for a price quote on a motor and explained that a Meineke location left off the oil plug during my last oil change, causing my engine to lock. When I went back to the location to discuss compensation, theyd closed down with customers cars locked inside and plenty of other complaints rolling in to the building owner. Brian took the time to call Meinekes corporate office on my behalf and to notify me that I should be able to file a comprehensive claim on my insurance rather than spend $4k+ out of pocket for repairs. My car isnt even at B&M as it was towed to a repair shop near the location where it stopped. Im just a stranger on the phone but was treated with the compassion that God commands. I called back to give an update and Tonyas sympathy was palpable. She even said shell be praying for me. What comfort during my storm! I wont forget them.

Not only has Brian been helpful in the past with issues that Jeep Dealerships have screwed up and not taken responsibility for, but he has also done it yet again. I was having issues with Classic Jeep in Arlington misleading me and overcharging me for fees that are unnecessary and he got me everything I needed. He was able to answer all of my questions and allow me to keep my vehicle until the part comes in. I always feel like I can trust B&M for my auto repairs.

Went in to have B&M check out a car I was going to purchase. Needed a repair shop open on saturday to repair my brakes that were constantly squealing. Heard good things about B&M on our neighborhood message board, so I took my vehicle in for service. Kevin greeted me as I entered the shop with a positive attitude to my vehicle problem. He didnt push any unneeded repairs but offered some suggestions for future repairs. These guys helped me out with my truck. Did it on short notice with no real appointment. Communicated with me thru the whole process and fixed only what needed fixing. Im generally not a very trusting person, but after my usual mechanic of several years began showing signs of slipping quality, I found B & M. I dropped my truck off after hours, dealt with them over the phone, and picked up after hours. I will tell you, I know I have found a new mechanic!!!

I wish I could recommend B&M but I ended up with a different result than other reviewers here. I brought my car with an alignment issue. They said there was a rear suspension issue and the drivers side tie rods needed to be replaced. At 130000 miles it was not unreasonable to have to need that done. Not only was the repair done poorly it was done improperly. Within 15 miles of leaving, I noted the steering wheel was cocked to the side and then the rear brakes failed due to the caliper bolts coming loose. B&M had the vehicle towed (which was nice) to repair the brakes and delivered the car back. The steering wheel was still turned but the car was driving straight so I thought it was due to only having one sides tie rods replaced. I later took it in for a fluid change at another mechanic who recommended I replace the tie rods on the front drivers side. Since I had just paid B&M to have them replaced I was at first thinking I paid for repairs that had not been completed. The mechanic found that it had been replaced but had been installed improperly and my steering would have failed had I continued driving it- the tie rod had not been secured and was backing itself out. I returned to B&M to have the car realigned which was completed without additional charge but I am still out $560 as I had to pay to have the original repair redone. They said they let the technician go that had completed the work to my car and they did redo the alignment I paid for that was required a second time due to the poor repairs. The customer service was really quite good honestly but the workmanship I wouldnt wish on an enemy. As a result of their work I was out several days with no vehicle, had to replace the front brakes due to heat damage from when the rear brakes failed, had to replace brand new tires that failed (in traffic) due to poor steering component installation, and had to pay a different mechanic to re-install the tie rods that I had paid to have B&M replace. While their service in attempting to repair damage done to my vehicle is notable, I am still out hundreds of dollars as a result of having taken my vehicle there and the repairs that were done caused significant damage to my vehicle and created dangerous driving conditions. Dealing with failed tires, failed brakes, and failed steering in three separate occasions is not something I would wish on anyone. My rear suspension is noisier than ever and I will likely pay to have that work inspected by another mechanic so that I can have confidence in driving my vehicle safely.

They Listened to my concerns. Helped me troubleshoot on my own before I decided to bring my minivan in. They towed my car, diagnosed my problems, kept me informed of progress and costs, and gave me final say over any work to be done. I have had them do tune-ups, and electrical work. They even fixed my power door lock and didnt charge me, just because they could. Really nice guys and fair pricing for working people.I am so grateful to have them near my home. I trust them. I wish I could say that about more businesses.
