Did great work on my vehicle. No complaints there. Only complaint was that I had to call several times to follow up on something that needed further work through an outside company and needed billed through the insurance on my claim.

The office staff was quick, efficient and extremely professional. They were able to estimate, take my car in the same day and reserve my rental car so I wouldn’t have to deal with anymore added stress. Someone called midway through repairs to keep me updated and put me at ease and I was able to have my car back within a week.When I picked my car up I was blown away. Someone walked me outside to make sure I was ok with the repairs (typically shops just send you on your way and let you look the car over yourself). I noticed the quality and attention to detail that went into this collision repair was amazing. Not only did they fix the dents and scratches from the deer, they cleaned the inside and made my car shiny on the outsideI’ve never had such an effortless experience with any other car shop and it’s obvious they care greatly about their customers and the quality of their work.

I have used them before. Very professional. I did have some scheduling problems and parts were not delivered to them on time, (not their fault). They worked through all that with us and did a great job of repairing our deer damaged new car. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were able to get our car in for repairs soon after receiving the estimate. The work was completed in a couple of days. The car looks great, the paint matches perfectly. Were very happy with the service and staff at Pro Auto Body.

Paid 600 and something for the back seat roof getting wet.. said they found the problem but it didnt fix it went back again to pay another 280 for the same problem sun roof all along...got car back and it was very dirty ...the outside is understandable...but the inside not so much

I just got my pickup back from Pro Auto Body. This is a black vehicle and I was very worried about the repairs being noticable. To my surprise, you can not tell there was ever any damage. I highly recommend Pro Auto Body.

We sent in 3 emails to the owner as well as 3 voicemails regarding a job we were needing done. We were referred to this company by a major Auto Manufacture stating that they do great work. Needless to say I finally called back in today and spoke to Courtney and she said Im sure the owner received your emails and calls but if she doesnt respond that means she is not interested in the requested job opportunity. Common courtesy would be to let us know verses leaving my business hanging.Wont be referring any work to them.

They are crooks I am very disappointed in this company m. My boyfriend took is car there for a accident through his insurance, when the car was picked up some the battery was completely drained when We started it up and some employee took the car and did joy riding As a result there are extra 200 miles when the car was given back!!!!!!. My boyfriend is a veteran im very appalled of the customer service and dishonesty. I will never advised anyone to go here. Lawsuit is definitely going to happen.
