These are the ABSOLUTE BEST! The 2 employees that were helping us were just AWESOME! They had a lot of patience with us and everything we were having done. We had multiple phones to deal with and they got everything done efficiently and were very kind to us. If you want to change phone carriers, or just getting a new phone, this place (Metro by T-Mobile) is THE PLACE TO GO! Great, helpful employees is the cherry on top of the ice-cream sundae!! I just cant say enough about the 2 guys working there too! Such a great job, they did! Thank you guys for all your help 😊😊😊💯‼️

Store was closed 30 mins before closing time and we had just called before getting there this location is always closing before the time they should be clocking out....

They helped us quickly and were very nice. When other people came in, they helped them just as quickly. The new person that was there did a good job.

Usually I would say this is a great place to get phones for a good deal BUT when the phone starts having problems they wont help you fix it they just tell you. That you can field a complain if you have insurance on it or upgrade for a new phone 😒

Metro is great this location sucks. No returns on accessories even if the worker has you get the wrong charger and you try and return it 10 min later. They have nothing posted letting customers know about the horrible return policies. Also they told us the phones we bought were just released that week only to find out metro had them for two months.

Rude disrespectful staff, does not have equipment available for the sales causing you to have to downgrade, phones are locked and half the time you cannot play your games. Last but not least phones are locked so you cant even use them when you switch companies.
