Our mattress was 16 years old and we dreaded having to spend big money on a new mattress. However I have fibromyalgia and our current mattress was no longer supportive. Our sales person was Aaron. He was such a personable guy and extremely knowledgeable! He waited patiently as we tried out at least a dozen mattresses .(Which he had to disinfect afterwards.) With each one Aaron would check to see if my back was in alignment and if my hips and neck were supported. We finally found one that we both liked. Unfortunately it was beyond our budget as we are now living on Social Security. Aaron thought for a minute and said I have an idea! He showed us another very comfortable mattress which felt as good as the one we had liked. However it was STILL very expensive. He told us that this mattress was going to be replaced with a newer model so he discounted it by over $1000 if we would accept the current floor model! WOW!#*!! we felt as if we had just won the jackpot! He also threw in the box spring. I had really liked a pillow that they sold that supported my neck much better than the one I had at home. Believe it or not Aaron also threw in the pillow at no cost! Our shopping experience was nothing short of wonderful! In 15 years when we need another mattress I hope that Aaron still works at Mattress Firm. He is an excellent employee !

Excellent service! Definitely worth the price. I wasn’t sure what I wanted when I came in to purchase my mattress, I just knew I needed one. The gal there, Katie, was a great help and very knowledgeable. Not once did she became pushy with the sale like so many other furniture stores do. I love love love my new mattress and the pillow that she recommended for my neck aches. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I worked with Molly LaBonte. Molly was very helpful. The first bed I picked out did not really agree with my body so she helped me figure out an alternative. Ive had the new one for two nights now and absolutely love it.

I came in with no idea of what I wanted and tentatively ordered a mattress, the next day I came back and found one I liked better and she was able to cancel the previous order and order the new mattress no problem!
