Crystal was Very unprofessional very rude and I will never do business with them again due to this experience.

I used to stop here semi-regularly for fuel, snacks and drinks when in town for business. I stopped by tonight to pick up an energy drink for the morning and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom. The clerk had the audacity to try to send me across the street to a hotel. I won’t be back.

To any people of color and in the LGBT community living in the areas Shop Quik service, DO NOT SHOP HERE OR WORK HERE.They have a racist/homophobic employees which of one they refuse to let go of, Butch. He says things like “N*gger”, “Border Swimmers”, “Oriental motherf*****”, “Tranny f*ggots” and much more. DAILY he mocks people of color by imitating them and mocks them as they shop at the stores. When it was brought to the owners attention he refused to take actions. One transgender employee would even be mocked by the owner with the manager and Butch. The owner has lost many employees by defending Butchs’ cruel actions. Take your money and time elsewhere.

The last gas station on Hwy 18 heading out of Manhattan, where you can spend your money on their gas and snacks, but don’t expect to be able to use the restroom between 9pm and 6am. Ridiculous.
