Great service, I was there and it was pretty busy one person was working and he was very polite and quick with help. He found what I wanted quickly and got me on my way

My husband and I come in all the time for our sons video games. Gillian is AWESOME!! Great customer service and willing to go the extra mile. We had him on the phone with customer service meanwhile the store was filling with customers. He stayed so calm and collected and everyone had a great experience. Thank you Gillian!!

The guy that was working there was super helpful and very informative. He answered all our questions and also was friendly enough to have a small side conversation will we browsed around (we were the only people in the store at the moment). I gave the store a 4 for now as they didnt have a whole lot of product on some of the shelves. They did just finish a relatively good sale though so thats probably why. Otherwise I havent had any issues with this store when I do come in to buy.

The crew here is awesome, they know me and my family pretty well, always go out of their way to show me new pops and take the stickers off my games, only one ill shop at!

Not too fond of the long haired gentleman that upsells like his life depends on it. When I deny the initial request to become a member or get protection on something Id like my no to be respected, instead of the condescending remarks that followed suggesting Im an idiot for not protecting a 30 dollar video game.

They dont take cash.........like at all.......and they dont give it for returns or trade in anymore. Also in my opinion over priced and under stocked. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable tho.

Used to come here alot. Last night I had one of the most awkward and terrible experiences ever. Guy was nagging about a star wars shirt I was wearing. Like I dont care of you dont like the series, I do. You dont treat customers that way. Also I renewed my card well before the new card came around. I was denied my discount even though I showed them the app told me it was still in effect. Given I understand I would have only saved 1 dollar, its the principal. Typical though, I guess. Maybe thats why the business as a whole is failing. The manager and assistant manager are great here. But I feel after my experience last night, I will be buying my games from eBay or Amazon in the future.

Great store and awesome employees. But they need to focus on the customer they are taking care of. It happens I understand but you need to stay professional in front of them.

These people are always fast and friendly. They are knowledgeable about latest trends and upcoming releases. The only downside is the price they pay for used games, but that is set by corporate and not the local location, but they frequently have additional offers to make selling games/consoles more beneficial for the customer

Poor customer service over the phone. I was asking questions and the guy got really snotty and started to rush me off the phone. I will not be using this GameStop again.

Theres a slightly overweight blonde guy that works here, wears glasses. Constantly acts friendly to you then as soon as your guard is down tries to CONSTANTLY upsell you. Literally watched him tell a customer he should get a protection plan on a game in case he gets HIT BY A CAR walking out of the store!?!? He kept talking to me about some inane new game coming out and how I should preorder. I turned away from him, he kept talking, so I LEFT THE STORE. Dude turned and started talking to my husband instead. Im sure yall think he is the ideal employee, but Im shopping at other branches. No thanks.

Trade ins are and will always be a ripoff. The customer service is what merits 4 stars. Still the best place for collectibles.

Cashier was helpful in my search for a very specific game

I ordered a game Mayhem 3D from here in October. They had to special order it from Kansas City. Never received a call saying it was there. Stopped in today and cant find it. Computer system says they have 1 but they cant find it. Ask me if I wanna order another one. No if it says its there, find it! Needless to say I just walked out the door no game or anything. This store needs to get its employees on the same page.

Dont know how they are still in business. Besides a dinosaur of a business model trying to survive in an online world, the staff are just not nice. They act like you are bothering them by being there. Also, yes they buy games but dont ever try to sell them to game stop. They offered this guy $2.00 for a $60 game, a game they were selling used, on the shelf right behind them for $40!
