The store has a large number of items! Since the products are always stocked on the product shelves, it is very good that they are not empty. There are a lot of seasonal products, so sometimes I ended up shopping just here. This store is one of my favorite stores. I think its wonderful that the products are lined up neatly on the product shelves and product cases in the store whenever you visit. The inside of the store is also very hygienic and you can rest assured even if you are shopping. All employees were wearing masks, and there was a sanitizer at the entrance of the store. Whenever I cant find what Im looking for, the clerk will kindly guide me and talk to me in a friendly manner, so I feel comfortable. The food is good and the replenishment of products is well managed. The self-checkout was easy to understand and I was able to make payments smoothly even when it was crowded., Tableware and cooking utensils, decorations, towels, tableware, etc. were also abundant. All the staff were very kind and answered the questions. I will definitely visit again as most of the Asian products I need are available at this shop. Items such as clothing are divided according to size, but the clerk is cleaning them up as needed.

Only two check out lanes open and 20 min wait in line. I will only go here again in emergency. Employees walking around doing nothing and when ask for help get blown off. Self checkouts are good for a couple items but not when have basket full. Save money somewhere else.

Cute rollerblades with changeable blades/skates. Store is usually busy and its hard to get help when needed. If you are able to find employees, great...except they dont know where products are. I wish they had more of those price checkers.

Love this place!! They have such a variety of after school snacks and dinners. Great prices ! It beats competition. Love the rule they have if its not priced right you get it for that price.

Always overly crowded. Rarely have anything stocked I need. Always have to go for plan b or d. Love the fact of self check out. Registers lines go to slow. This store doesnt have many open. Maybe on holidays or beginning of month. Truly dislike its not 24hrs anymore.

Always pleased with the workers. Very helpful. The veggies sometimes look old and not worth buying, but fruit is usually good. Many shelves are empty. Theres been numerous times Ive gone looking for something and the whole area was bare.

Its Walmart. Any Walmart around the country has the same problems. Big deal. You go in, try to get what you need, wait in lines and go. Get over it.Ive always loved this Walmart and anytime I am back in MHK visiting, I always visit it!

I am writing this review for fresh ground beef patties of which I just had for dinner today. You better like some ground up bones with you meat folks because that is what I just had. No more beef from Walmart for me thanks. Just another item on the old check list of DONT BUY THER !

The customer service is sub par. There are approximately 20 self check stations. Where you the customer can check out, but we do not work for Walmart. Those stations only allow you to use a card. While you still have the option to use clerks for cash, the very seldom have more than one open to assist you. Yet they have the ability to open up to 21. I understand most people dont mind self check, or using a card. But at times cash is all people have on them. So were punished by having to wait in a long line. A great number of elderly people still prefer to use cash. When I asked to speak to a manager, I waited 10 minutes, and a manager never came, instead the opened a register just to check me out. They didnt want to speak to me concerning the issue. AWESOME JOB WALMART.

It was nice. In the beginning, it was quiet. Which is great for my Mom and I. We have panic attacks quite easily. So shopping at this location is very nice. Although it became a bit too much later on, I think our experience was pretty great overall! Has a different layout we arent used to, but it wasnt difficult to navigate.

Good luck getting tires here. I’ve always gotten my tires at Walmart until I had to shop at this location. Completely chaotic. No bay line to pull into. You have to park your car in the parking lot and go inside before anyone acknowledges you. NEVER had to do this before and I’ve been to Walmart’s in different states. Ridiculous

Walmart you aren’t nice enough to make me check my receipt at the door like Costco. I already kinda hate going here, but the premade sandwiches in the deli are pretty poggers in a “I’m too depressed to make myself food but I don’t want to eat pure garbage” kind of way.2/5 - Hope they bulldoze the building a build a Costco so they can check my receipts

Wide variety and selection in grocery. Lots of clearance markdowns...but not marked down much. Lots of new and useful back to school items. Restrooms were very nasty. Unflushed toilets, trash everywhere. Grocery was excellent, though.

Wal-Mart is more then just a store you know its like a not sure what its like but were else can you go to get everything you need or think you need anyways you can even get free samples of food like grapes and donuts then go grab some clothes and try those on [I like to do that when I first get there then just walk around and go change back befoeci leave) then go watch soem TV or play with the new electrics then go test out a lazy boy or lawn chair for sec before picking the kids back up from the toy sec and every now and then you get a bonus when you go you get to see a real life treaker at Wal-Mart. Man howdy do I love me some Wal-Mart

For the closest walmart near me, Ive never had a problem.

Less personal and now they want me to check my self out instead of helping me. I always want some one to check me out. Seems personal and caring that way.

I do NOT recommend their delivery option, EVER! I got the wrong order sent to my apartment and I was on the phone with a very rude employee for almost 20 minutes because they kept transferring me to the fitting room station. They said I will get a refund… but now I have stuff I don’t need/want and they won’t resend the items I actually ordered. Beyond upset with this experience. 👎

I shop here when I dont feel like traveling further to shop. Not my favorite Walmart. Selection sicks, some staff are rude & not helpful. Selection is limited. Prices keep increasing but they expect you to use self check out most of the time.If I want to check out my items, I can shop online.Walmart is not the store Sam Walton once envisioned it to be sadly.

Found most items I needed except for water particularly sams club 10z bottles of water I only like this particularly water and had to end up getting distilled water since that is the only other water I will drink. Please get some more in soon thank you.

Its walmart. Its busy at most times, and for better or for worse the staff tends to stay out of the customers way unless needed. The produce is a hit and a miss.

This Walmart is clean and well stocked. I normally dont like Walmart but I will go to this one.

As Walmarts go, this one is clean. The patrons wear normal clothes. The attendants are helpful and knowledgeable about the products and aisles locations.They did not have the versatility of inventory that we were looking for, but we could have ordered items in for in-store pickup.If you do not wear a mask you are not shamed by employees or patrons, at least we havent been yet, which is nice. Otherwise, its a Walmart, and has the bulk of what you would expect to buy at one.

Its Walmart, so certain items are less quality. I needed waterproof boots and found a suitable pair, the last pair. One of which was an 11, my size. The other boot was an 8. Literally the last pair of boots and each boot was a different size

Its busiest on Saturday so I recommend going on other days.

There were helpful Walmart employees all over the store, except in the electronics dept. where many of us needed assistance.

Its the only WalMart in Manhattan so theres no other option on location. They seem to have less products than the Walmarts in bigger cities, especially in the bath/body/haircare and clothing sections. They only have two checkers maximum at any given time so youre always forced to use self checkout unless you want to spend an hour waiting in line to checkout. The self checkout is always full as well. Very poorly set up. Its never a quick trip because of the time waiting in line. I recommend using pickup or delivery instead.

Seriously the fact I had to show my receipt for a soda is ridiculous! I had all my other items bagged but left the soda out and got stopped. The constant checking of receipts and stopping people is getting extremely old and making it to where I would literally rather shop ANY where else.

I have been shopping at this Walmart for 14 years. After having had a Walmart in my Missouri hometown that was awesome. The service has always been spotty at best. Most of the employees that work here haven’t been trained to be friendly to the customers. And it has always been this way. Today, after spending 500.00 and pulling two carts, which I had to go get, the employee at the door has me stop to check my receipt for my unbagged items, water, to make sure i paid for them. No other store I ever go in does this. I find it insulting and inconvenient. When I said something about why don’t the checkers place a sticker on the items that are not bagged she wouldnt even answer me . At all. Wouldn’t look or speak to me. And you wonder why I do most of my shopping at Dillons. Sam Walton would be ashamed

They have a really big problem with shrinkage aka shoplifting. So they have a lot of products locked up. They also check your receipts if you have any unbagged items. Its very inconvenient and annoying for honest law abiding citizens like myself. I dont want to ask for help when I need my rogain. Like come-on being bald is embarrassing as it is.

When I can’t find something I can use the app to find the item aisle and map for where the aisle is located. So the store is staying organized and accurate to their app which makes shopping and locating products easy.

Now that they have ordering online and pick up that they bring out to your car, grocery shopping is like just a ride in the car listening to music for me anymore which makes me super happy 😁 I used to dread and avoid grocery shopping. now I actually look forward to the ride. online ordering and picking up is the best thing ever created in my opinion.

Prices were decent. Found stuff cheaper here than my home town. But stuff my home town had for $1 they were selling for almost $4 definitely price check before buying but overall decently priced.

Walmart’s app makes shopping there so very very easy. When you know exactly what you want, you can search for it on the app, it will give you location and stock quantities. The building is ALWAYS crowded which would usually make someone deduct a star in reviews, but when you have something everyone wants, people will come. The volume of people does not impact the rapid movement through the checkout lines. At the Manhattan Walmart, I have never waited longer than 3 minutes in a line. There’s always self-checkout options or another line opening up as soon as there are more than 2 people in 1 line.

A very lovely atmosphere in The Manhattan Walmart. Also we had The Most Sweetest Lady help us in THE Customer Service Center. Her name was Sunshine Anderson me just say she was very sweet and helpful. Alot of times My husband and I have been in many different Walmarts and get someone grumpy or doesnt want to help us. Do this lady made our night and our visit pleasant

Macrame......NO MACRAMEI sat down one night wanting to do some crafts and then eventually had my heart set on a macrame keychain. Well my night was absolutely ruined because the local Walmart didn’t carry any macrame thread....how is that possible? The audacity of a store to have a craft aisle and NOT carry macrame thread in the year 2021?!?! I just can’t believe and and am appalled and in all honesty don’t think I can ever do business in this Walmart again.

Couldn’t find a lot of the things I was looking for, but some were specialty items. Others were things I’d bought before, but hasn’t been in stock since. One was a common fresh meat item that wasn’t out of stock, they just don’t sell it.Other than that, the employees were unusually helpful! 😃

I worked both sfs and ogp and assistant manager is not very nice. I do not recommend working here. I strongly recommend working else where $13.00 per hour is not enough compensation for this type of work here.

Pharmacy provides a valuable service to me with excellent caring personnel. The store appearance invites you to shop different areas. Using the App to purchase items and pick up when ready has always worked well for me.

Customer service is horrible. I found an item in stock online, I went inside to the aisle listed and there was nothing even related to what I was looking for. I asked for assistance and the kid just said it wasnt his area and he couldnt contact someone who worked in that section.

Every single time I go in there I have to walk around the workers...its like I have to give them space to do their job and wait for them to move when it should be the other way around since I am the customer. I always hear one employee complaining to another employee about the job assigned to them. Because of this I am shopping more local in my small town now and not driving as often to Manhattan and shopping online where I feel more valued as a customer.

Get rid of the mask, and I can have a better shopping day, I have to hurry up to get in and get out, because I am having problems breathing in them, enough is enough with them!!! Stuff need to be mark better, have to find someone to find how much things are!

Don the manager should be promoted to district manager and be running his own store, I had issued and I was dealing with other managers for 7 days I dealt with Don and one day he took care of the issue he went above and beyond my expectations to take care of my needs because of what was done to me... I think every employee can learn from Dons example on how to treat people and how to conduct themselves when dealing with customers and customer service..I had an issue with an item, I paid cash for and an employee tried to put it back onto a a gift card on my Bluebird card even though I paid cash and had a receipt ... after 7 Days the money was still not on my card dealing with different managers I was getting nowhere .... on the seventh day I called up spoke with Dawn and he resolved my issues paid me back in cash, because I showed him the proper receipts and then there was a late charge on an item because my Bluebird card did not get loaded after that because the employee was messing up and Don reimburse me for that as well... I have never met Houston all around amazing manager a person who can conduct themselves as a true gentleman and truly believes and helps the customer so there is shoes instead of just yelling and hanging up on them... if anyone from corporate is reading this you need to give Don his own store you would do a lot better off with him running it..
