I bought a necklace here, and it broke pretty easily. I was a little disappointed, but the staff were very friendly and they had a wide selection of stuff.

Staff was amazing and they helped me find my 10 year old a bunch of gifts for her birthday. makeup jewelry and a pink fantastic beasts owl stuffy. they lady at the register was so kind and helped me find the best deals to get the most for my money. unfortunately the 15.00 coupon I got expired and I was unable to use it on my next visit which bummed me out but its no ines fault but my own I should have read the small print and returned sooner to take advantage of the great deal. maybe next time Ill get lucky and find more great deals and sweet offers to get more bang for my buck.

Cant hardly see in the establishment its so dark and poor lighting. Employees are rude and dont need to be working with the public.

For a small store. It has lots of great stuff.

My wife and I were shopping during a clearance sale and she found a dress she liked. The sale sign, which was right next to the dress, said all orange ticket items were on sale and the dress had an orange ticket. When we went to the checkout the dress rang up as full price. When we asked about the sale price the cashier asked two other employees about it and they said firmly that the item was not on sale. I understand that mistakes happen, but none of them could be bothered to walk 15 ft to the sign and none of them were apologetic about their error. Very bad customer service.

The staff here is so friendly, and they were very helpful.

I was never asked for my phone number to get my rewards. After my purchased I looked on my receipt and she had added someone elses reward on my purchase. We went back to ask why someone elses name was on there and she made it look like thats the number I had given her even though she never asked me for my number. In front of her manager she tried playing it off as if she didnt do it. Very unprofessional and will not be shopping there again.

Went in for a tounge ring and the lady was absolutely amazing in helping me pick which one to buy. One of my favorite stores to shop at. I always have positive experiences when there.

Up to date merchandise and friendly staff. The only problem is that the music is often too loud.

Employees knew their merchandise, nice atmosphere, has everything youd expect in a hot topic. Decent clothes, like most people Im only attracted to partial of the selection.

They have limited access, they only allow a couple of people, the floor is labeled entry exit use of a mask and they give 10% discount if you are military or retired.
