I stopped into this shop after having car troubles on the interstate. The gentleman at the front desk immediately stopped what he was doing to ask how the shop could help me. After telling him my ordeal he actually introduced me directly to the shop owner, Shane, who got me in right away even though I didn’t have an appointment and took the time to talk with me as my car was being fixed. When I had a 3-foot long paint scratch alongside my 2020 vans door, I thought the world was ending. I called ProFinish and was relieved to hear them pick up right away, and tell me to come in right away or whenever best worked for me for an estimate.I spoke with TJ who assured a very pregnant me of my options, told me prices, and eased my worries of my brand new car being forever marred.At my appointment, Shane took his time making sure to make that scratch as invisible as he possibly could (so impressive!) And then put a clear coat of protectant over it. I had a interesting event that caused a big ole dent in the fender of my car. Pro Finish was great to work with. They worked with my insurance company who happened to be a pain in the butt. These guys are great! I had a pickup with many little chips on it and some light scratching. They covered the chips and buffed out everything and it looks amazing! Almost brand new condition. Extremely nice and helpful and will be using in future for any other detail needs.

Despite some minor scheduling mix up issues by a staff member, Shane (the owner) was extremely accommodating. I dont normally leave reviews but I felt he deserved one. He stayed past his regular store hours on a Friday night in order to get a difficult dent worked out of the hood of my pickup. I have been to many body shops in the bisman area and have chosen Pro Finish as my body shop of choice. Shane and Jackson are always courteous, prompt and respectful. My truck had some damage done on the front bumper. I was able to get my truck in and out fast. They worked good along side with my insurance company. The outcome was very pleasing and they even washed it for me.

Shane and his crew fixed my car after a parking lot run in. They got me right in, fixed the damage quickly and my car looked great! We had our Acadia repaired after an unfortunate icy parking lot incident. Both rear quarter panels were dented. I cant say enough good things about ProFinish and the team. I brought my vehicle in to have the windshield replaced and the paint buffed. Lets just start by saying that I have a 15 year old black vehicle that has probably never been detailed before. When I picked it up today I was stunned at how well the paint looked. I had a pretty sizable dent on the roof of my 2015 F150 from a rock thrown from a semi. I was worried PDR would not be an option due to the aluminum body. I called Bismarck Motor Company and they recommended that I go to Shane here at Profinish. I called at 5:00 pm and he told me to come in right away. I drove over and he buffed all the scratches out on the spot. I had just moved into the area less than six months ago, leaving behind a small tight knit community. Profinish gave me the small town service I thought I had left behind and left me feeling taken care of.
