Devan was the best. I’ve bought new cars before and never had someone put so much service into our deal like this guy. He explained everything. Even after he knew we were gonna buy it. He still was out there wiping off water spots while we were signing papers. We were done and ready but he made sure to explain a lot more unknown features about the vehicle after the deal was done. Bill Barth picked up on the first ring for service unlike many other car dealerships and were very helpful, got my vehicle in quickly, and fixed it fast and did a good job. It was also a good price to fix it. They treat you the same spending a couple hundred dollars for service as they would buying a new vehicle. Definitely recommend!

Had the oil changed on the pickup. Went as expected. Nice clean visitor room. Oil change only took about 20 minutes. I was satisfied. This was my first free change after purchasing my pickup from them. I will go back as I have a warranty and plan to do my service work there going forward.

I like the SUV but the salesman was a little pushy and kept trying to get us to put more money down. Than after we got all done we found out we needed brakes on the front. Will keep the SUV but don’t know if I will come back to dealership

Service was good. There was a scheduling error on their part. I had an 830am appointment. After a get there they tell me the service tech assigned to my vehicle had the morning off. They couldn’t get to it until 11am but it should only take about 2 hours. So I waited. (My choice). I got a courtesy ride to the mall and came back at 1130am. They didn’t finish until 330pm. Everything that was supposed to be fixed was fixed with no problems. But the scheduling error is really inexcusable.

The service writer was good however I was told 1/2hr and it took over 2 hrs to cut and program keys and activate the remote start.

Brought my vehicle here for service. Parts had to be ordered and they arrived fairly quick given the circumstances. Communication between the dealership and me was awesome. I always knew the status of my repair, which is all you can really ask for.

NOT very happy. I called today at noon to make an appointment for this afternoon to look at a specific car. I told the salesman I was VERY interested in this car.An hour before the appointment, the salesman called to tell me they had just sold the car. I had already driven 40 minutes to get to town as I thought I would run a couple errands before the appointment. The errands could have waited for another day, so this ended up being a wasted 70-mile round trip.If you are not going to hold a vehicle for somebody who makes an appointment, SAY SO when the appointment is made. Why even bother making an appointment for a car that might not be there?Is it too difficult to tell someone that you have another customer scheduled to look at the vehicle in an hour or two, and if they dont buy it, then they can have it? Or, if another customer had scheduled ahead of me to see the same car, could you not be polite and LET ME KNOW? I have experienced this at other dealers, and totally understood.Based on this experience, Im not sure if I will buy here again.

When I set up my appointment I was told they have an opening at 9:30 so I immediately wrote it down while I was still on the phone. When I arrived they asked me what time my appointment was and I said 9:30. When they were done with my service I was rudely told Your appointment was at 9 but we squeezed you in. I know with 100% certainty that I was told 9:30. I was blamed for their error. We have been customers here for many years but I will not be going back.I changed my review to 5 stars because one of the family members left a very nice and apologetic message.

Ryan is a top notch sales manager and got me the best prices he could.They may not have the inventory that their competitors have, but they will find you the exact vehicle you want and do their damnedest to get it. If you want to get treated like family in a dealership,I highly recommend Bill Bart Ford in Mandan.They will treat you like family, and I can not say the same thing to the other Big Ford dealership in Bismarck.I came to that other Ford dealership in Bismarck to get my 2018 f150 cv boot replaced because some how it got busted. The the big dealership in Bismarck said it is not covered in the warranty. ( 2018 26,500 miles) never used on towing, never use on rough road. And the worst part of it is, i know someone working in that Bismarck dealership.Im planning on trading my 2018 dodge challenger for a 5.0 mustang and Bill Bart FordKia in Mandan will get my business for sure....
