Serviced my lawn mower and while I felt a little like I had to call to check in on how it was going, it was probably my own “consumer anxiety”. They were very personable, helpful, and took the time to clean my mower after servicing it and stayed to offer answers if I had questions. I was very impressed and I will happily be returning again should any other situations arise that would necessitate it!

Purchased a snowblower. Trevor was my salesperson. He reviewed the 3 machines that I was deciding on Actually recommended the less expensive machine based on my needs. Great easy transaction. He pointed out some upgraded features on this falls models. They are providing free delivery. Thank you. Note that until November 30th, the warranty is 5 years instead of the usual 3.

This is one of those places that just makes it happen. They helped me with everything I needed to build my cabin by hand in the northwoods. They started carrying ripping chains specifically for me when I started this endeavour. When my 1994 257 chainsaw finally gave up the ghost, they hooked me up with an incredible deal on the professional 562xp with a four year warranty. I wont go anywhere else.If you look through the other reviews that gave less a less than favorable review, you can tell that they obviously dont know much about small engine repair or the complexities involved with repairing equipment that is routinely abused. It costs 3 dollars for a crank bearing, the experience of knowing how to install it is what you are paying for.Do yourself a favor and go have a talk with them next time you need anything yard equipment related... Im glad I did.

Went here for a pro saw. I wish I remember the gentleman and woman behind the desks name because they were both awesome. They recommended a husky 562xp which was on sale so I went with their recommendation as a non professional homeowner who likes to chop wood and get dirty. So about 20 minutes into cutting with the new saw I dinged a rock and boogered the chain right up, no biggie I purchased a second chain, but upon trying to change it out I left the brake on and she just didnt want to cooperate. So Im thinking man I wrecked my new saw 20 minutes in just being a dummy, but a call to superior yielded the calming voice of the woman behind the counter. No big deal, bring it in asap and we can fix it up while you wait. I should also mention this was 10 minutes before closing time. Came away with a perfect running saw, suuuper stoked like could not be happier. This saw is a beast and I know if I ever have issues I can take it right to superior and theyre money with it. 5/5 would recommend without hesitation.

I went in here on 12/11/17 for some sheer pins for a used snow blower I just bought. A woman with short dark hair greeted me. Told her what I needed and she asked me what size. I told her I didnt know as I didnt remove the old one, figuring she could perhaps help me by giving her the manufacturer, size, engine size etc. NOPE, no dice. She tells me there are several sizes so without the old one or exact model size, nothing she can do.Later, I went home, banged out the old pin and brought it to Lowes. Imagine, there are only two types of pins. One with a cotter pin and one with a hex head and nut. Simple enough, the hex type pin said on the package for all Yard Machines 2004 and older. I knew this machine was about 12 years or so old. AND the hex bolt was the same as the one on the other side still in the auger. Four pins for $4.78. Fit perfectly. I knew it wasnt rocket science. Probably not going back to Superior anytime soon.
I recently bought a new lawn tractor from Superior Equipment and the experience was awesome...much better than what you get at the big box stores. Not only was the service excellent but the prices are competitive and reasonable. I have since returned to buy additional products (chain saw, tractor accessories) and am planning on coming back for more. Not only am I getting a quality product but I am also getting Superior service that I can trust. Thank you Amy and Kelly...youre the best!!
They cannot sharpen kitchen knives. Go somewhere else for that job. We brought four kitchen knives to be sharpened and had to bring them back the next day to have then resharpened. There was a “burr” left along edge that should not be there, on all the knives. Second time around, no better. Not good, very disappointed.
Its all about customer service! This company knows how to take care of people. The service is exceptional. They do a job and do it right. Even if they are busy, they acknowledge your there and they will be with you shortly. The dont push you to buy more expensive models, they sell you what you need. People ask me why do I use Husquvarna vs Stihl and I always respond, its the dealer. Buying something is just the start, if you cant count on them to keep helping you down the road then your screwed. I highly recommend them.
I have worked with Superior Power for 8 years now. They service my zero-turn riding mower and my push mower. They service has always been amazing with some of the friendliest people Ive ever spoken to. They do high quality work and take good care of my machines. I wouldnt go anywhere else!
Took my generator in for 50 hour maintenance. Staff was helpful and the done on time. Gave me hints for annual maintenance. Will go back.
Really impressed with the service dept. here. They service all makes of small engine equipment, and are a full range sharpening shop. To include an authorized warranty center for all makes and models of home and professional equipment, from gas powered, to electrical equipment.And the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would but here we are. Superior Power picked up my snowblower in November ( I didnt have it for the big storms we had) and dropped it off a few weeks later. This past weekend storm was the first time I had a chance to use it. It started up fine, but as I was using it I noticed the chute was loose. The vibrations of the engine was causing my chute to move on its own. This is a brand new snowblower, 3rd winter using it. I called today to advise them and they took ZERO responsibility. I explained to the woman on the phone that it was working perfectly fine before they picked up it, and after they did the work its not working in the same condition. I was told to check a screw on my own and she basically give me the shoulder shrug over the phone. Horrible business practice. As someone who worked in customer service, they shouldve at least taken a look at it and owned up to it, but I was informed since they dont touch the chute on a tune up, it couldnt have been them. I guess nothing couldve happened during transit or accidentally during the tune up on their end and its all on my end. I will gladly take my business elsewhere for any future maintenance that has to be done to any of my equipment. I would definitely caution people to examine their devices before and after since I was trustworthy and didnt give it a 100% examination when I got it back. Good luck to anyone who decides to use them.
Verify pricing and get it in writing before you schedule anything......if you dont good luck. Mechanical Service was great...customer service leaves a lot to be desired. BewareThe lady with brown hair, no personality, didnt catch her name i was too frustrated. Ill take my business to Stills or anywhere else i can find before going here again.
Superior Power Equipment was contracted by Tractor Supplys warranty program to service my Cub Cadet lawn tractor. Superior Power Equipment declined the contract because Im outside of their coverage area however they failed to let Tractor Supply know and subsequently Ive been waiting nine days for a call-back to schedule the repair. Now nine days is not a long time, but a complete failure to contact me and explain the situation or to contact Tractor Supply and inform them that the contract was decline indicates poor service in my personal opinion. I wouldnt use this company and Im hoping Tractor Supply drops them as well.
25 years ago I bought my 1st chain saw their house cavannah 61 And the staff was incredible theyre in very helpful then 25 years later the staff is even better in way helpful I cant think Amy enough for all the help that she did for my new saw my 572 that I absolutely love thank you for your help Amy There was definitely worth the 5 and a 1/2 hour drive from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire just a by my saw Thank you guys so very much I am one happy short fat guy

Lets start out with the snowfall of 11/15/18. Started snowblowing about 4:30 am. Wouldnt you know that my 6yr old second hand snowblower had finally had enough about a quarter of the way through the job. Needless to say I had to do the rest by hand. Not a great start to my day. Come Saturday, the wife and I were out on a journey for a new snowblower. We had checked out the two big box stores in the Manchester area and found help scarce and incompetent. A quick search on our phones and we found Superior Power. Walk in and start looking around when we hear a kind friendly voice from behind the counter. The woman introduced herself as Amy. What a warm welcome. Customer service with a smile and knowledge. Amy was a very nice, polite, knowledgeable woman who really seemed to know what she talking about and put me in the right snowblower even though I went in for one that was way overkill for what I needed. Most places would have just let you buy the more expensive one. Not Amy! This one would be more than sufficient for your needs she says. Sold! I said. Then proceeded to have a friendly conversation for about the next half hour. I has been a very long time since the wife and I had a remarkable experience with any type of retail person. Most salespeople are pushy, unknowledgeable and just out to make a buck. Superior Power you haves yourselves a winner right there! You have also earned yourself a customer for life! AAA+ service and customer relationship!
