I bought a John Deere 3025E two and a half years ago at TriGreen Equipment in Manchester and absolutely love it. When I began having issues with my 20 year old garden tractor that I was mowing with I worked with Austin again in Manchester and we purchased a new 1023E with the 60 auto connect deck, front grill and weights and a 49 tiller and I couldnt be more pleased, what an awesome mowing machine Ive got now. Thank you TriGreen Equipment Manchester for doing such a great job taking care of us!

The interaction I experienced with my sales person was very positive. The responses to my questions were timely and informative, and helped me to reach a decision quickly. I believe I was accurately fitted to the tractor which best suits my needs and will give me years of reliable service. My sales person also went above and beyond duty to deliver my tractor personally when the delivery service could not. In addition, he picked the tractor up again to have the 3rd function controller installed and returned it timely. I couldnt be more pleased with the customer service I received.

The salesman was as nice as you could ask for. All my questions was answered and I was sold on the tractor and bought it. It was more than I ask for. If you are looking for farm equipment ask for Austin.

They have 3 computers but only 2 people to help customers. The young man helping me and my husband kept having to help the other guy with his customer. Customer service just keeps getting better and better.

Not long ago a car pulled into my driveway. (I live way out in rural TN.)A woman carrying an envelope exited the vehicle and knocked on my door.Are you Ben? I admitted to such and she handed me an envelope with a check in it. We discovered you overpaid us a year ago and here is your refund.The amount was not that big, but the effort and the honesty by TriGreen was enough to make me a loyal customer. Plus, they have the parts and the knowledge and the service. John Deere! Thank you!

Expensive but have every part you need. Although I bought a 10000 thousand dollar zero turn mower from brothers and ask for a John Deere hat and they would not give me one and that almost made me buy a gravely. After paying 100000 dollars from them I will never buy parts or another mower there and will never buy from them again or recommend them to anyone and I am about to buy another zero turn but I will buy a garvely for that reason and the quality is much better because the bolts holding the deck on fell out and they would not fix it bit made me buy the replacement bolts to fix myself so they obviously wont stand behind their mowers. Very poor business and I let everyone know I talk too
