01/11/19: Excellent and caring service. Staff is awesome and David is a caring and competent provider that is willing to jump through the hoops whatever challenges your particular hearing loss presents. Changed my life and it was painless and reasonably priced. I purchased the Oticon OPN 3 devices. Ive got absolutely no regrets and would do it again.Updated 03/10/21:A year into my ownership of the Oticon OPN 3s, I retired and moved 1500 miles away from this practice. After 2 years and 2 months of trouble free usage I began to have issues with my left hearing aid. A local audiologist wanted close to $500 to send one device back for the manufacturer for repair. They also asked for the last settings made to both my hearing aids so if the repair came back wiped clean with no settings in place they would have a starting point to configure my repaired aid. So I called Granite State Hearing Center and requested to get a print out of my last settings. I spoke with Laura who not only was able to provide me with the paperwork I needed but, after listening to the to symptoms of my issue, was able to suggest a fix that seems to have been absolutely correct. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend David and his staff (particularly Laura).
