Getting hearing aids was a huge deal! Theprofessionals at Beltone were great--verysupportive and knowledgeable. Once I wastested and tried on the hearing aids, I setup a series of appointments that I felt was akey component to my Beltone experience.I had numerous opportunities to askquestions and voice my concerns.Id recommend Beltone to anyone lookingfor a quality product.

Samantha, Certified Hearing Specialist, provided two in-depth hearing tests for both ears. She explained the hearing test graph, how it worked and then how your respective test measured and the resulting hearing loss. The other test consisted of how well you hear various vowels and consonants at your current hearing level. Another helpful test was your current volume tolerance, which shows the range of your hearing ability. Going back to get fitted and purchase a hearing aid tailored for my needs and wants! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

What a wonderful experience at Beltone, Ballwin! Samantha is so knowledgeable, kind and respectful. She is patient with my mom taking time to clean, fix and listen to all her concerns and questions.
