I’ve enjoyed flowers from Flowers by Michael in the past, but today I was disappointed. I’ve never actually picked out flowers for myself from them, but I did this time, and for my 25th wedding anniversary at that. My husband ordered another bouquet besides the one I picked. (Isn’t he Sweet?!) Anyway, I REALLY liked that the Pot ‘O Posies came with leather leaf ivy instead of fern leaves, and then when the flowers arrived they had the commonly used fern leaves. They should have let my husband know they were out of the ivy and given a small discount. Not very happy about the way they handled it. And besides that, the number of flowers in my arrangement was the exact same as the smaller bouquet, but my husband paid for a bigger one.

This guy goes above and beyond to please his customers! I will ALWAYS use this guy for all my flower needs and i will recommend this to all my friends and family! Also, the arrangements are absolutely GORGEOUS!

We ordered flowers for a funeral (through Emmas in Nashville) and Flowers by Michael picked up the order off the system. We had some issues initially, but Flowers by Michael was able to resolve those to our satisfaction.
