We brought our four year old too get her ears done at the Manchester mall last night and the woman who was working was absolutely amazing!!! Wouldnt have wanted a better experience!! Thank you so much ❤️

They pierced my ears unevenly and caused my ear to nearly split in half. It has been nearly 3 years and my ear has still not healed. DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible!! I got my ears pierced and they gave me wrong information to clean it. One is now infected!!! So dissatisfied. It is very painful also. 😡

I just want to share how happy I was with my experience tonight for my 9 yr old son. The guy that was there on 10-4-19 @ around 5:00 p.m. assisted us beautifully. He asked what earrings we would like. He did ask for an ID and had us cash out / pay first ( for some reason I assumed we would pay after) . He was polite and courteous through all of it . He then asked my don behind the counter. My son sat in the chair. Had his ear dotted before piercing. The man asked what I thought of the piercing dotting. I approved. He did great . He took his time and clearly cared. When he pierced he asked my son if he wanted a count down or for him to just do it. We decided on a surprise piercing . He did an amazingly gentle job. So much so my son was laughing and saying he felt no pain. Great job to that young man. Thank you to for making this an amazing experience he will remember forever.

Both associates were excellent. They worked well together, were super nice, and were able to pierce my daughters ears at the same time with very little fuss.

Got my second holes a year ago it was perfectly aligned and was far better than my first holes and they’re super sweet!

Not happy with this place I bought to necleses here a matching set for me and my son in no time myn turned black all the shine rubbed of buyers be aware it’s not all real
