I paid $3,789.06 for a 2 Panel 3/4 Oval Deluxe Dynasty Glass Door, but they brought and installed a 4 Panel Fan 1L, and told my wife it would take 4-6 weeks for them to get the correct door and insisted on getting paid the balance of the door cost. My wife called to check the status and was basically told we were S.O.L. and they dont do refunds. I dont want a refund, I WANT THE DOOR I PAID FOR! The Customer Service rep was completely rude with my wife on the phone. I will be seeking an audience with upper management VERY soon. Photos attached of what we ordered, and what we received.

In a nutshell, we are satisfied customers. On the scheduled day of our window replacements, Mr. Edward Berry arrived promptly at the designated time. He was polite, respectful, and open to inquiries regarding the care and proper use of our new windows. The window installation proceeded without any issues and the finished work looks fantastic. On top of the aesthetics, our household has already noticed a marked reduction on outside noise as a result of our new windows. I look forward to the savings on our electric and gas bills as the new windows create an excellent seal. When asked, I readily tell curious neighbors that our household used Window Worlds professional services. If they have home projects, they might just consider hiring Window World. If so, I am confident that they will receive the same level of professionalism that our household experienced.

We ordered our Windows at the height of the Pandemic, and were told it would be about 4 months and as it turned out it was 7, However, it was well worth the wait! Installer Ed came out (alone) and spent 8 solid hours putting our new windows in and wrapping everything as well (which we highly recommend). He was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable and very Professional. He made us feel very comfortable with his expertise and the way he cleaned up after the job! My husband and are are so pleased with the installation of our windows by Window World. Eddie and Jean the installers were great. They were on time and very professional. They completed the installation ahead of schedule cleaned and removed any debris and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The windows look fabulous! We absolutely will use them again when we replace windows in the back of the house.

Hired Window World to install vinyl siding and replace two windows. While I have some critiques of the way Window World corporate scheduled the job, I don’t want to distract from the point that the crew that was contracted to install the siding is worthy of 10 stars. Handy Maine & Woman went above and beyond on this project. They were extremely courteous, clean, prompt, professional and skilled at their job. They explained everything that they were doing and made sure I was happy at every stage of the job. Between the crew and the quality of the window world materials, the end result far exceeded my expectations and I will be recommending them to anyone that will listen.

Ed and Jeremy were great. They were here early and started right on time. They were personable, worked quickly and efficiently. We had 9 windows done. The windows are awesome! The look great and work great. We are looking forward to finishing out the winter without our drafty old windows!

The four windows that were installed are very good quality for the money. The installers were on time the day of the installation.Ed and his helper were very professional. Ed reviewed the installation before they started. The installation went very smooth and completed in a timely matter. There was one window that had a shipping crack. Ed will order a new sash and that would be replaced in about 4 weeks.The only overall issue was the delivery which took 15 weeks. This was a factory issue because of this crazy world we are currently in.I would definitely recommend this product and Ed to do the install

I was very skeptical of having 24 windows replaced in January but they were very efficient and fast so the temperature in the house didnt drop. It only took 2 days and the installers, Ed and Jeremy were great. I would definitely recommend them.

The install team at Window World of New Hampshire provides an excellent experience. From start to finish the job gets performed on time and flawlessly.They show up on time, with a positive attitude, and perform the job professionally. Nightmare! Poor results regarding trying to contact them. They have my money and six months later no schedule to install. I have called, emailed... no results. The salesman (Anthony) not concerned apparently... he said somebody should be getting back to me ( two weeks now...and two more calls.).

Windows are suppose to flip down for easy cleaning, they come out of the joints and will not go back up (lock in place). Windows are stiff to open, really need muscle to slid them up. I know you can adjust this, but was never shown how. Replace 20 windows molding was the worst quality wood I have ever seen.. I had custom blings was assured they would refit. Not the case... I would NOT recommend this company or product.***********update******after review was seen; a manager came out to inspect. Agreed poor workmanship/quality do material he Offered to have them come back out and replace the molding BUT it would be my cost, responsibility and effort to repaint and replaster the walls and molding. I said no thank you. 22 windows

We just had 17 windows and two sliding doors replaced by a window world. I have nothing but good things to say about them. The price was great and the windows are of good quality. The installation team led by Vladimir were extremely quick (1.5 days total),, courteous, on time and imdid an excellent job on the install. They cleaned up so well we didn’t even know they were there. I must admit we were nervous about the whole job but have nothing but good things to say about the experience!

We contracted with Window World in Nov. 2019, and today we had our new windows installed. 12 new windows to replace the 12 original windows in our home built in 1900. The team (Brian, Jamie & Ash) arrived on time (8:30 am) and were finished and had things cleaned up by 1:30 pm. They were great -- efficient, respectful, and hard-working. I wish I had not gone with this company. I needed all 22 windows replaced in my home I had bought in Oct 2019. I had to have the company out twice for install because the first round they had the wrong size for one of the windows - of course it took another 6 weeks before that last window came in. The main reason I had to replace my windows were because many of the sills were rotted and as a result I have an issue with carpenter ants. Now I explained this to the installers and made my desire to have all rotted sills replaced because rot spreads. I was aware there may be an upchage which I happily agreed to and prepaid for 6 sills. Now the second time they came out I mentioned that the last sill didnt look great and should be replaced because of the above issues. I was told repeatedly that it was fine and didnt need to be replaced. Even after I mentioned the chunk that was missing, again because of rot. Again I was told that it would be covered in foam and it didnt need to be replaced. If I am happy to pay the upcharge, JUST REPLACE IT! In my opinion window replacement should take care of the entire window meaning window, trim, sill, and boardering wood. By the time they are complete it should look finished rather than the partial work done on my home.

It took 9 months to get my girlfriends door and the shutters where totally wrong and now we have to wait all over again

We had 14 windows replaced by Window World of NH in our house built in 1860. The installers were polite, tidy, worked fast and efficiently getting it done in 1 day! We have already noticed a big difference - there are no drafts anymore. The windows look beautiful inside and outside.

We had all our windows done several months ago. It was a longer wait then expected but well worth it. We love our new windows including our beautiful custom bay! The salesman was honest and came to our home several times without hesitation for questions and changed. The installers were wonderful. We are very happy with our purchase.

We love the windows. They look so nice and we have already noticed a big difference in the noise level and the temperature inside the house. The young men who installed the windows were exceptional. Very professional, polite, and expert craftsmen. They made sure that they cleaned up completely, which was not easy since it rained and was not ideal weather for the first day of installation. We definitely recommend Window World and the installers, VVV Inc., that they contracted to install the windows.

Window World of Nh is unbelievable! The service I recieved from Todd Twine was absoloutely above and beyond. He was so helpful. He actually helped me install my porch posts after my new siding was installed. Because I had no idea how to install them. I thought he was just going to show me how to do one and leave. However he stayed and helped with all 5 posts. I would HIGHLY suggest using Window World and request Todd Twine as your salesman. Todd kept coming back until I was 110% happy with everything! I give Todd Twine and Window World 6 stars!

Was satisfied until it was time to put in my air conditioners in the window and they wont go in because the windows dont open up far enough had a tech come out and tell me I have to pull the window all the way out and then buy a air conditioning kit to make it fit call today waiting for a call back totallynot impressed because that was one of my husbands questions will the air conditioner still fit and the answer was yes

I had This company replace my TV room window last Saturday.Monday after they left I pulled off the molding so I can paint it. In back of the molding was a gap that went all the way out side .No cocking or insulation was installed. They covered up the gap about one inch with a plastic trim . On the outside was the same trim but metal they had bent to fit the hole. I have pictures I also filled the gap with cocking and foam from a can. This is the 2ed time I have used them and they did something like this on my other home. I was going to use them for my home in Florida but not now. I will now pull the moldings in the other room and I am sure there will be no cocking around them also .I am not sure if I will hear from these people but let it be known that Facebook and all the other ways one can post can and will bring a company down.

I had a window seal fail after 8 years called and they immediately apologized for the inconvenience then order a replacement sash and sent out a tech to install it. The tech who showed was very professional and courteous and was done in minutes. I would highly recommend window world to every one

Window World earns a five-star rarting from me. I had an install September 17, 2018. The crew was efficient, personable and highly respectful of my space and property.The workmanship is impeccable; I am satisfied with the appearance of the windows and relieved to have a more energy efficient home.I have no longevity with the windows installed recently, but am confident they will perform well because window World replace French pation doors severaL years ago, and they are perfect. A bonus is the lifetime warrantee. Its rare to qulaity with an affordable price.What put Window World over the top happened the day after installation. An employee of Window World arrived at my door asking if he could inspect the workmanship of the installers. Wow! He even reviewed the use and care of the windows and made sure I had the serial numbers of each window to facilitate communications if needed in the future.I have three additional windows to replace and will ask Window World back to replace them.

Only reason I am giving 1 star is for the lack of professionalism from laural the office manager. We were supposed to get our windows installed Thursday December 21st around 7am. We waited and waited and had family to pick up at the airport for the holidays. No one called us when they didnt show up. I had to take my dog with me to Boston airport because I couldnt have him there if they showed up. I called at 8am and spoke with Laural and she said she would call me back after she finds out whats going on. I waited and waited then finally called them back myself around 10 to see and then she says oh actually they are on the phone and she said actually I just talked to them and they said between 12 and 1 they will be there. It was after 130 and they still werent there. Then I get a call from the contractor saying he is on his way and they showed up at 215. He told me that he let the office know wed that they were not coming to my house until afternoon time because of the job before us ran longer than expected. So the office as in laural the manager NEVER RELAYED THAT TO US. She is very unprofessional. I am very happy with the window install but not with the office not letting me know whats going on if I knew they werent showing up until 2, I could have left my dog home and planned accordingly. So after that ordeal and them finishing at 3 on Friday I called and left the office a message telling them what happened and that I was very upset. I never got a call. I just called them today, December 29th to see if they got my message she said yea I do remember something like that but Im speechless not sure what to say. I said how about you apologize and you could have let us know and kept us updated. Then she said so you would have been happy with me calling saying they wouldnt be there until 2 and I said yes bc then I would have known. Like are you serious. Of course I would have been happy with that thats why Im upset you dope. I cant believe she is the office manager. If I have any issues with the windows I will not talk to her thats for sure.

Took today out of work cause window world said they would be here to do my windows, now they are telling me that they might not come today. if they dont show up today i will not be ordering windows from them again. and I might not be home next time they say they are coming. I miss a days pay cause of this.
