Finally a company that communicates! From setting an appointment to install, I was emailed or received a phone call. The process was easy, I liked the salesman Marc who came out to my home and spoke with me about the garage doors at length. Personable and trustworthy. I received my quote within a few days, and the prices were comparable to what I was expecting. I only waited a few weeks for the doors to come in and I cant say enough about my installation! The install was done meticulously! I was extremely happy with the job from start to finish. No mess, cut once, measured twice, and done well. I totally recommend Raynor Door.

I dont usually write reviews but I must say that I am so delighted with everything Raynor Door Authority did, from the initial contact with Taryn through the total installation process. The doors I had were broken and over 60 years old. Raynor came out and took out the old doors and disposed of them. My new doors look amazing! You wouldnt think that something as simple as getting new doors would make me so happy but it has! Thank you to the whole team. Taryn, Ryan, Steve, and everyone else. Great work.

Had Raynor install a door opener for me. Tech was punctual super polite and did a great job. Salesperson who came out initially was great. No pressure sales. Told her what I wanted she measured and wrote out a quote and the job was done by the end of the next week. Very happy.

My experience with Raynor was excellent. I had a garage door opener that was very old (installed when my parents had the house built 35+ years ago.) Over the past several years it became temperamental as the temps became cooler. I also had a second door that had a broken/missing spring. Jeff was very professional as well as personable. I was able to get it working within an hour! So many businesses wouldnt have cared but its easy to see that she does care about her customers. GREAT Quality Doors and Customer Service response 15 years later and so many more years to come! The investment was worth every penny. The insulation in the doors keeps my garage from freezing in the cold sometimes power outage winters. I had no idea its value at the time, but the savings has been worth it many times over. Then recently, one of the springs on the garage doors snapped. Raynor retrieved my order history and came out within the week to take care of it without issue. It would have cost me a fortune if I had to search for an installer. They have a customer for life.

This company is a complete rip off. They have terrible communication and will quote you one thing and then send you a bill for significantly higher. Our garage door stopped working so we called to get quotes. This company had good reviews and came in with a good price so they came out and clamped our spring. A month later they came out and replaced it. We got a bill in the mail a month later for 150% higher than the original quote. We called and they just said it ended up costing more, but at no point was this communicated to us to see if we wanted to move forward with them. Its clearly a bait and switch tactic they are using.

We just purchased new garage doors and openers and cant say enough great things about the team at Raynor.Our new doors look awesome! My sales rep (Marc) came out to our home and measured everything and made some nice recommendations about Raynor products that would compliment our home. Working with Marc we chose the Rock Creeke doors. We also had an old door that came off the track and the Raynor service team came out and repaired that door at no cost, if we purchased new doors which we did. We ordered the doors in the winter and Raynor agreed to store them for us so we could hold off on the install until the Spring - they are so flexible when it comes to working with the needs of their customers. The speed and efficiency of the install team was top notch. They showed up 30 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and finished the install of two new doors and openers in about three hours. After the install they went over all the operation and answered all of our questions. There was no debris or even any dust left behind and they disposed of the old doors and hardware. I really love the Raynor belt driven openers and powder coated tracks. Everything is so smooth and quiet compared to my old set up. Raynor is highly recommended from me. John and Chris were pros throughout the install - they covered everything from A to Z.You can do your own research about the high quality of Raynor doors but beyond that, the entire team at Raynor Door Authority is amazing to work with.

Raynor Door provides exceptional service. Ive used them at several of my properties. Each time they were timely, professional and reliable.

I really like the job that was done.Communication, they could afford to work on. I was given a quote and then told them to proceed. I think they might have forgotten about me because I had to call back and email them to get them to schedule me.Otherwise, they were great. Once we had our appointment set they called the day before to verify the time was still good. The day they came it was one guy, worked hard all day on the doors installing them, really polite and nice guy.There was a dent in one of the panels that came in and the guy installing them actually pointed it out to me. They are coming back to fix it once the part comes in. I was happy he pointed it out and I didnt have to discover it later.The doors are the basic no window, no fancy hardware, no frills doors so I didnt expect much. Even being a pretty basic model they are really nice and make such a difference in the appearance. Also, they are extremely quiet. (We had very old doors that were loud enough to wake the neighbors.)I would recommend using them.

Fantastic experience. Had a new 24 foot awning installed covering back porch. Everything was very professional. Installation was expertly done and completed sooner than expected. It’s like adding an extra room to the house!

When my garage door refused to close, I called Raynor for the first time. Their repair schedule was fully booked for the day, but scheduled me for first thing the next morning. Then, the woman proceeded to diagnose the (simple?) problem over the phone, and told me how to fix it, which I did. Clearly this company puts their customers needs above profits. They will be my first call on any future garage door issues.

I called Raynor because one of my garage door spring snapped and the wheels came off the tracks. I was also having problems with my garage door not closing prior to the spring snapping.Tracy and Paul were so nice and professional. The next day, a technician came out to inspect the problem. I was not home, but gave permission to do what needs to be done.When I came home from work that day, my garage was fixed! They did an outstanding job! Not only did they replace both springs, they fixed the closing problem as well. I never told them about that. Also, the chain was loose and upon opening, the garage door would slam into a stopper against the opener. Without mentioning that, they fixed that as well! I was so pleased with the work they did and everything was inexpensive!I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Any type of garage door problems, they will be my #1 place to go!!
