I came in last weekend for gender reveal supplies and a balloon for the reveal. The store was extremely busy, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. Tiffany went above and beyond to help me, and make sure the gender was kept a secret. Nowadays you cannot get good service anywhere as businesses are struggling and can’t get good workers. She probably didn’t think twice about it, but I will forever be grateful for her making our big moment so special! Thank You for going above and beyond!

Went to buy my kids costume for historical day, got one that perfectly matched with the event with reasonable price. I was so relieved. Thank you Party City!

First time inside and they have a great variety and the staff was nice

I had a wonderful experience this morning at the Manchester, CT location. There were 2 women that answered questions, showed me around the store, and filled balloons for my last minute gender reveal. Their excitement, light hearted jokes, and helpfulness really made my day.

Super helpful staff. Broad variety. Hit or miss on item availability but (back to the staff) the staff knows their store and can let you know right away where something is & if it is stock.

There are lots of theme based party items. The theme you name it they got it. Having located next to Dollar Tree makes the prices in this store seem costly. But the quality is great, bought items for my sons birthday. Will buy again!!

I scheduled a balloon delivery and scheduled the wrong day. When I called the store to see if they could reschedule for the same day I spoke with Diamond and she was able to make the adjustment and accommodate my delivery request. I am very grateful. Thanks Diamond!

Can find pretty much anything you want for a party, but not much variety & prices can be vary from cheap to expensive.

My son has sensory problems and the sound of balloons being inflated freaks him out .... on of the female employees saw this and told her other employees to stop for blowing balloons up till we were done cashing out

I ordered online and thought I paid. I put in my credit card. But when I received my notification to pick up, the email said that the card was just authorized not charged and I would still need to pay. Prepaying was one of the reasons I ordered online. Otherwise everything else was perfect and exactly as I wanted.

1st of all I know this is just a pop up store. But dont bother going! Their selection was awful. They didnt have a lot of seizes available. I just ended up leaving and going to Spirit of Halloween, much better pop up store.DO NOT BOTHER GOING HERE.

The photo here on the store site, is not in fact party city (looks like jo-anne fabrics?)Good store, layout is easy to follow if youre looking for a certain color or theme of party supplies. It would be great if they would have certain things like candles in one place or maybe in addition to with a theme, also in a central place. I had a very hard time finding candles, but everything else was easy to locate.They have a great selection of balloons, and you can order them ahead of time if you dont want to wait.They also have a great selection of costumes all year round, not just near Halloween.

Very helpful with helping me with my daughters birthday party. And when one of my balloons popped on the way out they had no problem replacing it free of extra charge. I will go again .

I wish there was a Zero Star...This was the single worst customer service experience I have ever had in my 50 years of living.I called to reserve some balloons for a party and was told that there were no balloons for the theme I was requesting. I asked if there were balloons for a dog party, basic request... and was told no.She clearly had no intention of helping me, so I requested to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager. When I asked to speak to her manager, she hung up on meWhen I called back, she denied speaking to me and actually demanded an apology from ME.This was the worst business, customer experience anyone could dread.DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PARTY CITY.

One person on cash register while people were waiting over 15 minutes to get cashed out white two assistants stocked the shelves! This is the second time I have had to wait due to lack of people on cab registers.

I placed a balloon order for Friday for pickup the next day. The ordering process went rather smoothly and I liked that I got an email reminder that my balloon order needed to be picked up. When I went to get it however, nothing was ready. I was told my order wasnt on their list for the day. When I gave them my receipt they said my order was placed at a different location. They argued with me that I was at the wrong store, despite me telling them I placed the order myself only yesterday and this is the only Party City location I had been to.They finally reread the receipt and realized I was right. Apparently my balloon order was placed too late to have made it to the printed list and somehow the bag with the balloons I picked out got put into the to do list for Sunday instead of Saturday. After that they were apologetic and gave me a few extra balloons as an apology. They had three people work on the order to try and minimize the wait as they blew up the 30ish balloons I got.Although things worked out in the end I thought the attitude of the employee I was dealing with was initially extremely rude. She treated me like I was an idiot right up until she realized she was in the wrong. I had placed the order ahead of time to try and make things go as smoothly as possible and instead I was argued with and then had to wait for my order to be filled. Even if I had been in the wrong location, the attitude was not one of trying to help but rather not my problem.

I had a very bad experience day before yesterday while visit I ask staff to show me the youth boy 70s costume, and that fat lady standing beside the register behaving like she dont understand and dont wanna show me. The other customer help so, she come along me but not never co operative and so over reacting to show me the thing. I will never ever visit now.

Prices are somewhat ok and the selection is decent not everything some Halloween stores carry but good choices didnt have what my son wanted but thats the way it goes on line is here for a reason I guess the employees are young so you know what your gonna get there there was 1 gril there that seemed to know stuff but was talking with another employee more than helping customers another young girl there had a attitude that didnt come towards me but I could just tell she wasnt happy to be at work

Over all great layout of the store. Lady up front doing the balloons gave us a terrible attitude. We asked a simple question about the balloons and she just assumed we werent going to pay for them. We asked, Are there custom balloons available to request? She says, WELL, YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM FIRST! I am writing her response in Caps to express her attitude. On top of that it was my sisters birthday which was the person asking her. She wanted her own balloon for her self. And the kind of attitude she expressed just ruined the experience and now we are going to another store. If you dont like your job or the type of people that come in there then QUIT and work elsewhere. Then a black lady comes in and she so happens to be completely nice and caring to her. Like wth. Yes the lady was black and i dk what we did to her to get such attitude. Maybe she just doesnt like spanish people. I dk. Im not attacking her because she was black but because of her terrible attitude. I hope the store can find a way to train her on how customer service should be handled thats all.
