I had a good experience here with my laptop, so I took a family members in as well. Both times the repairs were reasonably priced and the turnaround time was fairly quick. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed quite knowledgeable as well.

Under new management! PC Masters has taken over Microseconds and ruined a good company. They had my laptop for 18 days and never even looked at it. But the diagnostic fee is nonrefundable under any circumstances. Horrible customer service. Bad attitude. Dont bring your computer to this company for service!

Microseconds was open on Friday until 7 pm. I went inside not knowing what to expect with their inventory. I was in the market for a new PC case because my existing one was both terribly wired (first build) and thus terrible airflow. After discussing options on increased performance with the associate, I decided to purchase the case below and a 3 pack of case fans. Microseconds had a few minutes to spare and allowed me to wire the majority of it together inside the store so I didnt need to have a rats nest when I got home. I spent nearly an hour later that night swapping all my hardware over and the result looks incredible. Thanks to Microseconds experience, knowledge, and quality prices I was able to get the case and airflow my PC deserved for both gaming and prolonged life. I recommend this team for any internal case work/recommendations and even though their stock is not super diverse their experience helped me enormously.

Microseconds has helped me out of several head scratching jams over the years. As a PC builder I know the in’s and out’s of my computer tower, but when something seriously goes wrong and I’m stuck, I know they will always figure out what I couldn’t. Highly recommend them!

The people there are useless, arrogant and totally with no concern for customers GO SOMEWHEREt THAT YOU DO NOT GET JERKED AROUND, Had a great store in Salem, but closed it and kept the wrong people at Manchester,! If you go there you are wasting your time and money, Go somewhere where the customer is treated with respect, I GAVE THEM ONE STAR due to the fact THEY do not allow you to lower any further, Another gentleman said they do not open on time, I waited with three other people for two hours and they never showed up. If you think this is service you are welcome to be another person that will come to the same opion

I needed a dvd-rw drive for my dell pc. (desktop) couldnt find one any where. Going through Dell would have been very costly. Had never heard of Microseconds sad to say, and someone pointed me in their direction. Told the guy what I needed, he checked online, and double checked. Paid barely nothing for the item, went home installed it. Working great. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE I know. They are nice, and on top of the game. Prices are so fair to us.
