Great selection and they had what I was looking for, Gurkha Ghost cigar and I bought the whole box which was short a few but purchased at a great price. I never write reviews, but this deserves one.I went there today and purchased the wrong kind of pod for my vape. It was a three-pack, I used one and filled it up with juice, only to realize it was the wrong one. I turned around and went back, not expecting anything, as I had already used one of the pods and thrown away the receipt.The guy working there took my 2 out of 3 usable pods back, and gave me the right ones for free. You dont see that kind of stuff often in Manchester.

Nice clean store! Stopped by on a whim today to grab a new vape, as I’m trying to get back into it and keep off cigs. I already own about 5 vapes, but needed something new to keep my interest and motivation. Been a regular for many years, and cant imagine going else where. Customer service is great, and theyre very knowledgeable in all the products that they carry. They also helped me create a cigar bar for my wedding, which was an absolute hit!!

One of the only places around with a selection of pipe tobacco. Not cigarette tobacco marked as pipe to avoid taxes. Real quality pipe tobacco at a fantastic price. Im from Maine and go out of my way to stop in and stock up. Nice place with excellent staff. No cigar snobs.

I should have gotten the guys name but I didnt. He was very helpful with helping me determine what I wanted to buy for CBD oil. He was very knowledgeable with the product that he had on hand. I would definitely recommend them to my buddies. I gave four stars for his helpfulness and knowledge of his product, this is my first time using so I may update it to 5 if I find the product does what it says he said it should.

Bought an Aspire Breze 2 for $50. It is defective and works intermittently, tried to return it a week later, they wiped out with a paper towel and said its obviously working fine even though the battery had died. They wouldnt stand behind the product and refused to do anything else. So yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Employees could be a little friendlier. Like no personality whatsoever. Their rude as well.

Im writing this review based off the sole fact that the owner is not honest. You can say that my review is fake because Im a friend of Pats but here are the receipts to prove that the price was actually $0.98 more than double the price as quintessential vapors. The starter kit from quintessential includes everything on the receipt from Holy Smokes.

All I am looking for is you to acknowledge that I was charged double retail price. Ive attempted posting them several times but they mysteriously are removed shortly after. I would be happy to come down to the store with both receipts. I dont want a refund I want an apology for calling me a liar. Receipts dont lie. If the pictures dont show up this time or you dont feel you owe me an apology then Im just going to post them to facebook for people to see how badly I was ripped off.I paid 30 bucks for the same exact thing you charged me 60.98... People should know that you have more than a 100% markup. And calling customers junkies and sissies is a very progressive approach to dealing with the repercussions of being a complete slimeball. And just so we are clear you are not denying youre outrageous price? Thats fine with me, closest thing to an apology I can get from a primitive thief like yourself.

Shop not in a great location, hard to find and get to. Parking is limited due to other businesses in this cramped plaza. Not much advertisement, could be improved upon. The store gives off the feeling that your business can either come or go. When asked about particular products, the cashier didnt seem to have much suggestion to give. Didnt end up buying any of the overpriced smokes. Took my business elsewhere.

My wife has chronic pain in her elbow and gets painful cramps in her feet. The owner Mike suggested CBD oil cream and after just 3 days of putting it on twice daily she is pain free and no longer has to manage her pain with expensive prescription medications. Thanks Holy Smokes!

It is very obvious that this was a tobbaco only shop in the past. Extremely limited knowledge on vapes and juice. When I asked the difference in nicotine potency I was told Id have to do some math to figure out the difference in potency. Which he did not offer to do. Smokers Haven has more reasonable prices and staff is far more educated on vape products. Probably a great place to grab Stogie but dont advertise yourself as a vape shop with such little knowledge about the products.I absolutely had to edit my review after reading this post from the owner.Response from the owner4 years agoWhy dont you tell everyone what kind of product you were looking for. Edit, update: called yesterday (6/19) looking for a replacement coil for my aspire breeze purchased back in February, as the rest of this review pertains to. The lady who answered the phone was very short with me and refused to give me the price of the replacement coil on the phone. She said we dont give out prices on the phone in an extremely rude tone. Look lady, I was gonna come in and buy one, just wanted to see how much it was first. I like to support local small businesses. I dont know what happened with some other customers, but obviously something happened to ruin it for the rest of us. I will not be returning here again and will gladly give my business to someone else. Customer service makes or breaks a business...dont call me a fake review or a friend of pat, whoever the hell he/she is, you pissed me off so other people need to know. You went from 5 stars to 2.Went in for a cbd vape pen cartridge. Staff was very friendly and super helpful, ended up purchasing an Aspire Breeze vape and a bottle of mint 300 mg cbd oil. Staff primed and filled vape for me and offered his preference for use. Very happy with my purchase, the entire experience, and how the products are working. The staff here are not helpful what so ever. Every time I had a question they would say, Oh man, I dont know I dont have any problems with the one I bought! Okay well thats all swell but it doesnt help or fix my problem. As for their return policy, they need to all communicate with one another because I have had two people tell me yes I can return the faulty tanks THEY sold me, and another guy tell me, Oh no man thats like returning a used tooth brush. If this is the case, they shouldnt sell stuff that doesnt work. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this place.
