I originally liked this place but Im beyond fed up at this point. When I brought my smok tank in that had stopped working, the guy sold me one that he said was compatible with the parts I already had, but it wasnt. I came back in and they were nice enough to let me trade in the ones I had for some that would fit my NEW tank, but I brought those back again and again because the girl that works there continuously gave me the wrong ones. Today I went in for the 4th time to get replacement glass and she only had 1 (how do you have such limited parts for vapes that you carry unless you sold me a cheap p.o.s. you were just trying to get off the shelf?). I put it on, and my coil is just barely not hitting the atomizer so its not working cause the glass is TOO BIG. I even told her because it was moving around and she put a rubber band and told me I was good to go.The vape they sold me thoroughly sucks and though the staff seem friendly, accommodating, and helpful at first.... but theyll give you the run around. I just want a working vape with a few spare parts. Is that too much to ask? Apparently.Long story short - yeah, this place is cheap, but spending a few extra bucks somewhere else is worth it. I promise. Dont waste your time or money on their vapes. Theyll try to get you out of there quickly without being sure that you even got what you came in looking for.
