Ok. Staff were friendly but its way over-priced. Breakfast was not included and was $35 at the dinner. Queen beds are only full size. There are no common spaces for group visits and the fitness center is very small. It was clean and the shower was good.

Couldnt find it anywhere else, but they had 1 copy of the book I DESPERATELY wanted them to have, called Inner Engineering by: Sadhguru...a New York Times best seller on A YOGIS GUIDE TO JOY.....I am an intelligent man, and this man is changing the entire world for the better as we speak. Hes teaching us how get rid of hurtful, hard to deal with type of emotions that your MIND creates; and teaches you how to create inner joy no MATTER the situation you are currently in. 🙏🌌

Ordered online to pickup. When given the book was wrong. The gentleman who took care of me. He went the extra mile and beyond. He searched the stacks, back room, & called other stores until he found the book I ordered! I thought customer service like this was gone! I wish I could remember his name because he deserves have praise put upon him for his work ethic! No more buying books from other places!

I love Barnes and Noble. This one was clean and well organized. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Recommended! They have a great selection of childrens books, also; as well as vast choices of other books, also.

I had a mommy/daughter Date here with my youngest. There is a Starbucks inside. She loved it I did as well . I forgot about BOOKS electronics have gotten the best of me so this help ground me. I signed up for a card and I get 10% on future purchases you gotta pay 25$ you do get other benefits for having the card. I just dont remember.. we had fun we had tomato soup and grill cheese and proceeded to pick out books and sketch pads after .

Id rather support them 100 times over then Amazon, partially I can get my book right then and there and also that I like the in person shopping experienceEven without price matching I still enjoy going in and buying a volume or 2 if close enough in price to whats on Amazon or the like

Love all the Barnes & Noble stores if they dont have it they can order it for pickup or delivered right to your door theyre awesome and for a small fee you get the Barnes & Noble card and it saves you lots in discounts and you get free shipping right to your house you dont even have to go back to the store who can ask for anything more. And Im always looking for like odd books that are really hard to find and theyre awesome about it.

We can not wear mask due to health. Your employees have no knowledge about the guidelines for state of NH. She asked for a doctors which is not required. She refused to allow us in. I will not but products from a company that does not educate their employees and allow equal shopping experience to those with disabilities. It is considered discrimination. Not impressed. Went to a smaller book store and received a lot better care with out a mask. I will return there for all my books.

I found what I wanted and more. The store is always clean and the people are helpful.

Has gone way way downhill under the new owners. There is no napkin etc area and they call a manager over even if you run 5 or 10 minutes over the 30 min max.--even if there are no customers. i have spent $40,000 at this one store alone over the years and was appalled when the store manager Lori hostilely approached myself and my guest because we had run over the time limit and not realized it. instead of the young lady at the counter reminding us she called the store manager and we were publicly humiliated in front of other guests. Between myself and my friend we have spent perhaps $60-70k at this one store, We had come for coffee and a snack to help support the business. In all honesty most people i know hate the coffee and snack choices but come to support local people and jobs.

Great Barnes & Noble. Very organized, and well maintained. I asked where I could find a certain book and was immediately led to the section. The woman also made sure we found the title before she left, which was nice. Friendly staff.

Huge selection of books, limited selection of videos. I noticed video prices were high. I dont know who operates the cafe. I didnt eat there so I have no opinion of thier food.Update: Valentines Day, 2021; Brought my kids. They looked at the videos, toys and childrens section. Store seems more spaced out than my last visit. Bathroom was in good shape. Facemasks required.

B&N is my happy place! I LOVE books, but theres so much more. My home B&N (Warwick, RI) has a Starbucks inside and the staff is great! There are also TONS of interesting gifts to review/purchase. Highly recommended!

One of the best places to buy Manga, I collect Manga and this place has a huge selection of it! Also there Art book section is big as well! Great quiet atmosphere and employees dont bug you about sales! Which is always nice!

The woman at the customer service desk was helpful and informative, as well as funny. They had lovely collectables and puzzles that a added to my order. My cashier was kindly and we discussed my choice of book before I left. I think she may read it.

I love coming here, you want a book in particular this is the place you want to come to and the staff here are very nice and will take their time to help you find what youre looking for!

Spent 2 hours here today after having a bad morning and it was so lovely. I love this place. Honestly one of my favorite Barnes & Noble locations. I do wish the staff were more friendly though.

Its great to have a local bookstore to browse and shop for new books. Im not a fan of their policy which offers separate pricing for online and in-store. If youre a B&N member, they will price match the online prices... only if you ask them. Some of the staff are true bibliophiles and happily offer advice when Ive been on the fence about a certain book or looking for a new book to read.Be sure to buy local, even if the pricing is slightly higher than on online only retailer.

A great place to go any day of the week, be it a rainy day, cold day or a hot day, theres usually some place for everyone to sit. And if theyd want to have some cocoa and piece of cake or pie while reading a magazine, or a long awaited first edition, N.Y. Best Seller; everything is here for you to relax and spend an hour or two or the day with your children or family and friends. Theres even a childrens area for your little ones to immerse themselves in a whole bunch of fun!

Its a bookstore but they also sell a variety of gifts and have a cafe in store. They were sold out of the book I was looking for but willing to order more.

Consistently excellent both in price, options, as well as safe practices and assistance. Glad they are there helping us spend our quarantine productively with great books and music!

Cashier and customer interface is paramount. Little things like asking if someone would like a bag or neglecting to ask may seem trivial or maybe not...

Barns & Noble is a great place to find any kind of book or if you are looking for a notebook/planner/organizer and some pens/pencils. They even have a section for kids which is just great! They also sell toys so if your looking for the perfect birthday present for someone.

Bright, cheery and staffed by people who clearly love reading. I am always curious what is new in the store, and spend my first few minutes in there at the customer service desk finding out. They are always patient and helpful.Rather sad they dont do reading electronics any more, but there is nothing like the smell, feel and weight of a book.

Unlike other bookstores in the Central area. B&N usually has the book(s) that I want in house. Also if I order a certain book I get it faster. Customer service is great. If that person doesnt have the answer they will find another person that does. They may be a big box stores but I am happy to shop there.

I wish I got the name of the young woman that helped me because, if you were not a reader before meeting her, you would be after. Her enthusiasm and knowledge was just awesome. I came in looking for a Greek mythology book for a younger reader to be given as a gift (with one in mind that my daughter and I had found through internet search)and she politely showed me where I could find it but told me to wait because she wanted to show me a Greek mythology book, not in that section, that she absolutely love[s]. Percy Jackson Greek GodsShe told me all the reasons why she loves this book with joy and excitement. I took her advice (enjoyed a quick, humorous chapter while I was there) and it was a big hit... and the little girl is now on to more books in the series!**I never submitted this review and wish I could say the latest trip there was as awesome- I had to take away 2 stars, sadly... before I felt that 5 was not nearly enough. That young woman from my previous trip was what customer service should be and the embodiment of how everyone should feel about their job!! Seriously. And, I had another helpful employee guide me while shopping again over this last weekend that was excellent, friendly and genuinely interested in helping.What is lacking here is the service at the checkout. The young woman barely looked up, seemed bothered by my sons enthusiastic hello and just generally unfriendly and unhappy to answer any questions. There seems to be a running theme of helpful employees on the floor and the others run the registers-- a good choice, if that is a decision that needs to be made, but it definitely takes away from a pleasant experience when the person checking you out makes you feel like you are a burden on their life. But, fortunately, for now, the hardworking and enthusiastic employees on the floor (and the beautiful store filled with books!!)are making up for it and not moving me to online ordering ...yet!! :)

We are card carrying members! We always get excited to go to Barnes and Noble. We always come out with a new book right for each one of us. The kids section is great and you feel like you are in a library. They have an awesome help desk person who helps us find books often. We get snacks and hot cocoa at the cafe. Its a nice cozy place to hang out with your kids, small ones or teens!

The only game in town for books so 5 stars based on their tenacity to hang in there. Chairs and seating could be more comfy. Access to coffee is a plus.

Always helpful staff willing to look up and locate books. Cafe serves good coffee and delicious food. Today a young woman played music for awhile and then another sang. Both quite pleasant and a holiday surprise. Store is wonderful. Register area a bit confining but otherwise store is a great stop and who doesnt like a gift certificate for a gift.

A nice Barnes & Noble. Not as large or well-stocked as some of the newer and larger stores but a nice place to stop. Staff is friendly and helpful. Only downside is that parking can be challenging at busy times at this location.

Books! Books! Books as far as the eye can see! Red books, blue books. Fiction books, true books. Funny books, sad books. Kids books, Dad books. Books indeed. And magazines.

I was looking for books for an almost 5 year old boy and asked to see their dinosaur collection. These staff were very helpful and showed us a number of books. We settled on a somewhat informational book and a shorter book for bedtime reading. We were very satisfied with the assistance we were given.

I may have a Kindle and yes I enjoy reading a downloaded book but I still love walking into a book store. B & N makes me happy every time I stop in. I walk up and down the rows of books and Im swept away..I know its a chain and that all the stores are cookie cutter but thats what makes it so easy to shop in.

This review is for the cafe. Just stopped in for a coffee and the young woman who assisted me was great. She was quick to take my order, was pleasant and personable and made a great cup of coffee.

Well stocked and helpful staff, and they have a small selection of vinyl records. Wish they had longer hours for those of us who like to peruse and wander through the stacks..
