I came in yesterday for a state inspection and oil change, and the speedy service was amazing and I would like to thank Rick and Tara for helping me throughout the process they are super helpful and extremely nice. They both helped me with adding coupon savings to my total cost. They do there best to make you feel welcomed when you come in for an appointment. This is the only place I will take my car to get my moneys worth for any service.

I have been going to AutoCare Plus in Manchester for years now, after my dealership made an alarming error on my vehicle. I am typically in for maintenance things, however, this time around was more emergent: I found myself driving a car that was making terrible grinding & squealing noises and I was pretty scared to drive it not knowing what the problem was. I called Barry at ACP and told him about the problem, and they were able to make room for me in their schedule if I could just get the car there. I couldn’t get ahold of my insurance to get the car towed, and so I called back for advice. They walked me through some of the things it could be, and ultimately I made the decision to try to drive it in using back roads and a lot of caution. It took forever for me to get there, but they took my car in, gave me a loaner, and took care of everything for me very quickly. I was back again a few days later for a completely different issue, and casually chit chatted with Barry, Rick, and Jay like we were old friends. All three of them are rock stars! This is the difference between a small, family run business and a dealership. I would 100% recommend bringing your car here over anywhere else I have been.

They charge way too much for inspections and told me that we needed a lot of work done which we had done elsewhere. Turns out half the work was unnecessary to pass inspection. They quoted an obscene price for a cheap part and minimal labor, every other place we contacted quoted half of what they wanted to charge us. They were dismissive and were either flat out lying or fundamentally misunderstand the role of state inspections and the standards that are in place.

Nice shop, antiques on the lift, friendly staff, but their parts cost was twice what OEM parts would cost. I offered to get OEM parts and let them do a profit markup but they wouldn’t agree. They had told me at drop off the diag fee would be $80-120 but after I declined services they brought that up to $150 even though they said the problem was what I said it was, it was immediately apparent, and the other problem they identified was visually apparent at first glance. I’d have happily paid an $80 diag fee but they can’t explain what took the time they’re billing $150 for.

Charged me $90 to tell me nothing was wrong with my car after the computer system warned me something was wrong, then had the audacity to look for a bunch of other things they wanted to charge me over $800 to do. Thanks! I’m taking that list to another garage.

I travel between VT and MA for work and when my car wasn’t performing as normal I googled the closest location. It’s always nerve wracking to walk into a random service station as a woman. You never know what kind of experience you’re gonna get. The gentlemen who were at the front desk didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or like they were going to hose me for all my $$$. Honest, hospitable and communicative. Thank Auto Care Plus!

Called in and talked to Barry for a simple quote so I can have my vehicle towed there. They gave me the run around and said they cant give a quote until the look at it. The problem was verified, I told him the starter was tested. Telling a customer until you have a vehicle towed here we cant give you a qoute.. I think that is unnecessary. The one star review is for lack of cusotmer service.

Scratched my Brand new rims & didnt even mention it.... I would have felt a lot better if they just said hey Im sorry but we accidentally scratched your rim....but very dishonest by just helping me hurry up and load them. Very disappointing

I’ve been coming here for all my regular and “surprise” maintenance, and every time they’ve been incredibly professional, polite, and more than accommodating. I was able to get in last minute to get an oil change and inspection done recently, and was in and out within an hour. Not only that, but they give you all your options, they are honest and don’t push anything that doesn’t need to be done. They always look for the best deal you can get for the work they do, and I’m super grateful for it. Keep up the good work guys!

Went to start my car and discovered my battery had died. When I called Auto Care Plus they informed me a new battery could be installed that same afternoon. Auto Care is very efficient and fast getting jobs done.

Went for an oil change and the team gave me a list if necessary items my car needed which was legitimate. I scheduled all of this with chris who wqs great and even managed to fit in a last minute addition i made and still meet the timeline. The places feels like a smaller shop that actually cares about long term business with customets. This experience along with the team (patiently) helping me through the motorcycle inspection process makes this place my new shop. Service included an email system that would email you pictures of the work that needed to be done (my way overdue and wrong colored transmission fluid) which helped me understand what was happening and why.

Pulled off the highway during heavy rain because my tire pressure light came on. Fearing a flat, I pulled into Auto Care Plus. Service advisor Mike couldnt have been more helpful and thorough! He pulled the car in, checked the pressure on all the tires, and gave good recommendations! Excellent, concerned service! Thank you again!!

I had a serious leak of SOME kind of fluid from my Ford Fusion. They were able to identify the causes (transmission line and oil gasket) and fix both issues in under two days. I got my car back good as ever, for many more years of avoiding purchasing another car. 😆 Mike was a huge help, both courteous and professional. Thanks!

AAAs suggested this place. Wanted to charge me $220 to replace a stud, put spare tire on and replace lug nuts.

I just submitted a claim with the Better Business Bureau for this place. I sent my car to Auto Care Plus for a state inspection. They called and tried to upsell me $1400 for my car which passed inspection perfectly fine. I asked when they would start working on my brakes and Chris told me that it would be tomorrow. Afterward, I found out that they were charging $900 and other places would charge $500-$600. I called to cancel my service and Chris told me that they would have to still charge me $450 because they already took my brakes apart and supposedly scrapped my front brakes. They had already told me that they would be doing this tomorrow in an earlier call (which is recorded). Due to this, I am forced to have to get my front brakes done with them still for nearly $500.

When my tire light came on, I stopped in thinking I had a slow leak. The service was excellent, and after they couldn’t find a leak, they filled my tires and equalized pressure at no cost. I’d stop in again should I need anything done on my car.

Theyre very professional in there. They took my truck in with great care, took very good care of me I finally found a place that I can trust and not have to worry about my vehicle again great place I highly recommend it.

Under warranty a year ago a rack and pinion was replaced because this place are napa contracted. Then boom, 6.mo later (fixed in may and nov 2020) conveniently the same rack and pinion, I was charged an additional 400 in labor on for a marked up part (I was told by barry was unavailable when NAPA confirmed to me, it was available at the time of repair), had completely dropped AGAIN!! I returned to a location in Merrimack who reached out to DM, who covered entire cost through an additional warranty this time. However, merrimack location drove my vehicle back to Barry, who I was extremely leary of doing any future business with based on past up charge experiences and poor repair, (the covered repair was contingent on Barry being the one to fix what he couldnt do right the first time), and in a matter of a couple hours the rack and pinion had been allegedly repaired. Within 24 hours of the repair Barry did this time, my check engine light came on and my battery light has displayed on and off several occasions while driving since he touched my vehicle. The District Manager Jeff has not reached out to follow up on how service went, neither has the Manchester or Merrimack locations. I am now truly concerned there has been further damage to my vehicle from Barrys poor work again because I had no issues before he serviced the rack and pinion regarding battery or engine light. I also paid to have an allignment done shortly before discovering the rack and pinion dropped; after comparing allignment specs Barry actually has the allignment off in much more places (red) than the allignment he did back in may and the allignment I had done before he changed the rack again in Nov. If you value your time, money, and only means of transportation STAY FAR AWAY FROM AUTO CARE PLUS THEY CREATE PROBLEMS WITHOUT FIXING THEM AND SUBSTITUTE PLESANTRIES FOR REAL MECHANICS AND SERVICE!!!!!! pray my 4 children and I are able to travel safely until I have to pay yet ANOTHER auto repair shop for repairs on the repairs.

Helpful and responsive peoples here, had to bring my Rogue in because I suspected the transmission had went bad and unfortunately it did.Spoke and dealt with Chris mostly and he was very helpful in laying out what needed to be done for my car. Sence a transmission is expensive he was able to inform me of the issues that should be taken care of immediately and suggest some other items I should keep tabs on and look at tending to over time.This was nice because I didnt feel pressured to pay out and do everything they told me needed to be done and allowed me some peace at mind to take care of what was necessary, then inform me of some smaller services I could look into doing at a later time but was not immediate at this time.They do a great job and Chris really responsive to any questions I had while I was there, I will certainly be back for service in the future.

I have been going here for several years and have had a great experience each time. They are polite during the check in and check out process. They take the time to break down what was done to your car that day and what you are paying for. I had extra questions about a specific procedure they were doing and they took the time to thoughtfully answer each one. If I leave my car there they always call to chat through anything they have found and ask the way I would like to move forward. Everyone should go here!

Jeff and his team are amazing and extremely thorough. I have had work done on two of my vehicles recently and couldnt be happier. Always kind and courteous. Auto Care Plus has done both routine maintenance and unforeseen repairs on my car. The latter included the reassurance of a two week grace period for the snow tires I needed unexpectedly. I am grateful to know I can trust Auto Care Plus.

I went in telling them my car window won’t go up . I thought it would cost $100-$140 to fix it according to what I thought they told me . I got a phone call telling me it would be $840 and that the $140 was just to test it.then they suggested I needed a new air filter and battery and some how it was gonna be extra $400. I wasn’t about to spend $1200. So I walked away with them charging me $130 to tell me what I already knew - my window won’t go up.

WOW! They did a bait and switch on tires, I was asked if Kelly tires where OK and tI said sure, they held my car for the weekend. I picked my car up and looked to find out they gave me less expensive tires for the Kelly tire price. How dishonest is that? Never again and this will follow them for a long time as this is only one review site. Shame on them!

I received excellent service from Chris. My car was towed to their business. Chris called first thing in the morning and we discussed what was going to be done and his opinion as to what was wrong. My 2007 Mazda 3 was falling apart a few years ago. I then switched to this repair shop where they brought my car back to life. 50,000 miles later + over 200,000 total miles and my car is going stronger than I ever thought it would at this point. The technicians at this shop are always thorough and I appreciate that. The front counter staff are very friendly and down to earth. I 100% recommend this shop.

I was interested in some modifications to my truck, I dropped it off with Jeff and had great results. Communication with the shop was excellent, everything was run by me first. When everything was completed I received a text that showed me all the diagnostics of the service as well as a great picture of what to expect when I pick it up. The process was comfortable, understanding, and straight forward. I am not a mechanic and do not understand shop talk, everything was simply explained, which makes this an easy place to refer my family to.

I highly recommend Auto Care Plus in Manchester. Jeff Rol (and others that have helped us) have been kind, courteous, and honest! They also have a really nice VIP program that saves you money on different types of services. Even though the drive is a little further than our old mechanic, Auto Care Plus is worth the drive and definitely our new care care team!

Im so glad I have this place to take care of my 02 CRV! They do honest, thorough work and always explain everything clearly, before and after the work is completed. My old Honda started making a terrific racket on the highway. I pulled off of exit 6 and found this shop. The plastic engine cover had fallen loose. They put it on the hoist and fixed it up for me and then refused to even take a tip! I was super appreciative of their help. It was closing time, too, and they showed no impatience, but instead cheerfully helped me out.

Brought my car here for the first time (bought the car from a former customer and they had all the info so it was my first visit) and Jeff was really helpful and helped me understand what needed to absolutely be done today and what could wait. I left with basically a brand new car. He sounds great and drives so perfect.

Really great customer service at this location! We had our tire light go on while en route to Canada and it had just been on a few days before with a nail patched so we were worried. Pulled off the highway and stopped at Auto Care Plus. Even though they were busy they said they could take a look and not even half an hour passed when they called us to let us know there wasnt a nail and they just put more air in - all free of charge. We were so relieved. You could tell they were very professional so we trusted their assessment and were on our way in less than an hour. If I lived in the area this would be my go to auto care business.

I brought my vehicle in for oil change to to see about where my oil leak was coming from. I also asked if they could check out a clunking sound on the passenger side. They literally did nothing to my car except a dye test and drove it and charged me 138 dollars. No oil change done to it and they had my car for 4 hours. I read these reviews before hand and thought it sounded like a good place. To top things off to fix my oil leak 2000 dollars to put a couple of gaskets in he quoted me at.

Very kind and respectful staff. They tell you issues that could come in the near future so you can prepare a bit and dont get blindsided. Will work with you and got me out ahead of schedule.

So Ive been taking my care into Auto Care Plus for 4 years now and every time Im astounded by the service I receive. I do a lot of driving (180+ miles a day currently) and have to take my car in often for maintenance. They have always been willing to work with me and help me anyway they can, from giving me lifts to/from the shop and loner cars while my was having work done to answering my questions and getting the work done right. They also stand by their work and if I have any issues they are glad to investigate.I trust Jeff and his team with my car, and Ive never had anything but top-notch service from them.

I received same day service for a N.H. state inspection. Barry offered me a ride as I left my vehicle there while work was to be performed. Was not needed.Received a phone call stating vehicle was ready in the time frame he quoted.Reception area was cool and clean. Shop looked neat as well.They have made a couple of follow up inquiries, text and or email, to assure I was totally satisfied.

An auto care place where they are honest, upfront and do great work. Who knew such places existed. Taking great care of my 09 and 14 vehicles both running great and going to last forever with their help. They even recently went above and beyond to find me a great deal on superior tires compared to an inferior product and install I almost went with. And they price matched it! I was blown away. Jeff and Barry in particular are amazing.

I had the best experience with auto care plus over the past couple days . My radiator hose blew on a newly purchased used car unexpectedly and since it was a surprise I wasn’t able to afford the fix until the next day possibly not till the following week, Cindy and the rest of the team were amazing they did everything possible to bring down the price for me and even offered to store her for me till payday if it came down to it but I ended up being able to come up with it the next day, I called the next morning after having left her there the fallowing day to have her go in to be fixed since I finally had the money and she was already finished for me, I hadn’t expected them to fix her so quickly not knowing if I could afford it till the following week but they did ! They even discussed the possibility of there being a underlining problem and to get my Jeep fully inspected early to learn of any other issues and if there is a underling problem with my radiator they were very honest and upfront about all of it they could have just let me think it was fine but informed me down the line it might not be and I appreciate that so now there aren’t any surprises. Needless to say when I go in today to pick my Jeep up I’ll be scheduling a time to have her fully inspected for any and all issues that may need fixing so I can fix them before my actual inspection is due in six months and I will be having all of the work done with them !They have a great team and are willing to go the distance for their customers especially when they are in a rough spot, they even bring you and pick you up while your car is with them . Everyone wants a honest caring auto shop and this one meets all the expectations!

Typical female, waited way to long to get new wiper blades, I went into the location on candia road and was more than happy with the fast response from Barry. He even put them on for me, in the parking lot. He showed me how to install them properly if I decide to do it myself next time. I definitely would of smashed my windshield!

Jeff Rol and his team are impeccable, there knowledge goes beyond just fixing vehicle issues, they take the time to explain what the issue is and how they are going to correct it. They actually brought me into the shop to show me what the issue was, which for someone who has some knowledge of vehicles was is extremely helpful. They offered me the veterans discount which I was not expecting and the staff made you feel welcomed and not just another customer. I have to give a BIG recommendation to Auto Care Plus 418 Island Pond Rd, Derry NH. They are a newly opened auto repair company but they treat people like they have been there for years. I do not live in that area and I had a major problem a few week back during a very sad and urgent family time and my truck was not derivable, I was very lucky to break down next to their shop. They were extremely helpful and made time to get my truck in to see what they could do to help. They were very sympathetic of my situation and doing whatever they could to help. They repaired my truck, charging me a great price and got me back on the road.If anyone is looking for a clean respectable place to have your car repaired this is the place to go. They may be a new place but they give you the feeling of being old friends taking care of you.

Barry was wonderful, explained everything so I could understand and worked with my warrenty company to cover some of the repairs. They also provided me with a loaner vehicle for the 2 days they had mine. Would not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

I went to the Candia Road location for a state inspection based on the Google reviews and the fact that I was able to use a coupon. I was very pleased with my experience today. The gentleman that greeted me was very courteous and professional, the waiting area and shop area was very neat,clean and organized (always a good sign). My vehicle was brought in right away and the inspection was done in a timely manner. I was given a report for the inspection and was on my way in about 30 minutes. This was my first visit to this business but it wont be my last.

Had my car inspected, the service was friendly. The cost of the tire rotation and filter changes were a little pricey but whatever. Still happy with the quality of the service and I will be back for any further needed repairs.

Just got a clutch replaced, which included resurfacing the flywheel. Tony and Jeff over at Auto Care Plus were more than hospitable. Not only did they do a great job, but the pricing was very fair as well.I would highly recommend Auto Care Plus - Ive finally found a trustworthy mechanic.
