Tabbitha is great, she helped us with our YouTube promotion flyers they came out better than we could ever imagine and gave us the image to use again after being sized. She is kind and has a great smile. CGreat team member lovely assist to the store❗

Allieu is very condescending and lazy. He is unhelpful and rude, doesnt seem like he wants to do his job and tries to do as little as possible. Whenever I come in or family members of mine go in, they are never greeted by either Allieu or Tabby who is also very biased and rude to customers she doesnt have an outside relationship with. There is also another man that works there that is hostile and unfriendly. Just an all around hostile and cold environment to be in, Id avoid this location at all costs. Awful customer service.

This review is for the employee named Michael, January 28, 2021, 5pm, FedEx Manassas, Liberia.I went to FedEx and I told this staff that I need a passport style photo. I will use it for immigration. I tried to show a paper to this staff and asked him to read the guideline of what the photo should be (Passport style 2x2. Head height should measure 1” to 1 3/8” from top of hair to bottom of chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8” to 1 3/8” from bottom of photo etc.). He refused and instead cut me from talking. He said the camera can only do one thing, and theres nothing he can do about it. Oh well, atleast, explain to your customer that the picture will be passport style 2x2, head height measures 1” to 1 3/8” from top of hair to bottom of chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8” to 1 3/8 - what is it that one thing your camera do????!Rude. Awful customer service. I expected him to let me explain what I need, and then tell me if its something that he will do or not.I hope next time I am back at FedEx, its either this person has improved or he is no longer there. I hope he gets fired!PS. Ive been to this FedEx a few times and other staffs are nice, friendly and accommodating except this person.

Tabbitha was extremely helpful and friendly. Asked if help was needed before customers had to ask. Checked on customers using equipment to make sure they werent having problems. Greeted customers at the door carrying packages.

Had a great experience with this particular FedEx. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything. I was there to ship an item so I was looking at what boxes they had. The employee quickly offered to pack up my item. Everything was literally taken care of for me. All I had to do was pay and I was on my way. Very pleased. Two thumbs up

They double charged me. I called the store. They told me I had to talk to corporate. I waited on hold for 90 minutes and corporate told me I had to talk to the store. I called the store back and they hung up on me. I will NEVER use FedEx ever again, and I strongly encourage you to avoid this location at all cost.

I had a Jeep muffler to return. Tabbitha was at the counter and quickly took care of getting it ready for me. She is smart and FUN!! Such a pleasure doing business with this store!! Thanks, Tab!!!

Gave these folks a challenge with turning a 284 page training document PDF into a spiral-notebook with their new plastic paper. Tabitha did an excellent job, and the other employees were very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend.

Have been dropping off drug tests there to ship for two years. Excellent service. Very friendly staff.

Tabitha was great help and so nice. I had to make a million (what seemed like) copies of some things and was having trouble at the self serve so she took over for me and handled it very appropriately. It took a lot of stress of me and she had a smile the entire time. Will come back in the future for sure.

Easy printing service but way overpriced. My printer died and I had to print, sign and return documents. I printed 9 black and white pages out of my email and was charged $7.85.

This is a great place to go for your office needs. Very helpful staff and the wont nickle and dime you.

Why the hell do you close for 10 minutes? I had papers tha needed to be faxed and this ridiculous place had a sign be back in 10 minutes. But the best part is i was out there waiting for longer than 10 minutes. Thanks FedEx. Never coming back here again! 😲

I showed up to mail a package during business operating hours and the door is locked. There is a “back in 30 minutes sign”. This is bad business, store needs to be open during business hours. I do not have time to wait around for this.

The cashier was very rude, slow, and lazy not helpful at all, so I went to UPS to ship my packages for half the price. I will never bring my business there again.

Garbage customer service, poor representation of FedEx and you know who you are regarding events that transpired today encouraging unsafe acts today 9/11/2018 at 5:30 PM.

I spent 15 minutes waiting in line with 2 other people and never got attended. New clients kept coming and cutting through and the services although nice was extremely slow.
