First off the the damage was caused in the back bumper and car trunk wouldn’t close. Car trunk wasn’t aligned…it’s fixed now. When the guy called he seemed he did want to fix it. Missing screws, extremely poor paint job(like they put the cheapest paint) they even got paint on my rear window, and etc show in photos. Also, it seems that the bumper it’s holding right and the bumper seems cheap as well. Amount of almost $8,000 to fix. To be done extremely poor. My rating 0/10. Just extremely extremely poor job!

We have had to use caliber collision many times and theyve always been friendly courteous and prompt along with excellent workmanship. They even covered one day of a rental car for me because I couldnt get there the day that my car was ready!

I brought in my car about a month ago after hitting a deer. I have a BRAND NEW car that I just got back in July so up until the deer, it was spotless. I was given an estimate of 2 weeks for my car to be fixed, and it was done in 1/2 the time. While they got the major issue fixed, my car still had chip marks and scratches that were clearly visible and they did an AWFUL patch job on one of the major ones that made the area feel like cement. On top of this, there were new scratches that weren’t even from the accident. Because they claimed the car was “ready” I had to pay the deductible and make another appointment to bring the car back to get the grill replaced and the other scratches fixed. They didn’t make the appointment until after I had pointed out all of the stuff that hadn’t been looked at and had someone come and look at it. When I came in a second time, it was supposed to be ready by the end of the day but it ended up being an extra 3 days, which costed me to get another rental. I thought it was FINALLY okay until today (about 3 weeks later). I decided it was time to get a car wash after waiting because of the fresh painting and I am still disappointed. There are still scratches and air bubbles on the hood and areas nearby where the deer had hit. I give up trying to go back because they clearly do not pay attention to detail and try to get everything done as quick as possible so they can get your money and move on to the next car. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you truly care about your car.

Unfortunately, I have been in multiple accidents throughout the years. But thanks to Caliber Collision, I can always trust my vehicle will come out looking brand new again. Its a one stop shop, you drop off your car and they arrange to have enterprise pick you up. The entire time they will keep you updated with text updates. Everyone there is very helpful and turn around time is always quick. Great shop!

I was rear ended by a delivery truck but was not in my car ( a hit and run) but there were witnesses who stayed to tell me that they saw my car move several inches, it hit the walkway steps to an apartment building in the front and the driver of the delivery hit the back hatch back of my Rav 4 ( which only had 8550 miles on it!) to get out of the way the cars/truck were parallel parked. Those drivers are always in a hurry to deliver packages but in the process it doesn’t appear they care about the damage they do to other vehicles! It’s a good thing that my insurance company sent me to Caliber Collison because they do seem to care about getting your car back in tip top shape! Ryan was my rep at the Manassas location. He kept me abreast of when the parts would arrive and when the car would be ready. The receptionist did all of the leg work to get my rental car ASAP! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes of inspecting my damage and getting the rental car with Enterprise who was also quick and easy. Caliber had to repair the hatchback, gouges in the front and back ends and buffing out areas where the paint was scratched but may not need a whole new part to try to save my insurance company money. The car looked great when I picked it up! I do not hope for another collision of any kind but if one did happen, I wouldn’t hesitate taking my car into Caliber. I felt like Ryan was fair, professional, paid attention to detail. Also, the staff I dealt with were all knowledgeable, friendly and professional!

Caliber collision completed my body work within the quoted time frame. When inspecting the work, I was instructed on best maintenance and continued care. They were also so convinced that the work was good that they told me to come back no charge if anything was not to my satisfaction. I used USAA insurance to initiate repair. Excellent service and quality work.

The people here are great! I had to take my vehicle in because we were t-boned. When I first took it they told me it would take 15 days for the repair. I called them because we had plans to go out of town and the vehicle was our trip vehicle. They put a priority on my vehicle and completed it in 4 days. When I went to pick it up, they made sure I was happy with the work before they had me sign the paperwork. They also have lifetime guarantee on their work. I was so satisfied. The work looked great and customer service was awesome.

I have two daughters that drive and a wife that cant backup without hitting a telephone pole. Im sorry to say that Ive had to use Caliber Collision 2-3 times a year for the last 2 years. They do great work, provide continual updates and ALWAYS deliver prior to the due date. I will regrettably have to use them again sometime in the future but not because they do bad service, quite the opposite.

After a couple of week in the shop the car comes home only to see a paint job that looks like an amature did it. Clearly no one did a quality control check before releasing the car. Now its back to the shop, more EXPENSE and TIME. So frustrating...

My vehicle was placed in the shop due to an accident I was involved in with another driver. This was the 2nd repair Caliber has done for me and in both instances they were very professional. They made the process very seamless for me. They kept me informed of what was happening and the outcome was great too. They will be my go to body repair shop.

The only place I will ever go for any kind of body damage. Ive never had a better experience with an auto Shop. These folks are the best. Their customer service is impeccable. They go the extra mile to make sure that everything is right. This included checking other areas of my car that needed repair and brought those to my attention. This was not them trying to get more money through add-on service but in truly caring that I would leave better than when I came in. When I was ready to take my car they scraped off the ice and snow, started my car, and warmed it up for me. I thought that was the ice-ing on the cake.

Gary was wonderful, actually the entire staff was great, from calling and asking the initial questions with Lauren and the follow up from Stephanie and Gary giving updates, they made the process painless considering the horrible experience with the insurance co. I received email updates on the progress and when I picked my car up, it was clean inside and out. Looked practically brand new! I will definitely recommend them.

My 2nd time coming to Caliber Collision after being referred by my dealership to these guys for body shop and paint. First time was amazing, got my truck back when they said I would, everything was clean and paint matched spot on. This second time around was the total opposite though, they took twice as long to get my other truck finished, they never returned my phone calls and didnt bothered to keep me posted until I actually walked in and all of the sudden my truck was supposed to be ready in 30 mins. Picked up my truck on a rainy day and it kept raining for the next couple of days until today, so I didnt get to inspect my truck until today finally. To my surprise I found tons of dirt and sanding dust inside my truck which makes me wonder what they could have possible be doing inside my truck since they were only supposed to be fixing the front bumper. The bumper color is actually a little off and to add to the burden, they totally missed the top part of my bumper. I was really starting to trust these guys but after this second and final experience with them I will NOT be coming back or send them any business.

So far no good. Initial estimate to USAA was $800. Next day they added more. Next day after that they added more. The damage is pretty minimal and I think theyre just trying to soak my insurance company. Trouble is, its an older and while lovingly maintained and in great shape, their continual addendums is pushing my car into the totaled category. In dealing with other collision shops, Ive brought my car in and gotten a single estimate and repaired the car. Even damage where a tree fell on the vehicle. This is mostly cosmetic and minimal. Im sorry I went here. Now its a big CF and Im only hoping my dash is still covered and nothing worse happens to it while waiting for the insurance company to sort it out.

This place is very unprofessional. I pulled up. I told the receptionist I’m here for my appointment I made online. She was like “oh, I don’t know how to work that thing.” I was just coming in for an appraisal. She told me that one of the guys will give me an appraisal in 10 mintutes.... 40 mintutes passes. I got up and left. During the whole time I was waiting the guy that was supposed to give me an appraisal was like eating and laughing at background. Didn’t even bother. I wouldn’t want this guys to take a look at mustang either way...

Went to this facility due to USAA referring me as one of the local collision centers they do business with and was sadly disappointed by the service managers lack of tact and customer service ethics. Kevin took photos of our vehicle damage and said the shop was busy but he would provide the estimate for service by email before close of business. I called the next day and was told by the receptionist that Kevin was busy but would return our call as soon as he is free. Once again, I didnt receive a return call...so I spoke with USAA and the representative put me on hold while she contacted the shop. She said the shop was behind in putting estimates in but should be uploaded by close of business. Needless to say, the next day dawned without an estimate so I once again contacted the repair shop and after a very long hold period, Kevin got on the phone and flatly stated that he had spoke to a USAA representative who informed him to not write the estimate as they would be sending somebody out to appraise the danage. This was quite perplexing considering that was not the case at all and he just shrugged me off the phone stating I would need to take it up with them. In calling USAA and explaining what the shop manager had now just told me....I was once again put on hold to afford the representative the time to get the full story. When she got back on the phone she said Kevin had told her that it was the shop manager who had said to not go through with inputting our estimate. And as she pressed him about her inability to not receive his estimate on her end....he miraculously uploaded it at the tune of $120.34. (You see the whole system broke down when we had told one of the USAA reps that after the way we were treated and not to mention the outward appearance and rundown look of the facility...we had decided to have our car repaired elsewhere and she had in conversation relayed our wishes to him on the phone which basically had him wash his hands of us and our repairs needed.) USAA said such deceptive practices should not exist....however they are alive and well with Caliber Collision because that manager Kevin referenced in telling the USAA rep that told him specifically to not write up our estimate was the one and the same individual Kevin himself, as the emailed estimate clearly had his name and title referenced at the bottom of the paperwork we finally received a copy of....another lie...another delay....and ultimately another shop who fixed our vehicle exceptionally from start to finish. Go at your own risk and with scanning eyes of awareness.

Take my car for an estimate. I do not speak much English. The receptionist helped me translate. I am very happy for that service. Ill be there soon to fix my car. Not all places have someone who speaks Spanish to help, but Caliber in Manassas does. Very good customer service.
