I’m not a car person so I don’t know much about what my car needs, but the staff here were very helpful. The girl at the front desk was nice and made sure I was taken care of. The mechanic did a wonderful job with my car and made sure what I needed was fixed. Definitely would come here again.

It is the worst auto shop I have ever been to. These people will scam you. And will just take your money and you will be walking away with the same problem. I wish someone would report this to the county or the police. On top of that it is worst costumer service. I would rate this negative stars if I could. Attention DO NOT go here. I went to this place four days in a row for the same problem and they just gave me a bad attitude. After taking my money. Now I have to pay another mechanic to solve the problems in my vehicle.

My first time there was to service my new RX350 and do my inspections, emissions, and oil change. One of my coworkers recommended me to go there so I did. A gentleman named Mase greeted me and helped me out. He was a very nice guy and I felt safe leaving the car in his hands as he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I come back to pick up my car and everything was done on time. I was very pleased by their service and will definitely service my vehicle there for years to come. Thumbs up!

My husband took his truck here because he did not have time to fix it. He was handed an invoice for $995. I am glad I did not go. I probably would have been charged much more. I also dont appreciate they moved stuff inside the truck. Mind your business, people.

These guys at National Auto are top of the line. They got me in and out from the first visit to the current visits I make. They are a very considerate and understanding shop. Prices from labor to parts are very reasonable considering a lot of the prices in the area are not that great. This shop is by far the best I have been to in the area. I drive a Mustang and I needed inspection and emissions done. Emissions would not pass so Mase helped me find the best solution to fix this. The pricing was fair and Mase had the best costumer service I’ve experienced. Definitely will bring my car back there for anything else I need in the future.

I did not take long for my parents car to go threw the emmison expedition. There was a line, but that always happen on a Saturday. The costumer service was also five stars, they were very kind with us! I honestly thought we was going to be there for a few hours, but only took like 45 minutes due to the line they had already. They brought me the worst service than ever. I came for the inspection and emission, they listed me of what my car needed to fix. The proposal they gave me was completely overcharged.Therefore I have my car fixed at other store, except light adjustment. When I came back for inspection; they seems like they dont want to take my car in; I just assumed that it is because I paid the service at other place, not with them? For light adjustment alignment, their store checked with the machine . They said when the light of the machine is red, it means my light alignment is not correct; the light of the machine should be green. After I paid, I said I would like to see the green light of that machine when my headlights are one, the service guy just said he didnt have time for that, he needed to serve the other customer and pulled my car out. What kind of service you are when your customer paid for your service and you dont want to prove that you fixed the problem of customers car.How bad and cheating your service are!.

Worst shop I’ve ever been last time I came here for inspection found like two things wrong charge me 400 and it took them 4 days to fix the problem and when I got my truck back there was a big dent in the passenger door I told them they had to pick it they said that the dent was there since the I brought in and I even took pictures of the truck before I left it and they never fix it don’t go here
