The place closes at 3 and the guy is telling me at 1:15 that he cant do anymore alignments because the last one will take him long enough till closing. I called before I came in and was told there is only 20 min wait. Seemed like he didnt want to help me. And this is not my first time coming here.

Very respectful and persistent, helped me out with my issues and was able to get my vehicle taken care of. Thank you for your help, can rely on them to get the job done.

If I was to give this place a rating based on my first 3 visits it would have been 5 stars. Great service, reasonable price, and done correctly. Unfortunately, I had to bring my car back after the 4th service because they failed to tighten the axel nut and the wheel almost came off. If that was not enough, I was changed $400 to repair some of the damage because of the mistake. Not happy, but ok. When I retrieved my car, there were 5 dash lights on and the power steering was not longer functioning. They told me that they will not work on the vehicle anymore.Too bad. This was a great little shop, so I thought. Not sure I would trust them to change a battery at this point.

I have been using the ptac in Manassas Park for almost 20 years but I can promise you I will not go back again. When Dave was there I always felt the crew was honest with me. My last experience was typical of most auto shops...dishonest. I knew my tire pressure sensor light was on because the spare tire was low in air so I told Jeff to have the guys look at it. I’ve been driving Toyota’s for almost 30 years so I knew the tire pressure sensor was not bad but the tire would have to be dropped to access the valve stem. Jeff and crew told me the sensor was busted and I needed a new one. I shook my head and took my lumps and got the heck out. I dropped the tire myself and inflated the tire and the TPMS light went out immediately. Sorry PTAC of Manassas Park but your dishonesty has pushed me out the door.

I had an alignment done this morning. The staff was very friendly. They had my car in the garage within 10 minutes of arrival and had my alignment done in around 30 minutes! They also have AWESOME coupons on their website with prices that cant be beat! I will be using them for more routine car maintenance.

FRAUD! I went in for the groupon for car alignment that was only for $35 but when I went in they said my car needed new tire rods at first he said $400 and then he said $1200. Went to another mechanic who did my alignment and said my tire rods were perfectly fine

You better save your money!!! i did oil change and changed tires yesterday and was told that my car needs alignment but was little expensive and searched for a better deal. through groupon i came to this place and charged me 21 bucks for no reason(all they do is search for a reason and you either spend hundreds in their shop for no reason or charge you what they call suspension evaluation). yesterday was told it is doable. never ever come here.just adding that adding that alignment was done yesterday at just tires...GROUPON and their partners are professional scammers.. stay away from them

Sold me a used cracked battery that did not fix my issue. Upon me returning to the shop to have them check it again they tried to get me to replace my alternator. I did no feel comfortable because my service engine light WAS NOT on. I left and had a second opinion. That is where I found out the battery they sold me is cracked and leaking fluid all over the place.

We had a good experience here overall. They clarified recommendations from two other shops and offered better prices. The final total was greater than the estimate (a decent price but not the screaming good deal promised), but I did not realize this until after Id paid. Yes estimates can change, but the particular part in question had been discussed at length as we were considering buying one ourselves, so I think we were owed at least a phone call. In the end, we were refunded the discrepancy. I can definitely recommend this shop; the work they did seems good. Just learn from my mistake and pay attention to the details. By the way, this place has new management from who was there a couple years ago and we definitely prefer the new people!

Went in for brake pad change and oil change, both Groupons. This occurred without incident.Asked for my rear window defrost to have the fuse checked and replaced to verify function.Took longer than it fairly should have. I understand its not Valvoline and theres a Queue, but it took an hour and a half for these services to be rendered, with no waiting room to use.Clerk told me he couldnt find anything about the rear defrost fuse.Uh, ok, do you have a phone and access to the internet? Why did you not look it up? Why did you not make any effort to investigate such?#FightFor15 at it again.Everything else fine. Does the usual scam BS of saying you need another oil change in 3000 miles, I know better than to believe them.

Beware of this place. Had I read the reviews, it could have saved me almost a 100$ for a diagnostic test.My husband was told I needed a new engine and began to look and price one out for my car. My husband was also told by the tech that they called a dealership (for my car brand) and was informed I wasn’t under warranty for engine problems.After hearing this, I got my car towed to the actual dealership where the issue was the knock sensor harness wiring-and covered under warranty.Save your money and just go to the appropriate dealership.

This was my second trip as I buy my tires on-line and have them shipped to PT, my first experience 4 years ago was fantastic barring the fact that they couldn’t do the alignment as I have Adaptive Cruise Control and I had to go to the Dealer. This trip was completely different, they were packed and overbooked. John (he seemed to be temporally at this store) was doing his best to keep up but to no avail. I needed the tires mounted, balanced and a VA Inspections/Emissions. I was told they COULD do the alignment this time. After several hours I was told my outer tie rod was worn and wouldn’t pass inspection, I guess this can happen as my car has 57,000 miles on it so I told then go ahead and replace it. They did and I was told my steering wheel would be off since they started the alignment and the machine stopped working. No biggie as I was planning on them not being able to do it anyway.The absolute WORST Part of this experience was the Grease EVERYWHERE on my Beige Leather Interior, Floor mats, both sill plates, headliner on both sides, glove box, sun shades, sunglasses holder, A-pillars. It was like they were intentionally trying to mess up my car. I am meticulous and my car is always spotless inside and out. I was told to have it detailed and they would reimburse me, nice but it doesn’t make up for the extra time and effort. I will never use them again.

Quick and thorough as well as reasonable prices. I nor my wife have never been price gouged at a Precision Tune with either of our vehicles. They are popular, and therefor usually crowded for such a small lot, but thats a good sign of a reliable business. Between this and another Precision Tune location, weve gone through three sets of tires between three cars over 6 years, routine maintenance and inspections, as well as 100,000 mile work on my Truck. Service was always done right the first time and theyve always showed me problem areas before making the decision to have additional work done.

Very helpful staff, and didnt wait too long for an appointment. The tires delivered to them from the 3rd party I ordered from were damaged (twice), and the staff were very helpful in providing me advice on the poor quality of the tires and assisting me in returning them to the 3rd party. Precision Tune Auto Care then found the same tires from one of their providers for only a few dollars more expensive than the 3rd party I had ordered them from (I ordered them because they were the cheapest I could get), and had them delivered to the store very quickly. When we identified they werent exactly what I was after (vintage car - need a specific visual appeal), they were happy to negotiate a return and exchange for the tires I wanted.I needed to go away for a while, and the shop was happy to store my tires for 3 weeks until I returned, at no extra charge. Furthermore, the mechanic adjusted my carburetor (although it was not something I had booked in) and provided valuable advice on the condition of some other components of my car which needed immediate attention.Overall very happy with the service and the staff.

I had a great expirenence here Johnathan the technician behind the desk was very helpful and professional. I was in a bind and they had my car in and out in a hour replacing 2 tires rotating the old ones and replacing 5 lug bolts. They also fixed my alignment and my cars driving 100 times better! Fully recommend these guys to do your work!

I stopped by for an oil change and to have fluids checked. Paid for the service that covers that and asked to have differential fluid checked as well. Was informed water cannot get into the differentials on a Jeep Wrangler which is not true if its been in deep water. Took an hour and a half for the oil change and removing one wheel to check brake pads. Mechanic also found that my oil pan was leaking slightly. I told him I just wanted the oil change done and even though the brakes squeaked a little they had plenty of life. Guy at the front desk informs me that the bill is going to be $800+ for brakes and replacing the oil pan gasket which I already said I didnt want. After my Jeep is brought out i asked if they greased everything and topped off fluids. Mechanic tells me that my Wrangler has no grease points and doesnt think they have a grease gun. Also found that they did not top off the fluids, did not check the differentials and probably didnt check anything else considering my windshield washer fluid was almost half empty still. Will not return, and suggest anyone going here make sure they are doing what you are paying for.

Did a wheel alignment yesterday(11/19). they did not do it properly. When I go beyond 65 MHP the steering/Front wheels are shaking. Not sure what they messed up.

Great staff and very reasonable prices.I had a appointment to get four new tires mounted and balanced, plus a four wheel alignment. I was in and out in less time than I had thought it would be. I have worked in shops myself and I could tell this staff really works together to get the job done.

Went in for an oil change a while back. My car was shaking a few days after the oil change and an alert came on my car saying it was only running on half power. Weird?I had it looked at by another mechanic. I told the new mechanic that I just had an oil change so that could not be the issue. After spending $600+ on trying to fix the shaking, the new mechanic finally said even though I just got an oil change, he was going to change my oil and filter again as a last resort. After the new oil change, the mechanic sent me pictures of what precision auto care did. They left out the insert in the oil filter! My car was losing all oil pressure due to the missing insert.I went back to precision auto care to see if I could get a refund, or maybe even some help towards the $600+ I spent trying to fix what they did. Precision Auto told me their best mechanic did my oil change and they doubt he would have forgotten the filter insert. They offered me a free oil change. You think for a second I would bring my car back in for another oil change from them??? No refund, no help towards the wasted money I spent trying to fix what they did; just a free oil change. The guy gave me their corporate number. I called and left a voicemail expressing my concern. They called me back right away which was nice, and told me they received my complaint and that they would call me back in a few days to go over what happened. They never called me back.I guess thats what I get for trying to save a buck choosing to go to this place. Lesson learned. Never again.

They were very honest about what my car needed and didnt need, which is hard to find in any local shops. I mostly dealt with Clint at the front desk and Gio worked on the car. He at least did my moms two cars (between my mom and I, we had 3 cars there in one week). Precision was a lot more affordable than the other shop I received a quote from. They also had the cars in and out in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly and approachable about any problems or questions.

Manager is awesome. Very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Keep in mind you will need an appointment. But they will take care of you, and give you excellent service as well. Went in for an oil change and they gave me the real vip treatment. Definitely coming back for my service needs.

***Edit: 4/21/2019Normally I come to Precision Tune Auto Care for all of my oil changes, until now. The man at the counter was very dismissive of me and tried to upsell me on a higher grade of oil when I knew what my manufacturer told me to use. I had to prove to him what oil change I needed by pulling up the manufacturers website. He acted oblivious. When I returned to pick up my vehicle after the oil change, the windows were wide open while it was raining outside. The inside of my car was soaked with rain water. I will definitely not be returning to Precision Tune Auto Care after this disrespectful service. ***The mechanics at Precision Tune Auto Care are completely trustworthy and honest up front. My mechanic even showed me exactly what was causing the noise on my car. Their prices are fair and cheaper than my old garage AND you recieve the BEST customer service here. I am so grateful to have found an auto care garage that I can trust. Thank you all so much!!

Let me preface this by saying THESE PEOPLE WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO SWINDLE YOU TO MAKE MORE MONEY. AVOID AT ALL COST.Went to these guys because I had a coupon, didnt want to drive all the way to my old place as I just moved.First time around they didnt pass me for inspection because of my marker lights and the rear door light, followed by two tires that were bare.The guy on the phone obviously wanted me to pay them to replace everything so they could make a quick buck, so much in fact that the guy on the phone LIED and said that I cannot take a car out on a rejected sticker, or Id risk getting pulled over and ticketed(which is not true as long as it is fixed within 15 days)Fast forward to today, where I had replaced each light and changed out the two new tires, and I get a call peppering me with questions about my lights and tires. I answered everything honestly, and he told me that a break light was out, something that had previously been cleared. I honestly was so fed up with this terrible service that I agreed to do a 20 light bulb change to my break light.BIG MISTAKE, when I arrived they told me that the bulb was just unplugged and that they were still going to charge me for labor. 20$ for them to plug in something that Im convinced was plugged in in the first place.If you see a discount or coupon for these guys, theres a reason. Its because they will do whatever they can to bring you into getting an inspection and will than find whatever way they can to make up for the price. Once again, AVOID AT ALL COSTAnd regarding the comment below, youre store manager is trying to save his own skin, he told me Nah man, you cant take that thing out with a rejection sticker.. In terms of the giving approval of the brake light repair, I knew something was sketchy because that wasnt even an issue the first time I got inspected. But I know you all wanted to make some more money off me, and I was too tired to keep coming back to you guys. So no, Im not going to contact you on your email, Id rather just accept my loss, go somewhere else, and tell every person I know due for an inspection to avoid you and your store manager, because this location is only concerned with milking every customer for everything they got.

I called to get an estimate about brake service of my car, talked to a guy with a name sounding like “Jossin”. I told him make, model, year etc of my car but he couldn’t tell number of cylinders, so I asked him to wait a few seconds while I Google and figure that out as I didn’t recall that information, he decided to hang up on me. When I called back and complained about hanging up, he lied that he stayed for a long time and when nobody answered he hung up. He sounded unapologetic so I asked if he really wanted my business and he responded “at this time no”. So dude, if you don’t know how to deal with customers you shouldn’t be answering the calls. I’ll reach out to Precision Tune corporate and file a customer complaint as nobody should treat their customers like this.

Shipped a set of tires here from Tire Rack. Had these guys install. Immediately knew there was a problem when tires were significantly under inflated. Once I hit 70+ MPH care began to shake violently. Brought to dealership and they said tire balance was completely off. Don’t waste your time here.

Bad staff. I called before I went there. I was told to come at 10 AM. The guy who came to check me in first told me that there was no slot at 10 AM. I told him that I called before and spoke with the manager. He started the process of checking me in. I was asking him about coupons and pricing and services and he was visibly annoyed and as soon as the manager came he stormed out of there. Very bad customer service. The manager was fine. I was told that my oil change and alignment would take an hr. But, it took 2 hrs. Will not go there again.

AMAZING customer service (very friendly staff, accommodating, flexible) and quality work!! I got a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with free wiper blade replacement (for $50!!) and sent a request online for an appointment and they actually CALLED me and left a voicemail saying the time I wanted was walk in hours and was a first come first serve basis so to come in any time that day. They took my car back almost immediately for the oil change. As I was waiting, I asked if they could look at my brakes since I had been experiencing some issues (steering wheel rumbling while breaking) and without hesitation said yes and went back to let the mechanic know. They did a VERY thorough check (of all components of my car) and explained to me everything they noticed in detail and answered all of my questions (since Im not very knowledgable on cars) and explained it in a way to help me understand. They were very honest about the urgency of these issues and rated them to most concerning to stuff that could wait and about the time frame I had until it could really start causing issues. Gave me a pretty accurate quote right away (parts and labor) and was honest that the price of some pieces could be more or less then predicted. I drove away to think about the finances and after an hour turned around to say I would like to fix all the issues they pointed out. They had an amazing Black Friday deal that definitely helped. I went back expecting to need to schedule a time but they took my car in THAT DAY and did ALL the repairs. The assistant manager (Justin) called around looking for the dealership part I needed and made sure I could have everything done that day and also at a price that was helpful to me. The mechanics and him stayed almost 2 hours past closing to finish up my car to replace all four rotors and brake pads, both control arms, and replace my battery and clean up the acid it had leaked and placed a sealant to help prevent further damage (which I kept changing my mind what I wanted to fix that day vs. wait for later and they stayed flexible when I asked if they could add back on the battery replacement). ALL IN ONE DAY AS A WALK IN. They helped me financially and made sure it was affordable, they helped with convenience and took this huge project on as a walk in (which was just an oil change at first) and stayed friendly and positive the ENTIRE time! My car has never driven smoother and I about cried the first time I used my brakes after they repaired it because it has never driven better. Justin gave me his business card at the end of it all and said please bring it back if anything occurs and he will make it right. Amazing place!! I will always bring my car here. I am forever grateful for Precision Tune Auto Care, Justin, and his crew!

I purchased a Groupon deal for $35.99 less than six months ago after getting my tires replaced at Costco. Less than six months in, I blew one of my tires (not from hitting anything as one Precision worker assumed but puncturing a big nail while driving in a construction area), I went back to Costco and upon checking, they told me the car doesnt seem to have an alignment since the tires were replaced.I called this location, and I was told that their groupon deals dont come with any work guarantee whereas if you spent $80, the price without the groupon deal, work is guaranteed for 6000 miles.To add insult to injury, it turns out they didnt even redeem the groupon deal, so Im not able to write about my experience into their groupon reviews.Unethical and I dont think they did any alignment!EDIT:After reading a little more about alignment, I gotta say I didnt know that steering-wheel shaking is a symptom of a bad alignment job which validates Costcos theory that an alignment was not done to begin with. Whenever I sped up to 60mph, my wheel shook and now less than 6 months since the job, Im learning they dont guarantee the work because it was a groupon deal.Not precise!

Discontinued services for Inspection Emission

Purchased groupon was good for a 106.00 oil change. Was told that I would have to spend another 50.00 for a upgrade to Syn. Oil. First it is a 2002, no syn. Oil need, second since when is a oil change 156.00. Place is a total ripe off. Plus rude when called out on scam. Just because I am a female does not mean I am stupid.

These guys are very rude not trustworthy; today I went there for wheel alignment. I have a groupon. There is a small scratch on front bumper, they make it if its big hell and told me the car was involved in an accident and because of the accident, they had to fix something else, blah, blah, and its costs $70 extra. If I need to get car wheels aligned, they told me I had to fix it first; they tried to steal money from customer by telling them stories; I better know about my car than these sick people. I told them on face, I can’t trust them. Dont waste your money and time on them. They need to change wiper blades as part of same groupon, but they didn’t done that as well; I can’t give any less rating, since google lowest rating is single star.

Went there for alignment, so they make you sign the paper that if there is anything wrong with your car they will charge extra and trust me they will find something to rip off your wallet, in my case the guy cant unscrew nuts for alignment and they have to use the torch for like 1 min charge 50$, so alignment is done car still pulling to one side like nothing was done, and they will leave very detailed notes on the invoice hat you have oversize tire or suspension issue its all your car not the worts servile I ever experience in the shop, Not expecting the response from the owner with his email for costumer servile mail them same as mechanics in the shop worst costumer service!

I made the appointment and showed up.After being forced to “redeem” before the work was done, he then tells me I have “4 headlamps” and it costs extra.I told him my vehicle has 2 assemblies and the hood makes it look “split” and it’s not 4 lamps. You can google the part and it is a pair, not 4.He said again it’s extra. Despite being the same surface area as any other car. I declined and now going through refund process which is a hassle now that it’s been redeemed!I gave them the benefit of the doubt and wasted my time, don’t waste yours! I called another shop and they agreed it is considered 2 assemblies, not 4, or 4 lamps either. And regardless, it’s the same surface area.

Went there for oil change and tire rotation for my 2017 Hyundai Elantra. After service done I start my car and I realized that my car is something wrong. The engine was shaking badly and the engine light popped up. I checked under the car and there was oil dripping. The tires were same position looks like they did not rotate tires. The service was very simple, I have no idea how they run their business... It is Sat. so I have to leave my car over the weekend.

I walked into precision auto tune, they told me they were pretty backed up but, I was pleased with the customer service from Mat in the front lobby he got me in and out pretty fast.

Went to this place less than a year ago to get my brakes changed. I got a new set of brakes and less than a year later those new brakes are worn down again. Ive taken it in today to have them replaced under warranty. I also had them do the inspection. As part of the inspection the mechanic seems to find lights broken that were never broken. I know this because my dash will tell me which lights are broken. They think their customers are stupid. I wonder how long this brake job will last? What ever the case I will not be coming back here again. They are dishonest and untrustworthy.

This place does real shady work. I went in for an alignment that I got on Groupon and the guy working in the reciption table said my alignment was really damaged threaten to call the police on me because my car wasn’t road safety. Feeling scared I did the work at there shop then he proceeded in charged me double on a suspension that he said needed changing, this suspension should’ve been half the cost on what a suspension for my car is usually reatailed at, I then went to a friend after words that’s a mechanic, and I should him what they charged me he told me in all they charged me 3x the cost for labors and parts. Afterwards my car was still not aligned, problem not solved, and in all cost me more than 800$ If you are thinking about coming her do it at your own riskAs they may charge you more than what is needed I personal wouldn’t come here every again.

Both times I went to try and get an alignment done, there was an issue. The firs time, the alignment guys car wasnt working (imagine that, a mechanic with car trouble!) and then the next time same issue. Im not sure whats going on up there, but I would really like to get my alignment. lol

Ok experience but, didnt seem I got the deal that Groupon made the service out to be. So, I will probably avoid getting any services done via Groupon.

SCAM! Avoid at all cost! Dont be fooled into buying their groupon. Theyll find things wrong with your car, so they wont be able to do the alignment you came in for. If you dont have it done with them, then you forfeit the value of the Groupon you paid for (which I was never told). I had the repair done somewhere else (cheaper by almost $300 compared to what theyve quoted me). When I came back, I was told I had to pay $70 to have the adjusments/alignment done. Was told it was something extra they had to do. When I reviewed my receipt, I realized hes charging me for same alignment that was supposedly already paid for. They didnt even give the wiper blades the came with the Groupon.

They are cheaters. They published coupon on their webpage offering $18.90 for oil change and filter. The fine print says tax and shop supply are extras, so I expected to pay couple extra dollars. But when it came to bill they billed me for almost $31. When I started asking question they started to mention various extra charges. I never heard about extra charges bumping the bill by extra 50% !!! When I asked why they didn’t mention those charges before the service started, the manager suddenly turned to be harsh and said he’s not supposed to mention any cost before the service offered and literally shut me up. He said I should be reading fine print, but the only thing fine print says “restriction may apply”. I believe those restrictions if any should be mentioned before the service and not after. And I forgot to mention, my car just a regular sedan, not a luxury vehicle like Ferrari, Lamborghini etc. Stay away from those thieves. No way will I go this place anymore.

I made an appointment for 1:45 and when i got there matt told me that they just loaded a car so i would have to wait 45 minuets and that was okay with me. After one hour goes by i check the parking lot and my car was still there and there was a different car loaded up and he claims that that car was already there but i didnt see it when i got there at 1:45. And i asked him how long do i have to wait and he said its almost done and it was 4:00 pm when i asked him. They did not start my car until 4:50 and Matt told me that my car is done and it was 5:10..... it took them 20 minuets to do 4 wheel alignment... So i ask Matt for printout for the alignment and he claims that they dont have ink so they cant print out. I asked him if i can see it on the computer screen and said that they cleared and they dont save anything... which it does not make sense. So i asked him how do i know that which wheel was adjusted? he his response was I dont know... i get my alignment done every 6 month and Ive never been to a place finishes in 20 minuets. And have customer wait for over 3 hours. This place is very shady I would not recommend this place.

I had flat tire in front of the shop so pulled in, guy came out to help but with out looking at it he wanted sale me the tire, my tires were just 3 month old, i saked him look before he tell me if i need one, he would refuges to do it, so ask him to just put air so i can go to next shop and he would not help and ask me to move the car if i want going to spend money with him. Worst expriance ever, i wasnt mad but was sad that people go that low.

Went here for an alignment and they did absolutely nothing, I went to get an alignment check the same day they did the alignment and they did absolutely nothing. Then I called and this guy was rude, and mumbling and hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying thank you. DO NOT GO HERE they have no idea what they are doing

This business is terrible. Completely horrible. The front desk attendant Roy said I was wrong when it was really him that was incorrect. Then they dented my door and chipped the paint to bare metal. I watched them do this to my car and office manager knows nothing about vehicles and has a very poor attitude towards the customers. He was extremely rude, short, and lied to us about the services needed and they said nothing to me until I confronted them about it. They sent me to a place to fix it Pauls Auto Body and they screwed it up even more. Now no one will fix the problem that they created. I would not recommend either business to anybody.

I went there for alignment I had a voucher from groupon they said to do work done they have to use something which me cost $30. They said voucher doesnt cover that. It was totally nonsense. I said ok do it. I came here already. Than I tested drive my car it was totally mess. To go straight I have to hold the wheel to the left. I went back there and the guy who is the counter wanted to test drive. We went together. He took me to the road which is not straight at all and he said it looks good. And I hold the wheel and said hold like that and we were almost hitting the side walk. He said ok yes we can fix that. He was trying to deceive me. Come on man. Never again. I spent total $70 dolar plus 2 hours. İt didnt worth it. I wont recommend this place. Save your money and time.

The agent offer a good service, they have, also good quality oil and aditive for oil change compare jiffy lube. The main issue i dont like have not label for next time oil change . For that type the bussiness or any, you need care Customer, you cant say or give excuse to the Customer, is very import tha sticker label located over the windshield inside the car. The assistent offer a good service and promote quality oils and make competions other oil change company, but the service in this company Precision Tune Auto...Dont care of customer just selling their oils and price . In my opinion the General Mananger or the assistant in that day was Friday 1/19/18 evening. Need to do care the Customer saying am so sorry regardless we dont have the label today but will send the sticker label thru by Mail toward to your home address or P.O. Box if you have it! Thanks very much for understand and pacient and make bussines with you Sir. Because the Client is very important it will remind next change oil and possiblely come back it deppend how the treat this labors and the mananger toward to him. Each employee need wear appropied uniform and representative the name of company, with a imagen clean,decent and Professional. Not just sell the service about the price and amount of money.My qualify for this location need to be more aminities for the clients as seating inside the bussiness and stand up outside or waiting the turn inside the their cars. I always have an oil change here for 3 years now and today was the worst case scenario... I went in there and ask for an oil change and they tryed to charge me $45 ... I aways got my oil changed for about $27 there for 3 years for my 1997 GMC truck but today the young guy working there up front try to charge me $45.. and when I pointed out that the window AD and web Ad said $25 for an oil change he saids that it just a starting rate.. I have never been lied to from this company but today will be my last day I will ever go back there as long as they have dishonesty workers working there.. dont suggest this for anyone again... my oil change always been around $25-$27 for 3 years... false advertising on your signs and website is not the case ... its the dishonest young man worker upfront!!! Trying to take advantage of the manager not being there today and pocketing some money isnt right at all... dont ever come to this place agian.. I will definitely follow up with this to HR...

Horrible service. The apathetic receptionist was scamming me out of my money to replace a mass air flow unit. I changed my battery and solved my acceleration problem. Didnt even test to see if my battery was holding low charges. Paif 80 dollars so they could lie to me.

I recently moved from Blacksburg and my state inspection was over due. I took it to them and they quickly got my car looked at. After they finished they motioned for me to come out on the floor and look over my car. Turns out all the salted roads in Blacksburg lead to a lot of rusting to my exhaust! The mechanic could put his pinky into the hole that had rusted out! They also physically showed me the other problems instead of just giving me a piece of paper and expecting me to take their word for it like other places I have been. They didnt do any unnecessary work and gave me an expected cost to go over and decide on my own time. When I got everything sorted I called and they got me in right away the next day. They got everything done and the manager there did everything he could to make sure I was getting a decent price! After looking up the normal cost for all the work I had done I found I got an amazing price, and they did it all quickly, professionally, and with a smile. I will absolutely be bringing my car back whenever it needs work!

Purchased a Groupon for oil change, tire rotation and front end alignment [because I needed the alignment from hitting a pot hole.] The tech Carlos performed the oil change. The tires were NEVER rotated and the Alignment was NEVER performed. They tried to up sell me telling me I need $1200 worth of work for struts???? I drove home and the car drove the same pulling to side, so I took it into VA Tire and Auto...they confirmed the alignment was never performed and that I DID NOT need struts, just a proper alignment. Selling Groupons and not performing the advertised work is FRAUD and upselling BS work is just plain BAD BUSINESS...stay away from this business.

Shady worker trying to rip oblivious people off- including myself. Got the job done but dishonest business.
