Highly recommend! Car was damaged by a distracted driver. They were able to fit us in the very next day. They coordinated everything with insurance company and even had the rental car company pick us up. They updated us regularly on status of car. Fantastic customer service and quality repair.

Mastercraft is the best!We got rear ended and part of our rear pumper was damaged as well as the body and paint. We decided to take it to Mastercraft and Steve Bosley took care of us. Let me just say how friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable he was. Everything was done under the insurance company and he was great at explaining how everything was going to work. He also took care of some small scratches our son had done with a rock. The truck looks brand new, this a one happy customer!I highly recommend this auto body shop, very professional, everything was done in a timely manner and Steve Bosley definitely knows his stuff.

If you get in an accident Mastercraft Auto Body is the place you want to take your vehicle. I took my 2014 Mazda6 in after receiving some side body damage.Pros:- Very professional staff. Definitely caught me off guard with how kind and courteous everyone was.- It only took them 3 days to complete my repairs. I dropped off my vehicle the day before Thanksgiving. I was told it wouldnt be done over the holiday weekend and would start immediately Monday. Picked my car up the same week, Wednesday.- When turning in my car to be fixed, they called my rental car company to inform them I was here. When the car was fixed, they also held onto the rental car for the rental company after I picked my car up.- I was sent auto updates everyday via text message on the status of my vehicle.Cons:- One of the staff let me leave without paying. After realizing it, I came back to complete the payment. But overall it was well worth it for all of the great service.I definitely plan to use Mastercraft Auto Body again in the future.

Perfect repair job with exact paint matching. I appreciated that they got me in and out quickly during drop off and pick up. They coordinated with my insurance company for everything (and with the rental company). They were polite. It was clear they were taking precautions for COVID. I do wish theyd been open on the weekend for me to pick up my car, but overall my experience there was good.

Mastercraft did a great job on the repair to my Pathfinder. They also detailed the whole inside and outside vehicle looks great. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop.

Repairs looked great, had to come back briefly as my blinker was non functional afterwards but they fixed it quickly. The wait room is cool in that they have a ps4 available for use if you want.

I brought my car to Mastercraft Auto Body after a driver backed into the front of my car while I was stopped at a stop sign. They quickly assessed the damage and repaired it quickly. The work was high quality and I will definitely come back again for any future body work!

After being rearended, I just knew that my car would not be the same. Mastercraft Auto Body was professional and provided me timely and regular updates. My vehicle repair was completed early and it looks and rides as good as new.

My experience was excellent. They were very helpful and amendable. Unfortunately we have had a lot of experience with auto body shops as our cars seem to be magnets to the cars around us. Mastercraft has been the beat of the 3 companies we have dealt with.

My sons car was involved in a front-end collision. Our insurance company referred us to Mastercraft Auto Body. They kept us informed of the progress and the work they performed was outstanding. Our poc was Stephanie (works in the office). When we got the car back it looks just like the day we bought it.

Was surprised at how good of a job they did on my car! Although the Geico rep wasn’t there at the time, they still walked me through the entire process and answered any questions I was unsure about. They were very quick in completing the repairs and keeping me updated through each phase (even finished a day earlier than anticipated).Once my repair was complete, Mia was able to schedule a pick up time that best accommodated me. Besides that, the staff was polite and courteous. The only con from my experience were the tiny paint splotches left on the interior door of my car (nothing too crazy, was able to wipe them out) Other than that, I had an overall great experience and would recommend family/friends! Thanks again :)

Excellent experience!!! Customer service was excellent, Jimmy did a great job explaining what my car needed and updating me on the progress of the work! It was done when they said it would be done, and I got daily text updates. My car looks great! They even washed it inside and out.They took care of coordinating with the insurance company to get any funds they needed. They have Enterprise on site, so you dont have to make special arrangements just to drop off your car. SUPER easy process! Super happy customer! l will definitely be back!!

I had my porsche repaired here about 2 years ago and it was such a horrible experience I ended up buying another Porsche just to not have to deal with them anymore. I hope their quality of management / work has gone up since. They made the process very easy to understand and would give us updates along the way with repairs that were being done. I would definitely come back here if I need auto body work done again.

This was the BEST car repair experience I have ever had. The folks there are friendly, talk in terms regular people understand, are fast, and overall really wonderful to work with. They partner with many insurance companies (Geico and State Farm confirmed) to make everything so easy. This the only shop I will take my car to.

I had some recent insurance-covered repairs to my car done by Mastercraft and had a great experience with them. The work was done in half the estimated time and seems to have been of good quality. They communicated with us and were friendly and helpful.

Hate to give bad reviews but I was so disappointed in this shop. Ill start with the falsification I got when I first called to inquire if they were part of my insurance companys network. The representative said they were only for me to find out later they were not (Im sure this is tactic to get business). Secondly, I did not hear from anyone from the shop in reference to my vehicle until a week later AFTER I CALLED to check the status only to learn no work had been started. Thirdly, I started to receive calls but it was always something- wrong part came in, waiting on insurance company to approve something, we cant gauge the transmission fluid so we have to have it towed to a Mercedes repair shop, it may be ready on such-n-such day ...Needless to say, I expected a more positive experience and not to mention, I ended up paying hundreds out of my pocket for a rental car that exceeded my insurance allowance because this shop took nearly a month to repair a front fender bender.

This is the second time in 6 weeks, that weve had to use Mastercraft. Referred by our insurance, they did a really good job. The first time, on time and we there for us the second time around. My wife and I, have had a great experience with GEICO and Mastercraft.

Took my car here after somebody hit my car door, left a dent and took some paint with them. I heard of them from Statefarm while filing my claim. Within an hour of filing my claim, Mastercraft called me to set up a time to come in and get an estimate. From then on I had nothing but excellent service, from setting a date to drop my car off and setting me up with a rental car to picking up my car 2 days later. This was the first time I have ever had to do anything like this, and they made a crappy situation into an awesome experience! Will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

People from there have nice and friendly attention and professional work

They returned vehicle, with brand new tires, back to me covered in paint and sanding debree from where they fixed the vehicle. Made no attempt to cover carpet, seat etc. From the dust of the work. Totally trashed the floor, seat, and tire. Then stated everyone already went home at 5pm so there was nobody to tell or talk to.Also had a 2 by 1 spider web under the clear coat. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle.When I first went there for the appraisal everyone was very nice, then 4 days later, no one knew me when it was time to fix their mistakes. Amazing because they were all the same people who where there when the vehicle was dropped off. So I guess from 5 to 6 pm all the managers have left and the employees just do what ever they want.Update just recieved phone call from Jimmy stating they have to sand and repaint my truck for the third time because it has blotches in it his words not mine. So now he will start Monday on a 3rd week fix on a 600.00 dent.No idea how this place is still in bussiness. Stay away from here if your smart.Not once did management reach out to me. Instead I had to deal with Jimmy the Estimator for all issues. Not sure what the estimator had to do with fixing my truck.If he was the acting manager then not sure why he stated no one was there when I picked my truck up from him the first time.

They are absolutely horrible. You think they are doing a great job but they just continue to hide their sloppy and inconsistent work by making it shiny and calling it a day, no. They have continue to screw up work on my vehicle that I have now taken back to them multiple times to fix. If you care about your vehicle do not take it here, and that goes especially for any custom car or truck.

On our way to Vermont we were rear ended on I-66E before we could even get out of town. After returning home I had a great experience with the GEICO, Mastercraft and Enterprise team. Dropped the car off at Mastercraft, the GEICO appraiser looked at the damage, and after a brief wait I was on my way home in a 2016 Ford Escape. Two days later I turned in the Ford and picked up my repaired vehicle; five or so days earlier than expected. Really couldnt ask for more from all these folks. Great job done!

When I came to deal with these people I was approached by the office manager who shot me the worst attitude I think I have ever had before. She was very unprofessional and I left with a bad taste in my mouth. I will never deal with them or recommend them to any one ever. For your information there are 15 other body shops in the same area that are much more pleasant to deal with. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Please let me clarify...... I am an employee of Mastercraft Autobody and this man Michael Riggs was here to sell a product (NOT TO GET HIS VEHICLE REPAIRED) and was upset that we did not want to purchase the product. If you click on his name, he writes bad reviews on businesses that do not buy this product.

I recently had some auto repairs done at Mastercraft Autobody. I was referred to this shop by my insurance company. I must say that my overall experiance here was great. The person following my vehicle was very personable & and seemed to stay on top of keeping me aware of how thing were coming along on my vehicle. I picked up the vehicle & the repairs were great, the car was washed (looked new again). Would definately recommend friends & family.

At first reading the reviews below gave me a bad impression, and I was skeptical about their work. But the 4 stars is the quality of work, on my car at least. New fender, paint matched perfectly everything looked good and oem. Bad part is that they cut all my wires for the fog lights and I had to basically reinstall new wires to where they cut. They didnt care that it was there they just snipped them like it wasnt there. Tried calling them to fix it but of course like the below comments say.. they never picked up or responded.. but overall body work was good, if youre stuck with geicos program just do it.

Well, we are back at Mastercraft Auto Body AGAIN! Its been something like 17 years that weve been coming to Mastercraft Auto Body to repair our cars and pick-up truck. As always, its started off as a great experience. They received the truck from the wrecker and immediately called us to get our signature and authorization to work with the Geico adjuster, giving us the option of using fax, email or a visit to sign the papers. Based on our past experience, heres how it goes with Mastercraft -- they ALWAYS use original equipment -- even when it takes some doing to find a part. (This happened when we broke a ball joint on a then-new model of Altima -- the parts place shipped the wrong part andMastercraft kept working it until they located the RIGHT part. Anybody else would have given up and sent us to the dealers proprietary body shop. And, they stand behind what they fix. Period. So, while we are not thrilled we had an accident, we are thrilled to be back in the good hands of Mastercraft -- the only autobody shop weve used for over 17 years!

I had about $2000 in damages to my Silverado and I was referred to Mastercraft by Geico. First off, I am in no way affiliated with Mastercraft or Geico. My experience with Mastercraft was outstanding and I recieved daily communications from them in concerns of the ongoing progress with the repairs. When I had questions, they answered the phone promptly and made me feel at ease that everything was being taken care of. My truck even had minor custom work done and they matched everything perfectly. When I first arrived to drop off my truck, I was met by the Mastercraft team, followed by Enterprise Rental Car and then by a Geico rep. All three teams were extremely professional and explained each process, step by step. I was in and out within an hour. When I picked up my truck, they delivered on time with absolutely no issues and everything was absolutely perfect.Thank you Mastercraft for an outstanding job!!

They were very difficult to work with. The first paint job started peeling and chipping so we brought the car back in for a second fix. They repainted the door the wrong white color, and refused to fix the large paint chiping on the bumper. Would not recommend.
