Honestly best body shop I have come across. Great communication with Matt throughout the whole process. Matt and everyone who helped with my repairs did an excellent job and my car not only came out looking good from the repairs but they also cleaned my interior a bit which I appreciate ton. All in all 100% recommend.

The customer service I have received by RS collision is outstanding. Kenny has helped me out on several occasions to remedy shorty work done by a collision company Florida. Everyone that I have met at RS is very kind, considerate and most of all honest.

They were awesome. They gave good advice and very knowledgeable of their jobs and there work was done excellent and they cleaned my car. I love this place.

Great work & went even farther by detailing my car interior!

Someone rear ended me and had to get my bumper repaired. Was worried about the color match as its a 3-step process for my particular paint. Kenny explained the process in how they would do it and I left the car. They were done ahead of schedule and I cant tell the bumper was ever damaged! Time will tell but its been a few weeks and still looks great!

I want to personally thank Kenny for everything that he has done to help me in my situation. Most people would have benefit from my hardship but he went outside of the box and helped me. I totally recommend the shop not only for their work but for the way they have compassion for their customers

Brought my car in on the 9th of January and I was told it would be about 2 weeks which I wasn’t upset about but when I stopped by at the end of the 2nd week I was told that it would be the middle of next week because a part was incorrect for my vehicle. I call on Thursday and then I’m told that a part is too small for the car and they are ordering the correct one now and I was told it would be ready by Saturday, or the 2nd of February, but when I go by on that day I’m told that now it’s going to be the middle of this week. It’s now the 7th of February and still no car, OR CALL, I have had to find out everything by myself by stopping by, I doubt they would even call me the day my car is done. Terrible car service, front desk is nice but the actual mechanics are trash... Absolute rubbish.
