They are so nice and the dress are so pretty

The place has a good variety of dresses for Quinceañera, decoration for parties, etc. But something I can share is that the communication between the owner, the daughter and the customers is very bad! It was our first time in this store and I very much doubt that we look for their services again. I tried to talk to her daughter when I picked up my orders, to let her know my dissatisfaction as a client but I think it was in vain ... she never gave me the reason as a client, rather she was always on the defensive, when I was simply giving her suggestions how to improve communication between them as owners and their clients ... and thus avoid misunderstandings. They need more professional training in business administration. Personally I do not recommend them, there are many other options with better professional service.
