Their repair technician is quick and thorough, and the owner, Frank, really knows these instruments inside and out. This shop works closely with all of the local public music programs, and supports every music endeavor in the city.

This place is only good if you know what your doing there only open half the week and the prices higher than most places around as a sax player reeds cost stacks up over time and they will rip you off I came in for some java reeds which they didnt have and they kept consistently telling me that the regular vandorean is the same thing as a java if its size 4

Great service & knowledge for band students and parents (especially new ones)! They had everything we needed with prompt, professional service! They give you an ID tag that Robins Nest in the blue building nextdoor will monogram for free when you rent or purchase an instrument. Hughes Road is very busy so upon leaving, I would suggest taking a right on Hughes Rd then take a right on Gillespie to the red light at Wall Triana. Thats the easiest way Ive found to get back to Hwy 72. Cant say enough good things about Madison Band Supply!

I had my trombone fixed here multiple times, and each time Ive had to send it back because it was messed up even more. Upon returning my instrument, the owner said, I dont know what happened from the time you picked it up Thursday and the time you brought it in on Friday, implying that I was lying to him. Do not shop here for any reason, unless you want to deal with a disrespectful man who only cares about money and not about the quality of service or the fact that you have been without your instrument in class for 2 weeks. When I tried 3 times to talk to him but each time he was not there. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
