Life Storage is awesome!!! This is my first time using a storage facility and I was a bit hesitant about storing my “belongings “. I have visited the unit twice since acquiring the unit and both times I have seen the “personnel” on his golf cart riding around the area. He always waves & says if I need help to let him know. The unit is not only clean, well lit, easily accessed but the comfort level provided by “personnel patrolling “ my “belongings “ just gives me immense satisfaction and makes me know that I chose well in choosing LifeStorage”.

Went in wanting to rent a space and Aja was phenomenal! Unfortunately they didn’t have any units available that fit my needs but I would definitely recommend that you go here! All my questions were very thoroughly answered. I felt very welcomed and hope to be able to rent here in the near future. I found it very comforting that I had someone express all of my options but never force anything upon me.

Love it here! Kaitlyn and the other girl have been very nice and easy to work with. They got me in and out quick during move in and then escorted me out to my unit. Very professional!

Went here looking for some storage so that I could store some of my excess belongings that I didnt need for my move, and the customer service was on point. The lady that assisted me (Aja) was very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions.

The best experience I have had when storing my valuables. The Store Manager, Brittany H. was extremely helpful when I setup my first storage unit. I ended up needing two more units and she was able to get me all of them close together and at a reasonable rate. They are very customer oriented and extremely helpful. I even received a phone call to make sure that I was not late on a payment in order not to assess late charges. The facility is very clean and has been extremely safe. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing short or long term storage.

I encountered the Manager, or perhaps The young lady who was in fact 100% No doubt bout it, The Woman who was IN CHARGE. making decisions, saving lives, cutting costs, while earning tax break as store most admired by environmental E-85 ‘GOING GREEN”As scary as the following sounds.......This is a True story........I made a binding agreement in writing, basically submitting toMs Higdon offers, claims, fairytales, sourcery, magic tricks, circus stunts, deception, forgery, etc etc, etc.....All basic standard tactics employed by most any women, basically In any female agreement.I am BLOWN AWAY at this effort &action taken by this fabulous young lady, who is most pleasant 2 have a convo and making any real world type agreements.....I MUST SAY, CC here, most impressed by this woman.......This is a FACT, anytime I want 2 stowaway any of this guy valuables.......well I sure do know. Where I want to be in just an old fashion, feel good moments when you know your in very capable & gooD hands of authority, oversight, and controlGO BAMA, ROLLTIDE!!!!

I can’t say enough about this facility. These guys are awesome! Year after year they donate a unit to the Tent City Project in efforts to help our city’s homeless community. Joel and his staff are simply amazing. If I could get them 10 stars, I would! I recommend over any other!

Great place to store your belongings. The staff is very friendly. I cant remember the name guy that is there majority of the time. Regardless this place is where you want to store your stuff and most importantly its affordable.

Convenient location. Friendly staff. But they keep raising the rates and did nothing to get rid of the mice in my unit. I had to personally get them out. Insurance didnt cover any damages and I am still having to enter my unit with caution because of the critters trying to move back in.

I was looking for the best prices that were near where my grandmother lives( the storage is for her), and decided to try this place. John went above and beyond for me. He showed me a space and gave me prices on said spaces, told me everything up front so that way there were no surprises. For that i will always be grateful thanks John for taking the time out for me and my questions.

After searching many self storage units co-located to my rental, I stopped in here at lunch on Monday. Todd discussed the various rental sizes and costs associated, including insurance and then took me for a tour of the facility actually opening a vacant unit to verify the size I had inquired about. I went back the following day and rented a unit. If you are looking for exceptional customer service that is what you will get from these guys. Very helpful, units were clean and prices are reasonable. Glad I stopped.

I was very impressed with the way Joel handled my inquiry. Joel made sure I understood all aspects of renting a storage area. He provided a tour of the facility including both external and climate controlled storage areas. I rented my storage from Joel who is by far the best storage manager I have met.

Mr. Brian was extremely helpful and professional for my entire time I had my household goods in storage (4.5 years). The facility was so clean and safe, which means a lot to me. I felt so welcomed every time I stepped into the office--which was great! If I ever need a storage unit again I will most definitely put my goods in the units at this location!! 😉👍

Offers easy access to online maintenance of personal accounts. Involves only a 5 calender day grace period before late payment fees apply. A reasonable extension to this grace period for established long term customers would personally gain a 6th star in future reviews:)

I moved to Alabama recently, and I rented a storage locker from LifeStorage on rte 72 in Madison on the enthusiastic recommendation from a neighbor who had previous experience with them.First, the facility has everything you might expect, and then some. It is super clean, well lighted and well paved. The security is excellent, with 24/day 7 days/week access to the lockers through a security coded gate. Todd and Joel are extremely helpful, and do everything they can to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. In fact, I even got a phone call from Todd last week to let me know that my lock hadnt properly engaged the locking mechanism -- so they even check to make sure that the individual lockers are secure.I have rented storage lockers at four facilities in three different states. I liked each of the places I dealt with, but this is definitely the best.Highly recommended.

The fabulous customer service I received absolutely tipped the scales in favor of my renting a storage unit here, rather than at a competitors store. Keep up the good work and tweak the small things.To customers, this is the best facility to rent from if you want peace of mind that your things are safe and will be cared for, rent at this location. Life Storage, formerly Uncle Bobs is a wonderful company to work for and they care about their customer base! Shout out to Williamsville!

Let me begin with the positive: lots of room to enter the lot and maneuver. Thats where the good ends... There are significant gaps in important information given online as well as from the employees. You must bring a paper copy of insurance, it seems easy and somewhat a reasonable request, but they dont tell you till you arrive to sign...you have to either leave to print it or call your insurance company to fax it. Also there is no agreed truck usage at this location, in fact there is no truck, there is a van at another location and its not free, you have to pay $20 for the commercial insurance...though the employee told me my personal vehicle insurance would work...paper copy. Lastly, the size of the unit is nominal meaning they are rounding UP to 10x10 from the actual 9x9.5. If I hadnt already gone through the hassle of signing and paying for the unit already, I would go somewhere else...

Everything you need in a storage facility, gated, well-lit and most importantly clean and well structured. I not only have two storage lockers there but I have also rented U-Haul vehicles from them. Eric the manager is top-notch and very professional.

Do not use this storage facility for Motorhome storage. I had my rv stored there 5 days. In that short time, someone came in a cut my catalytic converter off causing me $1485 in damage. They did say it was happening and was not the first. But THEY are not responsible, I’m filing a police report, but be very careful about your rv storage here.

Todd was absolutely wonderful with answering all of my questions to explaining the details of each step of the rental process. His customer service was excellent and very much appreciated!

I havent actually used the sto rage but I have have heard the wonderful services..and the donations given especially to The Tent City Project and that was more moving than I could put into words. ..

I used their storage for two years,never missing a payment! In May I began a new move and couldnt get all my storage that day! Joel called and made an agreement with me at a later date and when I went to retrieve my property, Todd would not adhere to the agreement Joel and I made and was very argumentative during our whole conversation! I decided to let the property go at a loss but yet they keep billing me for the property that I could not come back and Get! I should not have to pay billing and release my property to them at the same time! Todd is very argumentative, but Joel values Customer service!
