Unimpressed. Asking for help & service but felt like I was bothering the guy who answered the phone. Id go elsewhere and let your money talk. Next time be willing to help.

Go somewhere else. These guys have horrible customer service. They dont return phone calls, dont deliver on promises for quotes and think theyre the only professional dealer that can help. Trust me, there are plenty of others that have exceptional customer service. They should know who I am. I almost had nothing to give for Christmas. They are yet to call me back. Dont bother with them.Update 12/28/21. Owner finally calls back. But called in response to my review. Whining that I was not fair. But he also admitted someone should have called me back. Uh, what? He was more concerned about an online competitors price and his relationship with his manufacturing rep then the customer. He then said I was not fair in my review . I said I was. He then said bull sh-t. At which point I hung up the phone. Anyone that resorts to using this type of language does not deserve my time. However, Im glad to make time to do this follow up. Thats just the nature of how many of these reviews work. Being in business this long, you would think they understand that. So yes I spend a ton of money and expect decent service. There are plenty of businesses that dont provide good customer service and I will be more that happy to point that out! I firmly stand by my comments. He can twist this story all he wants.Bottom line; the customer service was horrible, he used inappropriate language and does not provide anything special that warrants spending my money here. I have no problem spending more locally if the customer service was decent. Maybe thats why Amazon is kicking many of these business to the curb!

This is the second spa we have bought from Leisure Concepts. We could not be happier. This time around we bought the Wellis brand with a SmarterSpa system that produces chlorine. This unit also has an ozone system and triple filter system. I am glad the guys at Leisure taught us and talked our family about the options and why we should consider these features.We hardly use chemicals at all anymore. The water just smells fresh and clean and overall maintenance is little to none. I would highly recommend buying a spa from these guys and take their advice and direction when they give it to you about add-ons and choices available! They know what they are talking about.

We purchased a finnleo sauna from Leisure Concepts and wow! Customer service to the max. Jim and Kerry are great to work with. They know their stuff and are straight shooters when it comes to buying products. We had questions when setting up our new sauna and they were able to answer everything and with great detail. My husband, father-in-law, and myself put together our sauna in under 4 hours. It was a fairly easy process, the most difficult part was the door, which Jim gave us plenty of warning about. Loved working with them and we are so happy with our new sauna!

Great products Great service and WOW we are enjoying the Sauna and Hot Tub-Spa. We bought an outdoor sauna building with changing room and large sauna and a hot tub-spa for the backyard. We purchased a Vita spa from Leisure Concepts and had an absolutely phenomenal experience! Luckily my husband is extremely handy, so we were able to transport it ourselves to Minnesota and install. The Leisure Concepts team was supportive the entire installation and continued to provide support once we had the spa up and running. We had a great experience leading up to our purchase as well as once it was running. We would definitely recommend friends, family and others to go through Leisure Concepts.

In Love with My Bathroom All Because of This Walk-in Bathtub !I installed the 26 x 46 Walk-In Whirlpool Tub from Leisure Concepts and this product has everything that I wanted in a walk-in bathtub. It’s not only looking beautiful but also functioning very smoothly. It takes less than 1 minute to drain the tub. They explained the functions perfectly and the free shipping was hassle free, the product was nicely packed by the company.

We purchased a Vita Spa several years ago and it was a wonderful experience. Jim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have been very happy with our spa and never had a problem. I highly recommend their products and their service.

Excellent Soaking Bathtub!I renovated my bathroom recently and installed the Suisse 33’’ X 67’’ Freestanding Soaking Tub from Leisure Concepts. This bathtub is excellent. I liked its style and also the way it was packed. The Leisure Concepts guys were great to work with, very patient. (I had a lot of questions!) I found the tub on their website but decided to call and speak to them and Im glad I did, they know their stuff so I ordered it right over the phone. I highly recommend them, nice people.

We purchased a hot tub from Leisure Concepts a few years ago. We love the tub, and have been really happy with how the staff has helped us solve the numerous, self-inflicted chemical issues that have developed. What really impressed us was when we were in the store, since theres a small staff, we could listen in to the owner conversing with another couple about a model they were interested in. He was telling them the pros and cons of different models. The pitch was so low pressure that we decided right there that that was the place we were going to buy. Weve been thinking about putting in a steam shower, and started investigating their website to see what they have. If we pull the trigger, well buy from them.

Just considering a new hot tub

Leisure Concepts are thieves. They sent me a defective tub and refuse to fix it or send a new one. They pawned me off to the manufacturer which I HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH AS I DID NOT BUY IT FROM THEM. As of now i have a tub i cant use. Please do not buy from them, buy from a big name company who has customer service and will rectify any problems. This is a small no name company who sells a no name brand of tubs ect. I really should have went with my gut to begin with. Now I am screwed.
